Just walked right up to the lady behind the computer and told her I was here for pick up. She stared at me like I had 14 heads and proceeded to say "name!?" In an incredibly condescending way. She then tossed my bag of food on the counter and said nothing else. I told her to have a great day. She was an older lady probably late 60s with short hair. She is the only downside to my experience. Food was fantastic though

We ordered toasted bagels, but they were barely toasted and tasted more like plain bagels. The coffee was unfortunately very disappointing as well. The outstanding service is the reason I'd consider giving this place another try, and I hope they can improve the bagels and coffee because the staff truly deserves recognition.

Starved and ready to eat at the closest spot was how we came upon Harry's for a late afternoon lunch. Service was quick when we arrived but there were tables ahead of us who had waited forever for their food. We got the clam chowder and the spinach crab artichoke dip. The crab was nowhere to be found in the dip but that was probably a fortunate turn of events as my crab cake sandwich was mediocre at best. It was not fresh. Perhaps it was frozen but wherever they get their frozen supply from was not a worthy brand. This was a lesson that a simple Yelp or Google search should take precedence over hungry bellies.
