She did not ask how we care for their product and if asked I would have confirmed that we use their recommended methods. It seemed that they simply don't stand behind their product and if defective won't offer a replacement. Just know this fact before you buy from them. We were working on a tight timetable, so I was receiving store fixtures while construction was ongoing. Eric and his team were able to work around this without any problems. Second, my initial flooring choice became unavailable between the time I selected it and ordering. When this happened, Eric and I went down to Home Depot together and found another option that looked better, was higher quality, and cost less. I cannot recommend Eric and A&E construction enough! 100% would use again. In fact, I have some upcoming work that I need to do on my home.
