The service was really good considering how busy they were. I thought the wait staff was very attentive. The food was pretty good. Really liked the fondue sauce that came with the pretzel. The tacos were good but lacking in seasoning. The dirty mac and cheese was good but I thought the barbecue sauce that went with the pulled pork was too sweet and effected the taste of the dish. The place itself is layed out nicely with lots of seating inside and some outside seating as well. I think I'd be back for the cider and a pretzel.

It was empty when we arrived, likely because the golf course next to it is closed at the moment. The drinks here are used to showcase the quality of the whiskey distilled here, and they do a darn good job of it! I stuck to my usual standard of an Old Fashioned, and my wife her new favorite: the Hot Apple Chai, which we had just discovered in the Black Rabbit restaurant earlier in the day. We meandered the grounds afterward, checking out the golf course (which at some point we are going to have to come and butcher with power terrible driving skills). The bar is at the front, but the bartender was able to pour glasses of wine, beer, or seltzers quite quickly to serve our group and others who came in from the rain to enjoy the band playing at the back of the room. They even played my Mum "Happy Birthday" later in the evening. We did order a few app plates halfway through the evening and the steak bites with mushroom, served with toast, were the stars. The artichoke dip also looked tasty, but both platters were gone quickly (so I didn't taste it) - but it must've been good! Thanks Edgefield Winery for such a memorable evening! Lucky for me they were along our route for a trip this weekend so I was able to stop in and taste all of them. The girl at the bar was amazing and so helpful and knowledgeable about their product. The guava one is especially delicious as well as the razzleberry which I snagged a can of to bring home. But with the kids even though 4 of 5 are adults, but have to limit my urges. We stopped here and it reminded me of a winery back home. They had both wine and beer on tap. I sampled 3 wines and a beer. I liked the Zinfandel, Mt. Hood IPA and the Coconut Cider. All very good. I had a glass of beer and we had a charcuterie board which was delicious. Our waitress was great. She stopped back often to check on us. She explained that they have been at this location for several years. The restrooms were in the area where they make the wine and beer. I love getting a look at others production area. Nice place to visit and relax. They have some games, nice stage in the back and a fun area to sit and enjoy wine or beer.
