They left that day without it working claiming that they installing it was the only part of their job. When I said I was bringing in a second electrician and would deduct that bill did they get it working. In addition to that they installed an outlet on the front of my house. To do so they tapped into an outlet in my living room. During this process they crated a whole in the wall that they tried to sloppily cover with a four prong outlet. No pride I their work. I would never use them again or recommend them at all.

They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). I quickly turned around and my husband was going to the breaker box and not saying a word so I knew he was in ‍ mode. I quickly grabbed the fire extinguisher in case there was any wires burning behind the wall. Thankfully from what we could tell there was not. But we are not electricians. My husband called a service we have that contacts area electricians for you and one called back, said all was good just not to use any of the other lights on that switch and he would see use the following Thursday as in a whole week. I could not believe when my husband told me later on that was what was going down. My exact words were oh hell no. I got on with the company we use explained what happened and they said hold on. That's where Mike comes in. He immediately got off the Wantagh Pkwy and came to our home in Levittown. He made sure all the mains were off then showed us that we still had a live wire cooking away in there. Most likely nothing would have happened because we weren't going to mess with it but you never know. Plus we have old fashioned fixtures in our home so Mike updated us into the 21st Century with some nice looking 3way lighting fixture. He is a somewhat quiet but truly down to earth guy with a lot of patients and family values. He was here for about 45 minutes and cleaned up after himself including I am sure the dust that was on my table. If you are looking for an honest, hard worker, who knows his stuff look no further.

I asked a few questions, everything was straight forward and easy to understand. On the day of the project, we talked over in detail my options for a fireplace outlet. Without a doubt I had full confidence that they would be able to finish the project, not only successfully, but presentable and neatly. A few approvals and the project began. Juan and Tony treated my home as their own. They put drop clothes and plastic sheeting over everything to protect furniture, floor, etc. Used a vac and everything to keep a clean working area. Tony is very knowledgeable of the install! They tackled the attic to run wires, got the electrical box on the fireplace, and the rest was history! They also included mounting my full motion tv mount. Price was reasonable and great workmanship. I didn't have to stay and walk them through anything. They were 10000% knowledgable and trustworthy people! Completely comfortable with them, they felt like family! My key point: they treated my home like their own and made it how they would install in their home. Very much noted and grateful to find these guys. Highly recommended! Quality!
