Ashraf was great! Made an appointment to drop off my bridesmaid dress. At the appointment I tried it on for him with the heels on so that he could get an accurate measurement for how much to take off the dress. He gave me a date two weeks out for pickup and had me try it on again with the heels at pickup! He is great at what he does and is really professional as well. My total for trimming the dress down came to be $95 which I think is pretty reasonable for our area. read more

I thought all these glowing reviews had to have some fake ones, but nope! Ashraf is just as kind, professional, and talented as they say. I had a lovely experience as he hemmed some suit pants for me. He could have tried to upsell me on getting the jacket tailored, but he said it actually already fit me perfectly. What a wonderful business. I'll be sure to go back again! read more

Best tailor I've been to! Kind, organized and talented, Ashraf has an eye for fit and helped me with a pair of pants that I loved, but just didn't fit right. He didn't just take the waist it, he altered the whole hip/seat area in a way that was so flattering! Thank you Ashraf! read more

Ashraf was extremely helpful and has me looking sharp in my suit. I had a job interview and ashraf was able to get my suit tailored overnight. I was nervous but once I put on that suit it was a done deal and I got the job. Extremely thankful for Ashraf's skills. read more

I give one deduction or demerit for $pricing for expertly crafted sweatshirt, pants style, custom-tailored jupe" . The cost for tailoring my Marisol' TJMAXX/Ross/Bannana Republic corps /Walmart brand khaki maroon burgundy pants trousers--was phenomenal at $28. Parking is very difficult to contend with but I highly recommend this Taylor to at least get it 99% Perfect the first time. I have raspberry deep, red, maroon, burgundy, zippers, and grommets to create a custom-made size 4 dress in the future, and I feel enthralled with his hospitality, diplomacy, and plausibly creating T-shirts-Quilt as well in the future... 2k24 & NOVEMBER 2k25!??!?? read more

Ash is by far the most highly skilled and polished tailor I have had the pleasure of knowing. I met Ash while he was the tailor at a luxury clothier in City Center. I quickly became a returning customer mainly because of Ash. Ash genuinely listens and tries to understand what your preferences are and gives quality feedback without being imposing. He is meticulous with his work, and no detail is too small for him to ensure you have a great fit. I tend to like my suits on the modern and slim end, and for me, it was impossible to find a tailor that could get it right. Ash gets the modern fit flawlessly. Ash delivers a white-glove approach to his craft and provides stellar customer service. Genuinely a pleasant and great guy all around. I continue to see Ash at his new shop in Arlington, and I continue to be extremely happy with his work. read more

Highly recommend without reservations. Ashraf is professional, kind, very competent, and honest.

I had Ashraf alter over thirty pieces of clothing, so I have a good sample size to gauge from. He is very knowledgeable and professional and took extreme pride in his work. I was very pleased with the outcome. read more

Highly recommend for any tailoring needs! Very precise. I've been to both locations (old and new) and he has done a great job both times. I found the prices to be very reasonable. read more

This place makes the best face masks! Super cute options and very durable. Also as a glasses wearer I must say the design is super practical and optimal for me since normally other masks might feel funny on my face and make my glasses fog up. Will be a return customer in the future for all my covid mask-needs! read more

Ash is wonderful and very detailed and professional in his work. We highly recommend him!

Dishonest tactics and inflated prices. I was able to find the same pieces 40% cheaper online. read more

Great selection of furniture with modern look. I've purchased a lot of items previously from Elegance Decor for my studio apartment. Over all positive buying experience. Very convenient in local Northern Virginia area. read more

Stop your search right here. Not only is Ashraf the most knowledgeable and talented tailor I've ever been to, but he provided one of the best overall customer service experiences I've ever had. He goes above and beyond to meet your needs, works tirelessly to make sure that everything is done to perfection, and charges you a price that's honestly probably too low. I can't recommend him enough. read more

Stitch by Ashraf - Front store in Chantilly, VA. - Sewing & Alterations Near Me

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Avoid doing any business here. They are completely unreliable and deliver nothing but empty promises. Customer service is awful and the only people you can talk to are the owners. At first, the owners seem very willing to help you. Once they get you to order furniture from them and have your deposit, they never deliver on time and customer service is awful. I ordered my furniture and had an expected delivery date of about 6 months later, which was fine. My furniture came in 11 months after I had ordered it...completely unacceptable. I had even paid her in full - which was my mistake. She gave me loaner furniture that is nothing like what I ordered - much cheaper looking and did not match anything else I had in my home. She ignored my phone calls for months about when she'd swap her loaner furniture for what I had actually paid for. My order came in 5 months late. She ignores any emails you send her and will not pick up her phone - for no reason at all. If you call the store, her sister will say she'll give her the message and call you back - but you will never hear from them again. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

Big fan of high-end interior design shops that are independently owned. They have brands here that aren't easy to find. Apparently they outfit a lot of businesses and offices, so I knew I was going to the right place when I needed to find a desk for my home office. Staff is very friendly as well and I'm SO GLAD I didn't have to drive all the way to Ikea. read more

If you want to pay 50% higher than on line stores, go for it. So you should get a better service for paying higher premium? Nop. The same. They will dodge your calls and emails and come up with excuses. read more

We purchased our Sectional in Feb 2016. Since it was custom made, it was supposed to come after 12 weeks. We waited patiently. And there was water damage and we had to wait another 8-9 weeks. When the sectional arrived, it was damaged piece. I was told I would be given 10% discount for the inconvenience I had to go through. This was supposed to happen in Sept 2016. I texted her a lot and emailed her but I never got timely response. And now I have checked my credit card statement since Sept through Dec and my refund amount has not shown. The salesperson said it was subtracted from their account. How is it possible? Very very bad customer service, unresponsive. Never buy from them. I was really patient and now I have crossed all the limits and had to write review. First few weeks once the order is made, they will be responsive but after that GOOD LUCK getting in touch with them. read more
