My first red flag here was when completing my paperwork I declined to do the photograph eye exam because I just had one done a couple years ago and didn't feel the need to spend additional money on it. They still did it and charged me for it but by the time I realized that's what they were doing I let it slide, assuming it was possibly a new client requirement. My biggest issue, however, was the dr was very persistent on ordering me weekly contact lenses, but I've always used monthly's and wanted to continue on monthlys, especially since they're cheaper. When I was charged I was surprised at how expensive the monthly lenses were but didn't think too much of it. I was using my lenses as monthlys but was noticing by week two the prescription was not as strong as needed, and started getting migraines from how bad they became. I finally checked the packaging and realized they ordered and charged me for weeklys, despite my explicitly deciding on monthly lenses. I was overcharged twice for services I declined and caution anyone from double checking any charges and procedures. read more

Dr. Golriz and her team are all fantastic. I have been going to iDoc Optical for around three years now. It is (and truly feels like) a small family business invested in their patients. They know you by name and face, and will go the extra mile for you. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and comfortable. It's always easy to book and get an appointment, everything runs smoothly and on time, and Dr. Golriz takes her time with your exam, explaining everything to you thoroughly. The selection of glasses they have in the store is slightly on the pricier side, but they're great quality. The team will spend time adjusting the frames to make sure they fit perfectly, and if at any time the fit changes, you can easily bring them back in to be adjusted again. They will also make sure you are getting any sale or rebate you are eligible for from the glasses or contacts provider. I highly recommend this family-owned and operated practice. read more

Thank you to idoc for their exceptional service. Never have I been to an optometrists office that has paid so much attention to detail to ensure that my visual needs are met. I decided to come back after my exam and pick out a pair of frames since I noticed that they had some of the most glamorous and unique frames I've ever seen! The best part is that I was able to use my insurance which has not been the case for frames like these in other offices I've been to, which was a huge surprise to me! I had a great experience at idoc optical . Doctor Golriz was great . She was very through, friendly and patient . I had many questions and she spent ample time with me going over all my concerns . She told me Its very important for me to have dilation ever year and none of the previous doctors emphasized that . You can really tell she truly cares about my eye health . The optical was great too and Anthony and Nasim helped me find what I needed and gave great advice. The have very unique frames . Most of their frames are handmade European made which I haven't seen anywhere else . Would definitively be back next year ! read more

BUYER BEWARE: You will be overcharged for purchases here, unless you know your insurance coverage very well and pay close attention to each line item on your bill. Not only was I overcharged on 2 occasions for a total of $110, but my husband was almost overcharged by $100 - thankfully, I was there to review his quote. As if that is not bad enough, I got the runaround from employees, and the business owner kept trying to blame a third party for these mistakes! First, I should say that my eye exam went well. I was charged the correct co-pay, and I paid for a contact lens exam, as well. The doctor seemed nice, and I was happy to order reading glasses from this location. However, I know I have amazing optical insurance, so when the bill came to $350+, I had to take a closer look at the line items. Good thing I did because the optician (Lauren) overcharged me $100! She refunded the money to my credit card and was very apologetic. I thought it was an honest mistake, but... My husband also ordered glasses from iDoc. Just in case the same "honest mistake" happened again with the bill, I went with him to review the line items. Good thing I did because Annette (who normally works in the back) almost overcharged my husband $100! Thankfully I was able to catch this mistake before my husband's card was charged. Annette assured us that she normally didn't work the front desk, so we figured it was an honest mistake, but... I wanted to replace the lenses in my everyday glasses, so I came in and met with Mike. I told him (in very un-technical terms) that I wanted the same lenses that I had in my glasses, but that I just needed the prescription updated. He told me he understood and charged me a $10 co-pay. I was pretty sure I had never paid a co-pay for simply placing an order w/o a doctor's visit, so I told him he should check whether I actually owed that amount. He said I did, and that he could not order the lenses without my co-pay. So, I paid, but... I called my insurance and found out that I was right. I do not have to pay just to order lenses. I only have a co-pay when I have an eye exam. So, I spoke to Annette and Lauren again, and they assured me that I would be getting a check in the mail soon (because for some reason they could not refund the $10 to my credit card). Sure enough, several weeks went by, and not only did no check come in the mail, but my lenses didn't come! Finally, the lenses showed up, and even though they told me they'd call me, they didn't. I had to call and find out for myself that my lenses had arrived a few days prior. (Still no $10 check). Well... They ordered the wrong lenses! When I asked for the same lenses I had, I meant the same lenses. Instead, they ordered me some super thick lenses, so I called my insurance and got approval for a re-order. I was told the lenses would be rushed and that they would arrive in one week. More than three weeks later... I showed up to iDoc, and they ordered the wrong lenses again! They claimed the lenses were thinner, but when I asked to see the lenses they just replaced (to compare), there was no difference. I asked them to show me the lenses I originally had in the frame, and I said I told them I wanted the same lenses, and this is when I got very upset. *This time, the doctor/owner was actually present, and she stepped in when I said I felt like this was a systemic practice of overbilling and mistakes. Dr. Rezvani acted offended, but she went through my account history and noticed the overbilling. She wrote me a check for the $10 co-pay on the spot (incorrectly spelling my name) and said it was an "honest mistake" because some insurance companies charge a materials co-pay in addition to a doctor visit co-pay (except my insurance information was on a sheet in my file, and Mike looked at it when he overcharged me... so did Lauren when she overcharged me... so did Annette when she almost overcharged my husband). The doctor also tried to claim that a "glitch" in the computer system must have been the reason Lauren overcharged me and Annette almost overcharged my husband. But, wait. There's more... The doctor not only failed to take responsibility for the overbilling by her staff, but she then blamed my insurance company for sending the wrong lenses! She kept telling me that I needed to understand that it was "completely out of [their] control" what the third-party lab sends them in terms of lenses. What makes no sense to me is that iDoc placed the order, so they have at least some control, right? In addition, she said her staff didn't know what lenses to order because they didn't order my original lenses. I gave her my previous optometrist's contact information so she could find out what he ordered, but Dr. Rezvani said I would have to pay an additional $200 to have her order the correct lenses because they ordered the middle thickness lenses, instead of the thinnest. At this point, I never want to do business with them again! read more

