A super dialed-in breakfast-focused spot, which is probably why there's usually a line to get in. The menu isn't huge but covers the basics pretty well -- pancakes, hash, sandos, omelets--- and my Rising Sun Wrap was just what I was looking for. Egg white, turkey sausage, mozzarella and spinach in a good portion, hot and tasty, with fruit on the side; hey, sometimes ya gotta eat healthy right? The food was fresh, the service was outstanding but I will ding them for the ambiance; just so-so, with low ceilings and small windows. But the big room has some good energy going for it at least. read more

Six of us came for breakfast on a Sunday morning around 11am. Place was hopping!! Casual place. Avery, the hostess, our waitress, and the food deliverers took good care of us. I got the avocado toast. It was fresh and delicious but wish the bread was toasted more. Loved and ate my whole side of fruit. My sister got the pancakes with strawberries and I loved that the berries were warm. My brother-in-law liked his eggs Benedict. The kid's menu chocolate chip pancake was a generous serving. Everyone enjoyed what they got. Very friendly vacay vibe. Everyone seemed so happy too. Highly recommend. Will return. read more

Came here on a whim while visiting the Crest. It was near our condo and got good reviews. I second them! We easily got a table around lunch time and there was a variety of foods to choose from both breakfast and lunch menus. I got the chicken Caesar wrap which was fresh and very filling. However, I wish the chicken wasn't full strips and a little more chopped up or smaller. Kids got the pancakes with ice cream which were huge! Sadly we couldn't take it home but the pancakes were soft and fluffy and a fun treat for my daughter. We got the kids' chicken fingers which were very big and crispy and fried mozzarella wedges which were just a cheese lovers dream. Husband got the cheesesteak eggrolls - so delicious and with a great side sauce. Service was fast and friendly and the ambiance was beachy and very clean. Would definitely return and do recommend for a family friendly meal! read more

Very disappointed with my last experience with This wildwood classic. I Remember going here when I was younger and Always remembered it as a go to place when visiting wildwood. When the food finally came other after waiting a unusually long time for an Omelette and oatmeal, i was greeted with lap full of the fruit salad i Ordered (food runner dropped it all over me) and ice cold food. Also the Omelette was salty and the oatmeal was served differently then what was stated in the menu (walnuts vs candied pecans). To get refills was difficult as well as we were basically ignored after the order was as taken. The waitress (not our waiter) who I flagged down also had an Attitude after I explained to her what happened). The same waitress tried to remedy the situation by only microwaving the cold food and bringing that back. I'm just perplexed why they couldn't at least given me fresh toasted toast lol. Anyways I did tell out waiter I was disappointed with the meal and he did take it off the bill (I didn't eat any of the meal anyways). The waiter was very professional and polite and apologetic but tbh this wasn't really his fault as it was more the food runners. When the manager /owner asked how things were I was honest she was apologetic but also passed blame on to the fact that she said she was short staffed and had young employees working for her as it was the end of the season. But this actually proves is her own fault. Based of previous post regarding this problem she knows she should either hire more/better help or just close entirely for the season if she can't keep up With the same Quality you get the rest of the season. It effects her business greatly in my opinion and To just pass blame is wrong. Also we went just the day before to another diner for breakfast and had a wonderful experience so I know this can be done. I'm giving the place 2 stars merely because the waiter was professional. read more

Stopped here shortly after arriving to our Airbnb which was a block away. I don't think this place is anything to write home about. It's not bad but it's not great. Diner-esque feels for sure. I ordered whatever the omelette of the day was, and my boyfriend got the breakfast burrito. Both were rather bland. Our waitress was super sweet though so 2 of these stars are for her. They offer grab and go tea and coffee if you just want some caffeine on your way to the beach though which is nice for sure. read more

This is our second time here for dinner in two weeks. This place used to only be open for breakfast and lunch and just recently added a dinner menu. So glad they did. Not sure that people know they now serve dinner, but that's ok because we were able to be seated right away. Once word gets out how good the food is, not sure that will happen. Both nights I had the soup of the evening and they were both fantastic. My partner had the tomato soup that is always on their menu and she loved it. For the main course we have had the chicken with crab meat and the Hanger Steak. Both an excellent choice. They don't skimp on their potions and the crab meat on top of the chicken was a nice amount and large lump pieces. The second time we came in we opted for the early bird and both had the veal hunter. What a tasty dish and again the portions are a nice size. This hidden gem is now one of our favorite places in the crest and we will be back again this summer. Old "resort" in an area full of old resorts. Oh man- how to explain the nastiness of this place without making myself want to hurl... The place looks good on the website - as most places do. It might have been nice 40 years ago, but today it is extremely worn. From the rooms to the pool to the BBQ / picnic area, it was all worn out and old. It seems like the kind of place where you could hide from the law for a few months. Located down the strip from the main activities of Wildwood proper, the area isn't all that bad overall. Great spot for breakfast at the shore. We wanted to avoid an over-priced and crowded spot and the Admiral's Table didn't disappoint. Friendly hostess and a quick and attentive server. Good sized portions at a fair price. Tremendous amount of avocado on the toast. My son loved the peanut butter and banana French toast. In looking for restaurants that were in walking distance from our motel, we found the Admiral's Table. We ended up going back a 2nd time for dinner since it was so good, and next year plan on trying the breakfast. The dinner menu isn't huge, but everything we tried was delicious & prices are fair for the area. The dinner salad, blackened fish reuben, chicken parmesan and kid's chicken fingers were our favorites. The interior is nicely done and very cozy. Can't wait to go back again next year. read more
