I've bought business clothes, casual outfits, and workout clothes from here, and I've never had to return anything. My everyday purse was purchased here and has been spilled on, dropped several times, and my purse is still going strong looking just as new lol. All all my makeup is from the Sephora inside the store, which is so convenient. I've also had really great experiences with customer service. One time I lost my AirPods, and they were so kind and helpful--offering to help find them and even taking my contact information to follow up. Everyone is just so friendly. Overall, such a great shopping experience every time!

When I try out clothing in the dressing room, Jeannie, one of the sales associates, is always extremely friendly and welcoming. She's the other reason I like coming to this particular Ross store. There's little old Asian man who's also very sweet and always opens the door for me because I have a habit of leaving the store with my hands full. However, several issues have been making my shopping experience increasingly uncomfortable. I often feel like I'm being watched. When I walk down an empty aisle, someone seems to appear almost immediately, and they stand very close to me. The self‑checkout area is especially uncomfortable -- the employee there watches me so closely that it feels accusatory. I've never stolen anything in my life; I'm the person who turns in lost cell phones. This is the only store where I ever feel this way, and it's discouraging. The large blue baskets employees push around are another concern. I've been bumped or hit by them more than once. Recently, an item I canceled at checkout was accidentally left in my cart by an employee. I drove back to return it because I didn't want anyone to get in trouble, but the situation added to my frustration. The produce section also needs improvement. Some items are fine, but the potatoes are often old, and the lettuce is frequently wilted. The layout of the produce area makes things worse -- the slanted tables and narrow pathways cause constant congestion, and customers end up bumping into each other. I hope these issues can be addressed. I like this store and want to continue shopping here but thinking of changing to a different store. The overall experience has become stressful. Improving the layout, produce quality, and customer interactions would make a big difference.

They even helped me with a special request and treated it like it mattered just as much as I did. That kind of service is rare. They are always friendly, professional, and the pricing is extremely fair -- honestly far more reasonable than the quality of work deserves. I would gladly pay twice as much.
