Their clearance section is amazing too; that plus the coupons and deals - sometimes I walk out without even having to pay anything. The store is always so clean and peaceful, which makes it such a nice place to just walk around. I've bought business clothes, casual outfits, and workout clothes from here, and I've never had to return anything. My everyday purse was purchased here and has been spilled on, dropped several times, and my purse is still going strong looking just as new lol. All all my makeup is from the Sephora inside the store, which is so convenient. I've also had really great experiences with customer service. One time I lost my AirPods, and they were so kind and helpful--offering to help find them and even taking my contact information to follow up. Everyone is just so friendly. Overall, such a great shopping experience every time!

The parking lot is big, however if it's frequently full, and you might have to circle around a bit on busy days. There are lots of other stores and restaurants in the area as well which is very convenient. Unfortunately the service here can be very hit or miss. The last time i was in there were about 5 people behind the counter but they kept walking away from there registers, so there were only 2 to 3 ringing up and doing exchanges. There seemed to be no sense of urgency at all for the over 15 customers in line that wrapped around. Instead of trying to get the line down, they were either talking forever to customers about random things, or playing with hangers, or a clipboard. The other tasks they were doing could have been done either later, or done by just 1 of them not 2 or 3 at a time. Then they want to ask you to get a credit card after you finally do get to the register, and it's more frustrating when you tell them no, and they keep going.

We went straight to the home section in search for our cutlery organizer. To our surprise they had a good variety of cutlery organizers. They were all from reputed good brands so we couldn't go wrong. We decided to get a wooden extendable one because we had a lot of cutlery. This one could fit in most of the cutlery and the price was perfect. It also looked aesthetic and rugged. The checkout process was smooth. They have a good return policy too. I will definitely be going back again to check their other inventory across other departments!

When I try out clothing in the dressing room, Jeannie, one of the sales associates, is always extremely friendly and welcoming. She's the other reason I like coming to this particular Ross store. There's little old Asian man who's also very sweet and always opens the door for me because I have a habit of leaving the store with my hands full. With that said, they move a lot of people through, but it rarely feels overly crowded. I come here for the same reason many others do. They often have the lowest prices around. The store is kept neat and clean, and the employees are very helpful when approached. Check out can be hit or miss. Sometimes you have to wait in a line and other times you can walk right up. The wait is sometimes caused by closed stations. They are good about always having an employee in the self checkout area to help if needed.

I've now brought several pairs of my Coach pumps here... because they are THAT good. The craftsmanship is excellent and they take genuine care with every repair. They even helped me with a special request and treated it like it mattered just as much as I did. That kind of service is rare. They are always friendly, professional, and the pricing is extremely fair -- honestly far more reasonable than the quality of work deserves. I would gladly pay twice as much. They've replaced zippers, zipper keepers, claves, and re-stitched many places in my boots helping me double their life. Minus one star because the repair took longer than expected and communication wasn't clear about that. The quality off work will keep me coming back though.

I called the number voice mail full and closed on Sunday. 52 miles round trip. Went back Monday, we're the Sandals done? Sorta, they had repaired the elastic but did not dye them black. Polished them black. The guy behind the counter was rude and unapologetic. He claimed he had waited but that was a lie. I knocked and tried to call. $47 a total rip off. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else.
