They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). BQ - if you see this - be prepared, I will call you for lighting updates on the outside of the house this time :)

They also accommodated an additional small job that popped up unexpectedly. Estimates are done via computer software, so you can expect consistency in pricing - they're not just making up numbers as they go along. Overall, I found them professional, knowledgeable, and reliable and would use them again. Electrical work isn't cheap - especially on Long Island - but I think we made out OK given the quality of the work and the amount of time they spent on the job.

What's the point of 24/7 emergency service and charging for it when you clearly cannot address issues with 300 percent margin on it. Terrible!
