DO NOT USE, PHONE SYSTEM SUCKS, THEY ONLY WANT TO EMAIL BACK AND FORTH. This company has gotten so bad, they do not care about customer service anymore. They have done Jobs with our comapny for two years, but each time I need more stickers made, they are getting worse each time. Blue use to be Blue, Now Blue is Purple and when I told them about the Order being wrong, Pat told me, that's just tough. And when I told that another Person, who use to work there got it right, this Is the Email I got Back from Him. "It is your file. Since it's a vector file, when you spread the little dots completely, they're still in that color. And, even if Josh was able to do it in the past, that doesn't mean anything." So I guess Josh can do it, but he is Gone, Pat can't do it, so I am Out of Luck and Lost Money with the Job they refuse to refund back. Steer clear of this Company, they will take your Monjey and give you Bad work and they don't care at all if you are happy or Not. read more

I placed a banner order about 15 days back. The very next day someone emailed me that the pic was too pixelated. I told them I'd resubmit a better resolution pic. My son fell sick and I reconnected with them 3 days back on a Sunday. Lo & behild. Someone responded on Sunday to my email- actually a whole series of it actually. Mighty impressive. And today- on Tuesday, I have my printed banner with me. And the quality is great too. I am definitely switching from Vistaprint to them in future. Great service, great price, great quality read more

My sisters and I wanted to get my daughter a banner for graduation and waited until the week of to do it. My sister does graphics and created the banner and we found this place to get it printed. Kinkos wanted $100 for the same banner that this place did for $32. I would recommend this place for printing. The online ordering was seamless and when we picked it up there were friendly. read more

I was very disappointed with the quality of the vinyl and finishing of the 3 banners I ordered. On your website quality is one of your selling points that's why I bought 3 banners. The 8x8 already has tares after one day installed. The hem is glued back instead of stitch hemmed. Not enough grommets on the 4x4 (only 4) while the 8x8 has 12. I don't see it lasting long specially in New Jersey weather. The print quality is good, turn around and delivery time are great but doesn't compensate for a product that already ripped in one day! I've used other companies before and the banner is still in great condition after 4 years. read more

I work with an official State office backed through a Foundation that processes all payments, etc. I was appalled this company requires payment first (because we all know what that is like if the creative work is done wrong, late, or you never get) with extremely rude and short customer service reps. When I tried to discuss this is work worth about $700 is for an official state agency that does not have credit cards, etc. but instead are Foundation based with vendor management and direct deposit forms they would not even listen nor allow me to discuss with a manager. The operator said she makes those decisions and would not give me the time or day. I would highly recommend you take your business, just as I have, to a company that understands customer service. This place gives me big business/non-local attitude as I have never had this issue with ANY creative company that makes banners, signs, etc. before. I really wish my past vendor did not retire. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANY OF YOUR TIME! read more

I've placed several orders with them and each one was absolutely perfect. Their attention to detail, emailing me quickly with a proof and helping make corrections was above and beyond. I have no hesitation recommending them. They are fabulous in every way. I know with printers it is often a dice roll, but after 5 orders, I'm shocked that each one was absolutely perfect. read more

I give this business 0 star rating. I placed a order in time enough to get back before I needed it. To call and find out it hasn't been to production and they wanted me to for overnight shipping when it wasn't even my fault. I do not recommend this business. They want accept they messed up and want the customer to pay for their mistake. read more

Do not use company. They are terrible at communicating when product is done. I had to call them and wait for 20 minutes while they located my job. The receptionist was not interested in resolving issue and seemed not to care. Go with another company, do not use this one. They left items outside for pickup, because they lacked to inform me when it would be ready. Now I am having to rush across town and hope no one picks up my project. Signed a pissed customer . read more

I can not say enough good things about this company. A friend of mine recommended them a few years ago when I needed to make soccer banners. I did the custom design, and it was a little rocky at first, but once I understood how to use Publisher and get the right size and pixels, I was a designing queen. I have ordered over 15 - 2"x4" individual vinyl banners and around 5 - 4"x4" banners. They have arrived at my home in stellar time and every time I've unraveled them, they look better than I could have imagined. The price is nothing you can beat and even though I do feel guilty about not shopping local, like I normally do, my pocketbook (and husband) thank me. These are a fraction of the cost I would have payed. I have never had any problems with any of the graphic designers, they have helped me tremendously and I've never had any issues with customer service either. All around a great experience. Thank you for a wonderful, affordable product. Amanda W. read more

I usually use Staples for quick needs but I just tried these guys because they were so inexpensive yet still had rapid turn time. Just got the banner and LOVE it. Much sturdier higher quality than what I'm used to at a lower cost than what I'm used to. Their opaque backing will also help at trade shows and I didn't even know about that! I'm sold! read more

I am so unhappy with the service. not user friendly. phone lines are down or out of order. ordered two banners and it only saved one. had to pay two shipping fees. Wouldn't take email address so couldn't finish an order. Will be looking for another company to do my banners even if they cost more. UNRELIABLE!!!!!!! read more

