I walk in and see them sitting around on their phones and circled up talking. I wouldn't care if I didnt get dirty clothes back repeatedly now. Mind you, they packaged it up and gave it to me like they washed it and didn't say anything. I finally got fed up and recently had my husband come and ask them bringing the clothing items back and they said it was due to the dress having a safety pin holding a piece of the dress together. If they couldn't do it for that reason, when I picked it up the first time I should've been informed and received a credit. It took my husband going and asking about it before they explained why it still smelled dirty / wasn't washed and they finally provided a credit. I'm convinced they don't actually clean a lot of the items. Sometimes things still have stains on it, then I clean it at home and the stain comes out. I don't recommend this spot, might be cheap but the service and quality is lacking. I've also paid to get something sewed together since they offer that service and that part of the dress came off the next time I wore it at an event.

She did a fantastic job, exactly as requested, and even went above and beyond by adding some additional stitching where she thought the costume needed some more strength! Great staff. Great work. Brought in a par of J.Crew chinos to get hemmed. They had a 34" inseam with a 3/4 hem. I asked for…read morethem to be hemmed just one hem's width (about 3/4-1") to bring the inseam to about 33". When I picked the up, the thread color they used way much lighter than the stitches on the rest of the pants. I asked for a redo with a thread color that was closer to the original. They re-did the stitching, but also hemmed them again, so now the inseam is just under 32" and the pants are now way too short.