My first time at Idoc and had an amazing experience. Staff and Dr are extremely punctual friendly and nice. The office was modern, and super clean. This is my second time coming to idoc. They have always been able to meet my needs whereas other places have not. I was able to get my lenses EXACTLY how I wanted them at a price that is unmatched elsewhere. Plus, they were able to get my glasses ready within an hour! This was my very first visit. I was visiting from out of town during Veteran's Day and popped in to this establishment. I was surprised that they were open, but was happy that I stopped in. I cannot remember the gentleman's name but he was the best. I needed my stem on my glasses tightened and he had no problem completing that task and informing of another eyewear issue that I needed repaired. Had my appointment in December, which was fine, though the front desk was pushing me to order contact lens through them. One month later, I can't get my prescription from them! I've called three times over the last 24 hours and they keep saying, email idocoptical@gmail. I did, no response, so then I also sent my request to their info email which is all over their website. I called again and told the person on the phone that I sent it to both emails and she said, "I don't know anything about that info email." What is going on??? read more

What to do when my glasses were lost? Call every place in town to try to get a new pair STAT. I was stoked to find an optician open until 7pm, with a hip selection of frames. But I should've known I-Doc was too good to be true... The exam seemed a bit much for my healthy eyes (3 sets of drops and an hour long? Really?), but okay, thorough is good. The sales people were friendly enough - maybe because they kept showing me the $400 frames - fine, I know rent is steep in Penn Quarter. But then I-Doc forgot to order my frames! 5 days and 2 messages later, finally they confess my glasses were never ordered. ARGH! There's a price for convenience I guess. Next time I'll go through Yelp to find more reliable service... read more

