Joe came, scoped out the work, made a copy of the entire report, wrote up a thorough estimate, and I waited. The phone staff were very patient with me because I was nervous they would not want to do all the work that needed to be addressed! After I approved the estimate, Jerry arrived, and he and Gabe methodically plugged away at each issue. As the day progressed, I became more impressed with Jerry's integrity, professionalism, character and wisdom. My sister and I were extremely pleased with the service we received from Allways Electric. Electricians Frank and TJ came to do the electrical installation for our dad's stairlift. They were absolutely wonderful. They were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and very respectful of the property. The house is very old and we were fearful that this type of work would be impossible to do. It was a very hot day and they worked straight though until the job was done. They were so kind and thoughtful to our 102 year old father. He was so grateful and relieved that he would be able to get his stairlift that would give him his much needed freedom. Would not use. I did and I am very sorry. Repaired a normal electric switch plate and replaced with an industrial size box that sticks out of the wall about two inches. Said they would replace this box since repairman did not have the correct part with him. When I called to set up an appointment to replace the switch plate that was installed, company said if I did another job (overpriced estimate) they would fix it. Stay away from this company. They get one star because they showed up. Of course they had the wrong parts but hey, what do they know about electricity. read more

I had an electrical problem in my house.I called always electric about 545 pm.They said they can get someone there within an hour.The cost would be 304$ for first hr.i agreed because I had no heat.I have four kids and one that is disabled so i needed it fixed.The electricuan who came was good.He was here for about 20 min and said It was the power company problem.I called the following day to see if they would prorate service called being they did not fix the problem and only spent 20 min at my house.I asked if they would charge me 30 min instead.they refused.It seams unfair that a company like that would take advantage of a situation.I will never use them again.I would not recommend using this company read more

they stole $165 dollars from me....i asked them to come and repair a ripped frayed qire...they came and i was in the doctor with my disabled child and my daughter paid them over the phone and they didnt do the work,,,when i called they said i payed for an estimate i never got an estimate and never asked for one...the wire was exposed and i asked for repaired. read more
