His schtick is tell you "I'm fast bc I'm prepared. would you like me to work slower to justify the fee?" but the truth is that he is just grossly overcharging everyone. Once you compare him to a real plumber, who does the right thing and wants a lasting relationship and referrals instead of one hit the difference becomes obvious.

In March 2022, our building management company hired Maxwell Plumbing to inspect and repair a…read morebathroom leak in our apartment. During the repair, they replaced the plumbing with poorly fitted PVC piping. Unfortunately, 4 years later, the pipes became severely corroded and clogged, ultimately requiring a full replacement. My advice to anyone dealing with home repairs: be present if you can ask questions, and inspect the work being done. I wasn't home during the repair, and looking back, I wish I had been more involved. Taking the time to verify the quality of the work upfront can save you from ongoing plumbing issues and costly repairs later on.

We met with Dave back in December to brainstorm and to provide a quote for the jobs. He was very professional and timely with providing us with options on the project and a clear-cut price. He helped us remain on target throughout the process and in the end, we paid exactly what he estimated we would (very comforting because we were on a tight budget). Dave began our first bathroom on time and finished within the allotted time frame. My wife and I both work but felt completely comfortable with Dave being in our home without supervision. When we're were home while Dave was working, he was great with our children, cat and dog and always left his work area very neat when leaving for the day. After completing the first bathroom, he ensured that everything was completed to our liking and then proceeded to knock out the second bathroom with the same timely precision. He just completed the final touches this past weekend and we really can't thank him enough. We are so pleased with his work and communication and are lucky to have found his business online last summer. We can't wait to use him for future projects. We wholeheartedly recommend Dave to any family needing some updating in their homes. Thanks, brother!!
