Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. They quoted 30% lower than Rudco, BUT they didn't address my 1950s galvanized water main line to house. Rudco's quote covered the full job - doing it right. Steve at Rudco said he would not do it any other way than the right way, as if it was his own house. Steve said there was risk that a valve-only job could fail. So I went with Rudco. They did a great job, and didn't even need to dig up the grass or disturb anything - using a mechanical extruder to replace the line. So, I have a new line from the city service right through to the interior of my house. Rudco impressed me and gave me peace of mind.