I've been wearing glasses/contacts since age 9 and I've always been lucky to have had only the best ODs. Until IDOC. IDOC has scarred me for life. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the DC Board of Optometry. TL;DR: This place is a sham and the doctor is a quack. IDOC only cares about your money. Dr. Rezvani pushes one brand of contacts; even after I told her they give me horrible migraines, she simply gave me more samples from the same brand. Those samples FELL APART IN MY EYES. It was incredibly painful and took me an hour to flush all the pieces out. I first had my appointment with Dr. Rezvani 6 weeks ago and I still don't have new contacts. I'm on the last pair in my old prescription, just praying that I don't lose them before my new ones get here. So begins my saga: -1st appt: Dr. Rezvani tells me to try some brand of dailies, even though I tell her I am perfectly happy with my Acuvue Oasys. She gives me some samples, claiming that they are the best on the market. On my way out, Rodney tells me that IDOC offers the best pricing for the brand so I should be sure to order from them when I decide. -2 hours after I put in the contacts, my eyes start itching like crazy. No matter how much I blink, the lens won't focus and I feel them scratching on my eyeballs. An hour after that, I develop horrible migraines. I try the contacts again for the next two days with the same results. -I call to schedule a follow-up with Teela. -I show up on time for my follow-up, but Teela tells me that no doctor is in and that someone probably called me. I tell her that no one called me, double-checking my phone. She responds "that's weird" and walks away. -Meanwhile, I make over ten calls to the place to check on my glasses, which I ordered during my first visit. (I was told that they'd be ready in 5 business days, but did not get them until after a month and numerous strongly worded calls.) Every time I call either Rodney or Teela tells me someone will call me back in 10-15 minutes, but no one ever does. -Since they've already charged my insurance, I call yet again to schedule a follow-up. At the appointment, I tell the doctor about the migraines and pain. She claims that my eyes are just dry, but I say I've never experienced this before. I ask to stick with Acuvue. She again pushes the same brand on me, but a different version. She says she didn't like the previous version either (I guess they are no longer the best on the market?). I also complain to her about Teela and Rodney. She seems to care and apologizes profusely. -Two hours after I put them in, the contacts again become too irritating to bear. I try to take them out, but they won't come out. My eyes get incredibly painful when I blink; I can barely open my eyes and everything becomes blurry. I call my husband over, who tells me that the lenses seem to have broken apart in my eyes. I rub and rinse out my eyes, but some pieces get stuck in the back, under the eyelid. An hour and a pair of very red eyes later, I am free. -I call back and ask for an Acuvue prescription. They claim they only have samples in the one brand, but that the doctor can write me a prescription for Acuvue. They keep trying to "call me back later," but at this point I've mentioned that I'm a litigator and tell them that I will not be hanging up until my issue gets resolved. -I get the prescription via email and type in the order for 1800 contacts. The site (and a customer service representative) informs me that the prescription is impossible; Acuvue does not make lenses in the prescribed base. -I call the next day. Teela and Rodney both tell me that they will call me back. I tell Teela and Rodney this is urgent because I have no contacts left. They both suggest stopping by to pick up some samples in their brand. I tell them to tell the doctor that they fell apart in my eyes. After I call back the third time, I again refuse to hang up until I talk to the doctor. She acts apologetic and says she will fix the prescription. I finally get the corrected prescription and place my order at 1800 contacts. I have not yet received my order, and because I didn't get Acuvue samples, I have no ideas if the new prescription will work for me. I wish I'd heeded the 1-star Yelp reviews before I stupidly allowed them charge my insurance. Teela and Rodney need to be fired. They are nice to you as long as they think they can trick you into giving this place more money and buying their brand. Once they realize you're not falling for their fake act, they find no reason to do their jobs. Every time I walk past the store it is empty. I question the integrity of a doctor who continues to employ these people when she's been made aware of their ineptitude. I also question the competence of a doctor who pushes only one brand of contacts and cannot get prescriptions right. If you value your eyes, your time, your sanity, or your money, avoid this place like the plague. read more

I've been getting eye exams since I was 5, I've been wearing glasses since I was 7, and contacts (gas permeable, not disposable) since I was 12. So with way more experience then I like to admit I have, I can say this place is great. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The doctor gave me a very thorough exam, and while it was lengthy, you only get one set of eyes, so I'd rather she do the best job possible. Also, when it comes to contacts, especially the ones I wear, you want to go to the smaller private places - not Hour Eyes - because they are far more capable of providing you with a proper lens fitting exam. Again - you're putting these things in your eyes, make sure they are right. Finally, I agree that the frames at the store are on the pricey side - great styles but yes pricey. I had a great time exploring the styles and getting advice from a stylish staff. But the real great thing was, when all was said and done, they understood when I told them I couldn't afford their frames and wrote down my prescription so I could take it to a box store and get cheaper glasses. The Idoc shop on F Street between 9th and 10th Streets in Washington, DC, is to be avoided. Rodney is the man there. Rodney is a con artist. I went in to get a nose pad fixed and was conned into believing that I had to buy a pair of 420 dollar glasses. A few days later, I went back to Sears, where I bought my old glasses, and had the nose pad fixed for free. I tipped the man 10 dollars as a thank you. Keep away from Idoc. Save money! read more

