Nice store with a variety of items that are reasonably priced. If you are looking for a gift for yourself or someone else, you shouldn't have a hard time finding something.

My friend wanted to stop by here to buy some souvenirs.

After eating our deep dish pizza at Lou Malnati's, while walking back to our hotel my coworker tells me that he needed to stop by this tourist trap souvenir shop called - "Bye Bye Chicago" to pick up something for his daughter. What can I say about - "Bye Bye Chicago"? Don't let that "SALE" sign by the door fool you as everything in this store is a wee-bit overpriced, but I won't rag on them for it, as it's just about a simple - "supply & demand" thing. You need a souvenir? Bye Bye Chicago definitely has it! To top it off, if you don't have car, and your only means of transportation is your feet, at least Bye Bye Chicago is conveniently situated in an area in downtown Chicago where you can pick something up for a loved one, without having to catch a taxi to get to a souvenir shop. Bye Bye Chicago carries the usual touristy stuff like - t-shirts, baseball caps and hats, sweatshirts, coffee mugs and cups, refrigerator magnets, and I'm pretty sure a lot more things that I missed here, Lol! Only after we left the souvenir shop, we walked a few blocks more, then we saw a "Ross Dress for Less". Aiyah!!! We should have popped into that Ross Dress for Less store to look for some souvenir DEALAGES! Lol!

Great place to purchase souvenirs. Everything is organized well and everything you could think of is here. Prices are decent compared to NY.

I haven't seen any souvenir shops around downtown Chicago until I walked past this shop! It is very near to the millennium park, so if you are in need to find some moderately priced souvenirs for friends and family this is a nice place to go to. They have tshirts and sweatshirts that range from $16+, keychains, magnets, mugs, kitchenware, pins, shot glasses, snow globes, caps, tiny sculptures of the Willis tower, and many more. There's a wide variety to choose from and I am very happy to find this store at a very convenient location from my hotel.

Pretty cool shot glass but 6.99

A lot of cute stuff at this shop. A warm and friendly place to swing in and get some Chicago swag on your trip.

Good area to get souvenirs. Prices are great compared to prices at the tourist attractions. Glad they have so many locations.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the attention to detail throughout the store was impressive. It was very crowded, which speaks to how popular it is, but it still had a fun, energetic vibe. The butterbeer was a fun experience and definitely worth trying while you're there. The shop has a great selection of merchandise and plenty to look at, making it enjoyable even for someone who's not deeply into the series. If you're a Harry Potter fan, this is an absolute must-visit when you're in Chicago. And even if you're not, it's still a unique and worthwhile stop--especially if you're visiting with kids.

You can buy tickets at the front (the left side) of the store for Cloud Bar & to go to the observation deck. I had a flight early in the morning, so I didn't do that, but I recommend it if you're visiting or just want a nice nigI bought this BEAUTIFUL book of Chicago street photography here for only $40. I say only $40, bc I plan on neatly tearing out several of the pages & framing them. It's such a beautiful book. I bought a Chicago recycled tote bag (that can be folded, & apparently used to be a water bottle!), a Cloud Bar coffee mug (bc it holds way more than 8 ounces & is such a beautiful ombré blue), & a Chicago photography book (the last one available for the night). The clothing items are priced fairly high, the hoodies are about $60-80. If you really want some high quality and low cost Chicago apparel, hit up the 24-hr Walgreens that's only a few blocks down the street. They have shirts, mugs, etc for like $10-20. HOWEVER! I gave this place 5 stars bc of the employee who helped me w the book. It wasn't priced (w a tag/sticker) but it was also the very last one on the shelf - it was found on display, so it wasn't even on the shelf. She noticed it wasn't a new edition so she actually called Cloud Bar (at the top floor) to see if they had any extra copies so that I could get a new one. Her taking the time & effort to do this without me even mentioning anything or asking her to do that was exceptionally thoughtful & kind. I presume they sell this same book at the Cloud Bar at the top of the building. She was on the phone for a bit, but they didn't have any new editions for me. I honestly am in LOVE with the book - it's absolutely stunning, the photography is so beautiful and will forever serve as a reminder of why I love Chicago so much & why I want to make this city my home either for medical school or for my life after that. I attached photos of the book. I'm so sorry I didn't get your name (the employee at the front desk), but I really appreciate your hospitality.

I did a lot of research and decided I wanted a Goyard tote bag as an everyday bag. We went to the Chicago location and I excitedly waited to be let in the doors. First of all, you can't take photos it is posted a few times through out the store, but I saw the other sale people letting the other shoppers take photos. The sales member helping me hardly looked up from his phone and when I asked about the color bags they had he pointed to where I could get the color samples. They were on a shelf and he couldn't be bothered to hand them to me. I asked to see the bag I wanted and it felt like I asked a teenager to take out the trash. I asked his opinion about the 2 colors I was debating between and he didn't seem to care and wasn't interested or invested in making the sale. Within about 15 minuets into our visit, I felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable I decided I didn't want to buy the bag anymore. For years I have been planning to buy an expensive everyday bag and the experience here at Goyard was so negative, I walked away. I wanted the whole experience, someone invested in the process and someone would make me feel better about spending a lot of money.

My partner recently purchased 2 dog beds advertised for small to medium dogs. We have 2 frenchies and when the dog beds arrived, they are for toy dogs. The store refused a store credit which they usually give because they consider a dog bed a "trunk", which they did not indicate at the sale and it is also not intuitive (in fact, my partner originally was going to order 1 bed in blue and 1 in yellow, but was talked out of a special order). The money is already with Goyard in any event, but their unwillingness to take care of long time customers has lost them any future sale. Not even a call back from the manager as promised. Really poor customer service and very deceptive in marketing these beds for medium size dogs.
