I've read some of the other reviews and have not experienced the negatives whatsoever. In my opinion, they were well worth hiring. Professional, down-to-earth, and did a great job. They worked around my schedule during meetings (as I work from home) and were incredibly accommodating. My house was not just cleaned, but sanitized. I have three children, a 5 month, a 3 year old and a 5 year old. My house gets gross with sticky and nasty stuff. Along with the toilet training, it is by no means an easy house to clean. Contacted Home Advisor for assistance finding a Post Construction Cleaning Service. They put Bee There Cleaning Service in contact with me. A promising conversation was held with Tyree James (possibly spelled wrong) who scheduled an appointment with me. I stayed home the entire morning and most of the afternoon waiting for him to arrive and view the property to provide a quote . No show! I texted and called, no response. Very disappointed. Thank God for Youtube! With the Holidays coming up and the local companies being booked I was desperate. Luckily I was able to find a post construction clean up video. This was such a disappointment. I am 39 weeks pregnant and just wanted a deep clean for my house before the baby comes without having to be around chemicals. I just spent 2 hours cleaning my house that was supposedly cleaned for 4 hours. It looks like they only vacuumed, mopped and dusted top surfaces. My kitchen counters weren't even wiped down. I purchased a Groupon for Bee There Cleaning Service. After about three different emails and two voicemails I finally connected with someone to schedule an appointment. The appointment day came and went and no one showed. Another week of chasing and I was able to reschedule. We had a snow storm and again no call no show. I can fully appreciate not sending people in snow, I would have agreed with the cancellation, however they never called to cancel or reschedule. For the third time I chased and set a new date and for the third time they never showed. It took another two weeks to get a response from them. Instead of an apology I was told, "well, you can make another appointment." Needless to say I contacted Groupon for a refund only to find out my voucher was redeemed by the vendor! Thankfully, Groupon was able to refund me and reversed the voucher. I since booked with $10bucksaroom and they have been super responsive and have called me a few times to confirm my appointment next week. read more