Until yesterday, I was using frames i bought in 2002 (which are probably considered vintage at this point) so I obviously needed a change. Idoc blew me away. The staff is very friendly, particularly Rodney, who enthusiastically steered me towards very cool frames and found the perfect pair for me: frames that are understated enough for professional interviews, yet big and quirky. I felt like i was shopping with my best friend- it was that fun- and he definitely has brilliant taste and eye for selecting frames. There was an unfortunate delay in retrieving my glasses- several weeks- but i found the staff handled this delay very professionally and offered many alternative solutions. I very much appreciated their professionalism during the setbacks, and because these are the 100% perfect glasses for me, that i have waited for a few years... what's a few more weeks? So worth it. The actual eye doctor was great. Very knowledgeable and competent. However, her assistant had my lenses manufactured as reading glasses instead of computer glasses, so after a week had to send them back to the manufacturer. I literally had to convince the assistant the lenses were wrong. She initially told me it would take a few days to get used to the new prescription, discounting my pleas. I went back a 2nd time and the incorrect lens prescription was, yet again, used. The lenses had also not been polished. They were apologetic, but no discount or accessory was offered to offset the inconvenience and effort on my part. I went back a week later and picked up the glasses with the correct lenses. I have to say, I had originally just wanted an eye exam and walked out having purchased $419.00 worth of frames and lenses. The frames were the floor model and had been handled and discolored. I asked if a new frame could be used and was told it could take weeks to receive. So they sell used frames as new. The assistant was a smooth talker to say the least. Beware! read more

I have been going to Wal-Mart for my contacts for years. It was always easy and when I would travel and lose contacts or rip them I could always find a Wal-Mart vision center to help. However, after moving to D.C. it just became too much to drive out to the burbs to a Wal-Mart for an eye appointment. I decided to try iDoc after my mother came in town and popped in to buy new frames. She had a fantastic expereince so I figure I would try it since it is just two blocks away. I had a fantastic experience! 1. They accepted my insurance (they asked which insurance I had when I set up the appointment). Georgetown Optical, which is a comperable office didn't file my insurance nor would my insurance allow me to file a claim from them. 2. They have super cool frames. Some places can be overwhelming because there are so many, they have a great balance and just the right suppy that you don't feel overwhlemed but there are lots of options. Rodney did a great job helping me find amazing frames. People should know, this is not Lens Crafters or Wal-Mart- I doubt they have $50 (or even $150) frames in this place, they are all designer and high end. If you are looking for cheap frames you probably shouldn't expect to buy them from an independant store front in D.C.'s high rent district. Just sayin. 3. Dr. Rezvani is great. She asked a lot of questions and to be honest I have never had an eye exam quite like this one. First of all, she picked a new contact based off the answers to my questions about work/life habits (I am going to Afghanistan for six months and wanted to try daily lens so I can just throw them out after the long dusty days). Secondly, the office uses electronic records, so everything goes in the computer (after a recent health scare, i now value any office with electronic records... so much easier to access in a pinch). After she had me put the new contacts in she looked at my eyes again with the light/microscope thingy to check the fit. They also seem to be super flexible. My mother had an eye exam there while she was up visiting me, because she wanted to buy some new frames while she was in. During the visit she also decided to switch contact lens. It took a couple of trials with different lens to find the right ones- but she was able to do it through the phone and mail. She raved about how responsive they were and ammenable to dealing with her from 1000 miles away! This doctors appointment was actually fun! read more

I looked online at all my eye doc options in DC and decided to go with this place. I felt that the exam was thorough, the doctor took her time, and I felt like I got exactly what I was hoping to get (good service and a knowledgeable doctor). I was a little shocked at the contact lens fitting fee ($100, of which my insurance only covered $30)... but in the end, I still feel its worth it. Let's face it, it's DC (not cheap), and business is business. Far better than going to some mediocre doctor who doesn't take their time! I will definitely stick with this place!! read more

While the people are friendly, they are wholly incompetent. I was initially frustrated during my meeting with the doctor (she was running about 15 minutes late, though that is not a primary concern) because she did not listen to my needs. She was trying to push her agenda--selling daily contact lenses. The doctor did relent and write a prescription for the contacts that have been working very well for me for the past several years. Upon checking out, I was told they would be shipped to my house. Several days later, I received an email stating that the contacts were in the store. I reached out to them, and they arranged to have them delivered to my residence. However, upon closer inspection, they did not label any of the boxes! While I can do this on my own, I have never had that happen before. I strongly advise looking elsewhere. read more

