I know it's not a big deal, but it kind of ruined my experience. Came in on a Monday evening around 6:30, they're not many people in the store so I kind of enjoyed a little more as I am a more relaxed shopper and get more anxiety with a lot of people running around. I had to return a sweater and I went to browse a few items to use for the remaining balance of my gift card, a very nice woman help me pick out a few options that she thought we might look good with the clothes that I already had in my hand. She had also gotten me a fitting room, but I had to ask the other employees for help with the fitting as she was more on the floor sales -which is totally totally fine. Finally found a dress that I liked and checkout was fine but I live in Chicago, so I definitely should know that there is a bag tax. I'm glad they changed it to the current location that has two levels and is much more spacious, but it STILL feels too crowded in there each time I've gone (especially on the weekends). My biggest pet peeve here is that the line to go to the dressing room has people blocking entire walls of clothes, so other shoppers can't really look at those items. The employees (who could be mistaken for shoppers most of the time) are typically folding clothes constantly, which also makes it difficult if they are working on folding a section and I can't really browse that section if they are standing in the way. I try to understand because with the amount of traffic in and out of this store, they definitely try to keep it looking nice and neat. Also was sad they had no free stickers or pins by the register this time like they usually do. Womp womp. I've been here many times because I hate paying their expensive shipping prices. It's a great place to just get simple clothes for everyday wear. Their prices are more affordable when compared to other shops too. They always have new styles every time I come here. Instead of bringing home a typical souvenir, I got to create something completely personalized and unique to me. The process was fun, the staff was incredibly helpful, and there were so many options to make the hat your own. I loved leaving with not only a custom hat I'll actually wear, but also a fun memory from my trip.

The customer service was excellent by all of the staff especially Cam I don't know if its spelled with a C or a K but he was knowledgeable and very hospitable both times we came in and remem our names and where we reside at and even gave us a recommendation to a Cuban restaurant when we asked him. I bought a Chicago t-shirt from the location and I will definitely be back to visit again and make sure Cam gets a raise and I want to commend the entire staff for making our experience a valuable one.

We were clearly discriminated against based on our attire, we were wearing workout clothes and baseball caps. We took our business down the block to another boutique that did not DISCRIMINATE. This is NOT on the security office at the door but the sales associates and manager of the store. Second time this has happened to me here too.
