I guess it is my life unwarranted unrequested I needed story time often I only found in online recipes... It started many years ago with regularly going to the Gresham farmers market being that it has great flowers and many things you can walk around and enjoy and of course Bing the eating American. I am free samples... Fast forward to today as we went along our way to only find free samples of cider. He said the samples were quite good and while we were inquiring about a location to possibly get more, we were given business cards with a free drink voucher upon them. Being that we are close in the area and it's only about a 30 minute drive we decided to make the day of it and we were told that you could bring your own food so along the way of our yelp journey, we discovered grandma's house mainly grandmas drive-through Anyhow as we end up here on this grassy knoll, no presidential motorcade the site all we can do is drink flights, obtain our free cider and enjoy the beautiful sound of middle-age men laughing and bullfrogs trucking and are those one in the same... Absolutely amazing here great prices even better product and a top-notch environment. I would say it's a hidden gem but since we got here about 20 cars of pulled up prepared to relax or bring your best button up dad shirt

Visited Stone Circle Cider yesterday and it was outstanding. They make authentic scrumpy cider alongside more modern varieties. They were all delicious. They are open on the weekends and have a small indoor tasting room and a lovely outdoor space with lots of socially distanced picnic tables overlooking a tranquil pond. They also serve vegan and vegetarian savory hand pies which were both fantastic. We are coming back next week for live folk music and Morris dancers to celebrate the solstice. Can't wait. :)

A couple favorites, but there were several more that we liked!

Happened upon Stone Circle on the way back from a hike a few weeks ago...a very VERY happy accident it turned out to be! The cidery is off the beaten path, for sure, which makes it all the more magical. We sat by a pond and tasted some wonderful ciders, while chowing down on a couple "hand pies" that were excellent. We ended up coming home with a couple bottles of our favorites (see pictures) but I pretty much liked everything I tasted. Overall, the setting is lovely, the host (owner) is friendly/helpful/informative, the ciders are excellent. We're definitely going back.

Came here for the first time but most likely not for the last time. Great cider selection and the little setting at the pond is relaxing and very enjoyable. Great stop when in Estacada.

Crush Cider Cafe was on my list to try and was a stop we made on our last trip to Hood River…read more Upon arrival we saw the cider menu and wanted to make sure we got ciders that this particular cidery made. So we tried a few by getting a taster tray. We got a sweet one and two others that were more on the dryer side. They weren't bad but all three had an after taste we couldn't quite pin down. In the end we thought it was maybe the kind of apples they uses or perhaps it was something they used or a method they used during the preparation process that made the difference but it was unfamiliar to us and we weren't sure what we thought about it. We ordered also from the appetizer part of the menu and got hushpuppies and liked those a lot. It had a dipping sauce, sort of a chili sauce you see at Asian restaurants that made a nice touch to this appetizer. The ladies that were working here were super nice and friendly. So with the good service and food Crush comes in at a solid four stars.

She helped choose a flight for me which was excellent. The variety and flavors of cider were enjoyable and offered at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend for local ciders and a bite.

Towards the end of April 2026, I planned and hosted a private event here for my husband's birthday…read moreand unfortunately left very disappointed with the food portion of the experience, especially considering the pricing. To be transparent, there were definitely positives! The staff assisting with setup and during the event were kind and helpful, the beverages and fruit were well received, and the venue itself worked well for our event. It allowed us enough space to spread out and have various areas for different activities. However, the food quality and overall value did not align with what had been discussed beforehand. The croissant sandwiches included on those boards were minimally filled and very underwhelming for the cost, and the desserts served were not what we discussed and agreed upon during planning. Several desserts were also largely untouched by guests (or to be frank, one bite taken and then thrown in the trash). What ultimately disappointed me the most, though, was how my feedback was handled afterward. I reached out privately in hopes of having a constructive conversation and I was initially offered a partial refund. However that offer was later withdrawn after the owner reviewed event footage and determined that "because food had been consumed/taken home," our concerns were not valid. Of course we took food home, we paid for it! In my opinion, guests eating food at a hosted event does not automatically mean the quality met expectations. I fully understand that no event is perfect, and I tried to approach the situation reasonably and directly before posting publicly. Unfortunately, the overall experience and response left me feeling dismissed rather than heard as a paying customer.