I've always ignored my eyes because if I didn't need glasses, then all was well, right? Well, this worked fine until I woke up with a nagging eye infection that lasted longer than it should have. I called and made a quick appointment and met with Dr. Rezvani a day or so later. She diagnosed me and gave me a prescription for some eye drops, etc. Bueno. Problem solved. A year later, I went back to what I would have to call "The Eye Spa." This place is not your typical eye doctor's office. It's a haven for your eyes. And they play really cool music, not muzak. :-) ) I explained my reason for coming in (eye exam and being unable to read texts while driving--so awful, I know.) and she went to work on my eyes. She examined me and walked me through everything she was doing while she was doing it. Hey, those big machines coming at you can feel intimidating, so it was nice to know what was going on during the exam. Dr. Rezvani explained my sight problem and gave me a few options for the type of eyeglasses I'd need to have for my nearsightedness. The glasses they have are not your typical brands--they're all handmade and most are European. They have a few drawers of less expensive options, which is good for some people. I, however, am a stylish lady and wanted to accessorize my face with something daring and unique. I chose a pair of chic-geek glasses by Theo. Love, love, love what I ended up with. During my selection, I was assisted by Dr. Rezvani's staff, who are extremely informed about the selection of eye ware. I was told my glasses would be in within two weeks. I was surprised a week later to get a text from the office, saying my glasses were in. Yay! My whole experience from start to finish was a cinch, a breeze, a tall glass of lemonade with a garnish of mint on a hot summer day. I highly recommend Dr. Rezvani to anyone who needs a high level of care and attention. I've read other reviews about Dr. Rezvani--one is not so nice. I'm very surprised and based on the review and intensity with which it was written, I'd venture to say might be "user-error." But that's just my gut thought. My personal experiences here have all been nothing short of supreme. P.S. I've recommended Idoc to my co-workers and they all agree that this place rocks. read more

I have come here twice - once for an eye exam and once to purchase glasses. I've had great experiences both times. Dr. Rezvani is super personable and really took time during my appointment to thoughtfully answer my questions. When I came back another time to purchase a pair of glasses, the gentleman that was working was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me decide which pair of glasses I wanted, which I really appreciated. It seemed to me that they really care about their customers here, more so than at a place like Visionworks. Their selection isn't huge, but what they do have is high quality and fashionable. If you're looking for an eye doctor in this area, look no further! read more

Looking at previous reviews, I agree that the customer service here is lacking. I arrived to my confirmed examination appointment this morning only to be told that it was "rescheduled to accommodate another customer". The condescending manner in which I was told that an email was sent informing me that my appointment had been cancelled was inappropriate and unprofessional. I never received a notice despite their claims of trying to contact me via email. I would recommend next time, don't suggest to a potential customer that they should have "checked their spam box" for a cancellation email and instead extend the courtesy, and make a phone call....or better yet honor a confirmed appointment. read more

I should have read Yelp before I went to this place. It was close and convenient. Like many of the reviews, it started out great then turns into something incredibly irritating. Dr. Rezvani is not customer friendly. She did push the dailies hard, even when I told her I liked my the lens I had been wearing. Her tactics I am sure are very convincing to a lot of people..."oh, you can't possibly get your lens clean enough", the push for dailies. "Oh, it looks like you lens are the cause this problem, or that problem"...the push for daily lens. I was going to move to dailies anyway!!!!! Her front staff makes up for her lack of customer service, they are nice enough and try to handle issues, that clear Ms. Reznani needs to address. I left the first visit ok. I was liking the trial lens. I ran out, had to come back(2nd visit), she gave me more but the wrong script...ON PURPOSE! No real excuse why. I returned to get them replaced, she did not address me, help me or acknowledge me. Front staff was great. I ran out again because my lens had not arrived, this is going on day 6 so I had to go back (visit 3) to get more trials. I was given the wrong script AGAIN, told the young lady, she returned with the correct lens. I am still waiting for the lens to come in. All the while Ms. Rezvani is standing there, asked me how I was doing...I told her I was frustrated, she did not take responsibility for anything, nothing! I just want the lens I paid for so I can go on about my business of seeing. I will never go back. read more

