I got in to see the doctor right away, and walked out of the office with a new pair of glasses 45 minutes later. I ended up going in again to exchange my glasses for another pair, and then another time to get my glasses re-sized. Both times, I saw the same gentleman who helped me the first time, and he immediately recognized me when I walked in. I am 100% satisfied with my glasses now, thanks to the patient and friendly staff who was eager to make sure I walked away feeling content. I even questioned her before I left since it seemed off since my astigmatism (which I have had since high school) was not noted on the Rx. She reassured me it was correct.
