I can't believe all these bad reviews. I've ordered an 8x8 step and repeat banners a few times and they've come out great every time. I was worried that the quality wouldn't be there, since the price is so much cheaper than any of the other places I found. I suspect the people complaining about the quality sent low resolution images for them to work with. I do event photography at Cleveland State and I recommended Sticker Banners to them, they've ordered a few times and Ive never heard any complaints. I just opened my step and repeat for my event. I had it shipped to the venue a couple of weeks ago, and my event is tonight. It was supposed to be red. It's not even close to red. It's like a washed out salmon color. I won't even be able to use it, it's so far off the mark. Also, the size wasn't correct. It was too long for the stand and I couldn't secure one side. I just discovered this place and at first I was no sure how the quality of the vinyl banners would be because the prices are so low. I'm so glad I gave it a shot. For $25 I got an 8'x3' banner with grommets and decent stitching. I live in Atlanta so I can pick up my banners and save on shipping. I love how easy it is to transfer my custom designs. Oh, and since they do this printing onsite they are fast! I will most definitely be ordering more banners. read more

Worst company ever, terrible customer service and poor quality work, I have been in print industry for over 30yrs. Their web site clearly states that color accuracy is not possible due vary factors such as ink used, color reproduction, uncalibrated monitors and so one. This is a complete joke. All colors can be reproduced with complete accuracy to the color being submitted. Basically what they are saying if we mess up, we take no responsibility. The color Red is a basic standard is 100 magenta and 100 yellow 100% true red. The say that in order to reproduce an accurate red they say it is 100 yellow and 70 magenta. What a joke. And their delivery is off by days and sometimes weeks or not at all. The screwed up my color and their response was take a phone photo and we will decide if we screwed up. There is no way to take a photo and get an accurate color reproduction, vary factor apply, camera used, lighting, angle, shadows, to many to name. I told them off, will never order from them again. Most if not all printer companies will provide a color chart that indicates true press colors. With CMYK Color values to get values to match their printers. With out this basic chart there is no way to tell the true output of their presses. When I asked for one they said they didn't know what I was talking about. Run away, don't think twice. If you want true color reproduction do not use this company. It it true about inks and monitor calibrations, but their charts are to be used to compensate for those difference. I use Pantone colors which is an industry standard. This is not my first rodeo people, talking that trash is for people who don't know any better. Tell ford, Pepsi or Coca Cola you can't produce there colors the way they demand and they won't even think about using you. I have done business with these companies before, and their specs are dead on. Not fudging anything with them. This company claims to do business with these companies, doubt it. Their quality would not be tolerated in a true professional level. read more

Like the other customer...zero stars would be too many for Stickers and Banners. This scam operation promised delivery of an 8x10' banner before our event. I was suspicious when I they wouldn't provide confirmation of shipment and when I called they made an excuse but assured me it would be shipped in time. Three days before the event they would not return my call and then the day before acknowledged that it hadn't been finished. They had more than 10 days for a simple banner. I am sure there are more dependable and reputable alternatives to Stickers and Banners. read more

This place is Awesome! The only place I could find that could print a fabric banner for me anywhere near the size I needed for my bands backdrop. Also got my stickers with the same graphics as my banner by uploading my art to the design center on their website. I decided to give this company a second chance. I work for a nonprofit organization so it was great to find a company that sold banners at an inexpensive rate and shipped within a few days. The first time I ordered from this company they forgot to ship my order which I needed for an event and was ensured I would receive it in time. However, they forgot to ship it and only shipped it once I called to ask about a tracking number for my order. Thankfully they shipped it that day and we had it in time, but I was told I would receive a credit that I never received. Now, I'm gearing up for another event next weekend. I ordered three banners online. I specifically asked for someone to respond to me before printing and shipping and got no response. I called to make sure my order was correct and that my one banner would have pole pockets, as opposed to the normal grommets. I was assured that my order was correct, that I would have the pole pockets on the banner as I requested, and my order would be there within a few days. I received my order yesterday and the one banner came with grommets. How do you expect to use a step and repeat banner with a banner stand with grommets? I called yesterday and was asked to send a picture. I sent a picture and received an email that they had no recollection that they received a call from me that my order should have pole pockets. I got the run around by two sales associates over the two days and then asked to speak with the manager. He finally agreed to reprint my banner at no cost, after trying to say that they would reprint at 50%. Why would I agree to that when it was their fault? What ever happened to good customer service? Horrible horrible horrible customer service! I tried to tell him my concerns and that they screwed up and he made me feel like it was all my fault that they messed up my order after I called to make sure that everything was set and exactly how I requested. The price and the shipping time are great, as long as they actually ship your order, but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! read more

Creating my banner was easy and fun, and it arrived A DAY before promised - and way better quality than I imagined! The material was substantial, and the design truly matched my design, even the colors were right on - and of a photograph! And here's the topper - their customer service was impeccable - and I had special requests and I expect ALOT! I have been using this company for the past 5 years without an issue but it has been a year since my past order. They used to offer free local shipping, no longer. I approved artwork and called less than an hour later to send an adjustment. They made me pay for a whole new banner because they said it was "in production" but it wasn't going to be ready for hours. Therefore, it was definitely NOT in production yet. It was on artwork that I completely uploaded with no design on their part. Then the reprint was fuzzy and they would not reprint until they saw the banner first. Which required TWO more visits (first to show them the subpar banner and then to go back and pick up the reprint) to a location that is not close by. They did have to reprint because it was their fault yet somehow we had to make three trips total. I asked numerous times for my representative to call me, which he never did. I asked to have a supervisor call, never did. None of this has EVER been a problem. Paul had terrible customer service and overall their lack of customer care has diminished. read more