This is a difficult review. The customer service was 5 stars. The pricing just drove the rating down. We looked at three pairs of eye glasses (no insurance). The total was over 3500. I bought 3 pair at Costco for $530. Not the same quality of frame, but there are only one or two lenses manufacturers. Come on, Get real with the pricing. Had I written a Yelp review after my first visit to IDOC, it would have been a 4 star review. But after my visit today I am so upset that giving them 2 stars seems generous. Let me preface by saying the doctors here are great, my checkup exam about a month ago was thorough but not so long or in-depth to make me itching to escape. The doctor was super nice and seems to know her stuff. Today, the receptionist totally ruined this place for me. Rude beyond belief (even talked about me to other receptionist while I was still in the room) then gave me a 5 minute lecture on how if my insurance doesn't pay for the visit they will bill me and I'll have to pay myself (yes, I know how insurance works). I came from work, in work clothes, I don't look like a hobo. I have no idea why she was like that. To make things more annoying, I have a very specific eye issue, I called and explained my problem to the receptionist who assured me (twice) the doctor has seen this before and they can take care of it. Imagine my frustration when I finally get in to see the doctor and the doctor assures me this is definitely not something they can treat and her receptionists know this so they couldn't have advised me otherwise. Thankfully, after demanding, they agreed to not charging me for a visit. Thankfully there's more than 1 eye doctor in this town. read more

One of the worst places in DC for any medical care. Dr. Rezvani is rude, patronizing, and deeply insecure. On top of that, she wrote me a prescription that was was off by -1.00 (since discovered and corrected using two other optometrists). It's hard to say whether her bad attitude or extreme incompetence is the bigger reason for not going back. I have more respect for 'Dr." in "Dr. Pepper." Her staff is very comparable to Dr. Rezvani -- absent-minded, rude, and not helpful. After charging me over $600 for glasses + lenses, the guy warped the frames using the heater and now the lenses can't be replaced. There goes a pair of frames. Avoid at all costs -- there are plenty of optometrists in the area. As other reviews show, this office has a hard time determining the correct prescription. read more

I was visiting DC from out of town and down to my last pair of contacts that got torn. It was pretty miserable. I stopped into Idoc Optical and the two people working there were extremely helpful. They set me up with some awesome trials to hold me over while on my trip, and even gave me advice on some places to check out in the city during my stay. It was a lifesaver! read more

Dr. Rezvani did not show for scheduled appointment. Had me waiting for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before asking if I'd like to reschedule. I'd arrived early, filled out their duplicative forms, and so on. No thanks, I will find another eye doctor! read more

Dr. Rezvani fulfill all my expectations and she was able to refereed me accordingly to specialist to look at my eye. Her knowledge, kindness and warmth makes her a gem in DC! read more

Great experience! Yes they can be a little pricey--- but I imagine that's an issue with what your insurance covers and what it doesnt. However Dr. Rezvani was thorough friendly, and knowledgeable. Her staff was equally gracious and helpful even after I decided to purchase my hardware elsewhere. I am a big fan and intend to use iDoc optical so long as they take BCBS! read more

This is a great eyeglasses store. The doctor was super-friendly and I got the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. She talked to me about my contact options and gave me sample solutions and drops to try. The entire staff is very friendly and they were super helpful when I picked out a frame. The have alot of frame options and some really cute contemporary styles. The frames are on the pricey side, but my insurance covered the frames. The staff also goes through each line item of your receipt and tells you what is and what isn't covered by your insurance, which is great and clears up any confusion over pricing. read more

I'm new to the DC area, originally from Boston, and was looking for a new doctor in the area and I was recommended to idoc by a coworker. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I had been coming here for years. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. My eyes are really bad and the doctor was extremely patient and thorough during my exam. Their eyeglasses are a bit pricey, but the manager, Rodney, explained to me that my insurance would cover a big portion of it. After only a few minutes with him, we found the perfect pair. I can't wait to get my new glasses! Loved the service, and will definitely recommend idoc to all my new friends! read more

I've been really happy with my care here. The front office staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors take good care of you. They spend plenty of time with you and answer all your questions, and they can always be reached by phone for follow-up questions. Even the technicians are good; I once had a contact lens mishap and was able to come in for help from a technician (the same day) when the doctors weren't in. Also, the location is good and I think they take most vision plans. I would definitely recommend it. read more
