Fantasy Football Draft
Richard B.

We hosted our fantasy football draft at WACH last night and it was the perfect spot! The atmosphere was awesome -- plenty of space for our group, great beer and cider options, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. Having the big screen available for our draft board took the whole experience to another level. Everyone in our league agreed this was one of the best draft nights we've ever had, and the venue was a big reason why. If you're looking for a fun, relaxed place to host an event, hang out with friends, or just enjoy some drinks, I can't recommend WACH enough. We'll definitely be back next year!

Checked out Ale & Cider House for their ciders. They're right by Kelly's Tacos Food Truck. We dropped in on a Friday afternoon (3:15pm). The bartender was friendly and let us sample a few ciders before deciding. 16 ciders on tap (15 Queen Orchard, one 2 Towns Ciderhouse) along with 13 beers. Cider bottles were $18.00 USD in-store, but on sale online for $14.00 USD. - Cider flight ($10.00 USD for four 5oz) - spicy pineapple, mango, cranberry hibiscus and passionfruit guava cocktail (13%)! Flavours were solid with good fruit flavour. The cocktail was a bit overwhelming, tasted aged in rum. Would come back to A&CH for more ciders.

We attended a work Christmas party in the event space at the Ale & Cider House located in West Linn. We ended up parking in the street, but there seems to be a small dedicated parking area for the Cider house. The event space was beautiful and you could definitely host a variety of events from a reception to Christmas parties! The ladies helping with food and drinks were extremely nice and helpful throughout our time there. The food we had was a nacho bar and it was perfect for the event and fresh! The taphouse had endless drink options for those who enjoy school. While they had a few nonalcoholic bottles beverages I wished that they had some root beer or other soda on tap. They only had a small amount of diet cokes that were quickly gone. I would definitely recommend this space for future events and will be back with friends for a round of drinks!

Had a refreshing passionfruit guava cider and it was sooo good! It only comes in a 10 oz pour because it's 13% alcohol. Service was good. She was really nice and allowed me to have a couple samples of ciders I wanted to try. Liked the passionfruit one so much I had a second glass!

I found this gem of a place in West Linn. Wow, what a great place to hold a company party, a family gathering or other events. This is a fantastic venue for any party! The large, excellent selection of beers, wines and house made ciders is just a start. The friendly staff is very helpful in explaining the various beverages and help you select just the right drink for you. They also help with event planning and catering if needed. They offer great selection of beverages and food and fantastic atmosphere and service for small and large gatherings.

The team at the A+CH helped us organize and execute a truly special night for our 2024 WLHS graduates. They talked us through food and beverage options and were so easy to work with! We had approximately 200 people celebrating- we had music and games and everyone loved the fun casual atmosphere. The location is truly special with a beautiful outdoor area and minors are welcome! Go see Anne and her crew, the cider is DELICIOUS

Hosted 50 guests for a pre-wedding party in back room. Staff was helpful from planning and thru event with dinner and drinks. And the ciders and beer selections were great! It was a perfect space for a celebration!

Come to this place!!! Most amazing cider in the world. Drove down from Seattle to see this place. So friendly and helpful staff. They let us bring in our food truck food. We are so grateful. Loved the strawberry habenaro cider!

I like cider as much as the next gal, but I wasn't sure a place that primarily dishes out cider and with limited food options, could stand up to the hype I'd been receiving. With that said, it was well regarded and I'm always game to try new places near my hood. Upon entering the ciderhouse we were immediately welcomed and greeted by staff. The place is quirky and inviting. If cider is your thing or you just want to try something new, this place must be visited. They have an entire wall of ciders and some pretty intriguing flavors. By far the most clean, refreshing and oh so yummy cider I have ever had. We sampled a pineapple, lime and a spicy cider. All FANTASTIC!!! I was torn between trying the spicy or lime and the bartender recommended mixing the two. It was so perfectly balanced and not sweet at all. I had no idea cider could be so versatile in flavor. They don't serve food but occasionally have food trucks and they partner with Bellagios pizza and they can bring food. The inside doesn't have a lot of seating but don't be fooled, there is a huge , Lively additional space in the back. Don't wait as long as I did to give the place a go.

With more than 700 bottles, Scottish décor, whisky maps, and an old school pub atmosphere, the place definitely has its own personality. We had already eaten lunch, so this visit was all about the whisky. We tried a Kilchoman flight with Machir Bay, Sanaig, and Port Cask, plus a pour of Springbank 10. We enjoyed all four and found the selection impressive. Service was a little mixed. Downstairs, the bartender seemed mostly interested in whether we were ordering and didn't mention there was an upstairs area. Since it was our first visit, it would have been nice to know more about the place. Once we found the upstairs, the experience got much better. Ava was wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about the guests. She made us feel comfortable and gave us a reason to come back. A solid 4 star experience. Next time we'll probably head directly upstairs, try some food, and explore more of the Scotch collection.

We had been working in West Lynn and wanted to eat there - somewhere…read more Our YELP app showed us that very near was the highly-rated Dub's Tavern. It was dinnertime and plenty of cars in the lot. Nonetheless, we found a table right away. Our server was friendly and took our order when we were ready. Hubby had the Prime Rib special, medium well, with a loaded baked potato, horseradish, and au jus. And sautéed broccoli and carrots. I had beef nachos. The proportions were large and it tasted great. I took home much of it for lunch the next day (2x). Negatives: I asked our waitress, if there was anything spicy, in my nachos, and she none. I found jalepenos slices and the salsa was hot. I also didn't care for the avocados (they're brown), and the sour cream on my nachos. I'm picky how fresh my avocados are unless I'm fixing them. Service was friendly and fast. In fact, it seemed like we had four servers as everyone who passed by asked how we were doing and responded to our requests

Check your receipt! Compare with the menu prices! We have been told over the last several months…read morethat there were menu changes coming because we noticed the online menu prices didn't match the in person, and then the happy hour menu was more expensive then the regular menu and there were all these problems. I had asked about it several times because it was off. The new menu's have came out, we were told it was all good. We come into the table and there was 7 menus on the table - 4 of the old traditional, 1 late night, 1 happy hour, 1 bingo/wine whatever one. It was a lot going on and confusing because we couldn't even get anything on the late night menu so we didn't even need that. Then we were super saddened by the new happy hour menu and saw that there was no more pretzel bites on there so I opened up the regular menu and they're on the appetizer menu for $8 so I ordered them. Bill came out, it was rang up as $9.95. I asked about it and our waitress said "well our system doesn't match with the menu prices, it's not the same but the prices are what's listed on the receipt. it's really weird, sorry" and walked off with the card. Our whole table was upset because we weren't being shown the real prices of things and then kinda like a well whoops sorry you owe more now unknowingly and our friend doesn't even want to go here now because of it and felt like the waitress should of honored the discrepancy instead of the response given.
