Wow, what a positive experience I had with this company!!! Superpower Electric has an awesome professional working on their team. Patrick - our electrician, contacted our home and provided us with his time of arrival; he arrived at the time he indicted and was very professional. Patrick covered his shoes before walking on my carpet and educated us of the problems. Pat then politely asked if he could proceed with the job and informed us of the five (5) year warranty. The price was very reasonable. Pat noticed two (2) smoke alarms were not mounted so he asked to mount them correctly for us. After the entire Job was completed, I asked Pat if he could take a look at a light fixture in my walk-in closet. Once again, Pat educated us on how to properly insert the bulbs to prevent future problems, and tightened our light fixture, he even cleaned up after himself and left our home free of wires. I feel safe now....... Patrick, you are awesome and such a friendly person. Thank you so much for going beyond for us. Had an extremely nerve racking situation at my house concerning my circuit breakers. It was relatively late at night so finding an electrician at the time was not easy to say the least. Luckily I came across Pat and his company in my search. They answered quickly and within just a few minutes had me send a photo of my system to know what he was working with. He called back shortly and was at my house within the hour. He came in, assessed the problem and gave me multiple options to choose from to repair my problem including one that I asked of my own since money is tight. We agreed on a cheaper fix that fit my budget and he even went the extra mile for me and my family. Everything is working well now and he gave me back my peace of mind. These folks were recommended by Telsa for their car charging installation needs, and I would back them up 100%. Pat, and Shane were very friendly, and professional. I had them do the car charger port, as well as another run for my laundry station. Both were very friendly, and walked me through everything that they were doing. Pat even took care to cover his shoes when going through the house! When the job was done they cleaned up their workspace nicely, and even offered to help me put the garage back into order. We have a new Tesla on the way and the dealership in Springfield recommended Pat and Superpower Electric to install our wall charger. Am I glad they did! Pat got back to me immediately, and was thoroughly expert in everything related to the charger. We set up an appointment very quickly, and not only did he get the charger installed, he showed me a heat map of the panel, showing some places that were warmer than ideal, and we discussed options for remediation. I never leave feedback on Yelp, but feel compelled to do so with Superpower. They are reasonably priced, on time, efficient and beyond all of that genuine and great to work with. I just used them to add two outlets in my basement plus fish wires to mount a flat panel TV on my wall. Re this latest experience, I had pre-purchased a recessed face plate , but bought the wrong one. Pat completed the work day 1, but also made it a priority to come back 2 days later once I had the right part. Same cost, still courteous and yet again on time! EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! My mother called them to reinstall a bathroom light fixture that was no longer working and they charged $431.00! They put in a box to secure the electrical wires. That was $50.00 on top of $380.00 to reattach the light fixture. The average cost to install a light fixture is $75 - $125. How can they justify $380.00 to reinstall one light fixture?! read more