I would like to start off by saying that this place's customer service is lacking. They aren't friendly and have to be prodded to be helpful. That being said, the quality of their work was excellent. My signs and banner were just like what was on screen and they did ship them the same day. The materials used are very thick and well made. I searched locally and online for custom banner pricing and stickersbanners.com was the cheapest I found. I ordered an 8'x25' banner for a car dealership and am very pleased with both the banner quality/look and the price. I was worried about distortion of a brand logo because of the banner size but it looks great. The company called me shortly after I uploaded the file on their website to confirm they received it. They took one day to make the banner, and two days to ship it, without paying for a rush. I will use again. read more

This place is great! They must have had a turnover in management because since the last reviews, the customer service and the products are great, as well as the shipping time!. I ordered on Monday, and would you believe, I received it on Wednesday, without having to pay for rush! All the way from Georgia, what?! During the process, I got an email on Monday saying that the size I initially ordered was not available for whatever reason, so I took off a half a star for that, it was advertized for a size, so they should have it, right?... The other half a star was taken off because one of the signs came in mirrored/backwards. Simple mistake, overlook. But hey, the other three were gorgeous, great color and quality. Nothing was crooked or bent. The mesh sign was HUGE, and none of the details or color was compromised even at that large of a sign. I didn't have a computer at the time and had all the files on my phone and sent them all by email and they did it right! I think the best is to email them so that way its easier to go over the proofs and final edits. They did such a great job that I am ordering again with them now! I read a lot of very bad reviews about this company, but only AFTER I had placed an order, so I crossed my fingers and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I don't know where the bad reviews originated, but I didn't experience anything like the scenarios some reviewers here have complained about. Quick response and personal service from responsive online sales (thanks, Sharon!). Package was delivered as and when expected. My 1000 bumper stickers would have cost me twice as much elsewhere. I paid upfront and requested a proof. I attached a logo for the backdrop on the initial order. My receipt said that 1 image had been attached but later I received an email telling me no image had been received. I responded to the email that the receipt stated that an image was sent, but perhaps there was an issue with the format and asked what formats they accept. Later my email was answered in a rather ornery manner stating that they had sent the proof days ago and they need an answer. I never received it but was willing to write it off as a simple error. They re-sent me a proof which needed an adjustment. I sent in changes and was sent a second proof. I had to have the color of a font adjusted for printing (as it displayed differently in the proof), and then I sent in the final file with an approval to print. The day after I confirmed the order was good to print, I received an angry email, along with another proof (which I never requested) informing me that they will not be sending another proof (which was fine with me because I had already approved our desired proof). To this point, not having received my order as of yet, I've experienced angry emails and several mistakes on their end. I will be looking for a different company next time. read more

I am from Mississippi. I have ordered tons of signs and banners for various events in my day, but I have never had the experience I had with this company. I cannot say enough great things about them. Their customer service is a cut above the rest. They did amazing things for me when my graphics were problematic on one order. Their signs are rich in color and super high quality. They always answer any questions I have immediately. And you want to talk about fast? I have never seen a company turn over as quickly as this one. And their shipping cost is not much at all. It says UPS ground shipping, but it is more like 2 day shipping. They are crazy awesome. This will be my sign company from now on. read more

Today, 5/29/1015, at a tradeshow in Miami Florida, we ended up with the booth with the ugly show provided backdrop curtain. Our order from this very "deceptive" company for two big 8x10's did not arrive to the FedEx pick up location. Spending more than twenty thousands for the show, we are now just a plain booth without company logo backdrops. Our company image is damaged big time. I placed the order with StickersBanners Inc. on Friday a week ago. The following Tuesday, I called early to follow up and the rep promised that the backdrops will be shipped on the same day from Georgia to Florida and they should be here on Thursday or earlier. Late Thursday and on Friday, we went to pick up the banners for the show, the banners are not at the pick up location. I emailed and A. informed me that they will be shipped out today!!! After numerous discussions, StickersBanners insisted that I cancel the order and request them to refund the money. What? Ruining our show and now just a simple act so they can walk away? I refused to cancel the order. Our new banners at half of the size, costed us more than $750.00 and Stickersbanners, Inc. refused to do anything about it. Again, they told me that the order was shipped on Tuesday but they can't provide any tracking number. They blamed that FedEx didn't pick up the order, therefore, the tracking number didn't show up in their system!!! Also, they don't know why it didn't go out the next day and the next day....so they have to print out the new ones and send them out on the day of our trade show. Too late for our show! read more

I orders a magnetic sign and when it arrived it want not at all like it should be. Lettering was suppose to have a white oval around it and it didn't. The lettering and picture were not centered. To give you an example, a square should have all four corners. There square only had three corners on the picture. I could pay to send it back and they would not refund my money. I could not trust they would do it correctly even after talking to a manager. They were not willing to correct it on their end to make it like the picture that I sent.