I was a little skeptical about using this company after all the bad reviews but the prices are unbeatable. My order had a total of $45 for 2 car magnets 24x16 inches.(Uploaded my Print Ready File) I went ahead and placed the order considering that the price was cheaper than other printing companies and that if i got screwed my loss wouldn't hurt too much. Also in other reviews i read that the company took several days for delivering orders but i wasn't in a rush so i didn't mind. Placed the order on a Saturday morning 3/14 and I received it today Wednesday 3/18. They used Fedex Ground services. Professionally packed and great printing quality. Why not 5 Star ? - After I placed my order I found they have 2 websites: stickersbanners.com and stickersbanners.net . I used .COM when I placed my order. I tried to check the status of my order on Monday and I couldn't find any option on that site to login to my account. Luckily I placed my order using my Paypal acc so I knew that somehow I was protected and that payment went trough. -Never received any email confirming that I opened an acc with them, payment received or any confirmation about my design been received or ready to be printed as they mention they would do. I did not panic too much about the design file as I made sure all the requirements were there before I sent it. I believe that they performed good delivering my order but I could see how others could not like it and be dissatisfied. I guess we get what we pay for. read more

As you can see from their already low rating: this company is THE WORST. Do yourself a favor: don't order anything from them. I ordered a Step and Repeat, had issues with the order (I had to do the event without the item because their NJ location moved, they didn't make it clear, and it was 100+ miles away from where it used to be). They told me an email to send my issue to then completely ignored me. I had to call FOUR times to get anyone to even look at the issue and when they did they didn't offer anything to solve it. They were rude and obviously don't care about their customers. DO NOT USE!!!!!! read more

WE KEEP COMING BACK! We've ordered banners banners every six months or so for our church, since 2010. NEVER had a bad experience. Great quality for the best price we could find! We don't have a huge budget, and these banners are outdoors during New England summers and winters. They hold up well, don't tear, no fading. (The banners we order are LARGE, 6x8 or 3x10) We have had to call and provide additional details, or ask questions before ordering. We've never had a problem, so we've never had to deal with returns or complaints. They have always been responsive and helpful, and we will keep coming back. read more

I ordered a banner over 2 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped. Not even sure if I need it anymore. Next time I need a banner I will take my business somewhere else. Promise of same day shipping is a lie. read more

Although they have great prices, they are NOT open after hours meaning after 2 pm PST and they don't tell you that when you call...as a result, you are on hold with classical music for a half hour and no one ever comes on the line to help you...why? BECAUSE they've gone home...but they don't mind not telling you that...so you are on hold forever with no one picking up! Also, their "chatbox" doesn't work either. they say you are third in the que...but no one ever comes on there either. Don't try calling their affiliate outlets in the various states, they have little info and very little way of getting ahold of these folks. Yes, the prices are good but unless you are up at the crack of dawn West Coast time or get to them by the end of your lunch you are Sorry outta luck. Also, no weekend phone help at ALL so they have major bankers hours and will NOT let you know if you call and they are gone for the day...just be prepared to be on hold for a long long time....and call EARLY or no one, not even the chat box will help you. Sorry to have to amend this...really enjoyed their service last year. read more

I am impressed with this company. I have used them on a few occasions and everything I do seems to be last minute. Everything got processed and shipped and arrived ahead of schedule, even ahead of the tight schedule I had, it arrived 2 days early. I am not one to review, but their fast service and quality has been amazing! read more

I ordered 2 classic vinyl banners on a Friday (2 different sizes, 2 different colors, 2 different phrases) - and received them both the following Monday (1 business day)!!! They asked when I needed them and I had plenty of time, so said 3 weeks. They are PERFECT! Great communication, FAST service, and the quality is awesome...hemmed with grommets and a fantastic price. I wish I had found them years ago. I see the negative comments and I'm sure issues happen, so they offer a few disclaimers, but my colors were spot on. I'll try to add pics to my review after the party May 12th. So Excited. Thank you so very much. read more

I gave Stickersbanners a try in June 2017 and over 50+ banner orders later, I am still one very satisfied client. Their staff is par none -- courteous, professional and diligent. My favorite printing project managers are Dean and Ariana, who are both super stars; they have always provided me top notch service with their high level of expertise and professionalism. Additionally, the print quality is simply the best, and my clients rave about how their banners were a hit at their events. I am very happy with my business relationship with Stickersbanners, their quality and service allows me to have less thing to worry about. Thank you! read more

I absolutely hate this company. I mean, I used them often because their prices are so cheap. I ordered a 8'x4' custom banner for my living room wall (high ceiling) as an art piece. I uploaded my JPG image and typed in the specifics. I would definitely recommend stickersbanners.com for any of your banner needs. Not only banners, but LARGE posters,. read more

AMAZING COMPANY!! I have had hundreds of banners printed at stickers banners.com over the last two years. They make it happen for my small business. They save me thousands and make me a lot of money. The low prices and fast shipment allows me to order more signage which means my message is out in front of a lot more people. Simple and easy to order. So fast, they are faster than local companies. read more

STAY AWAY!! This is when I wish for zero stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. They never shipped my original order, so I had to call and ask for status, and they said it must have gotten lost (no tracking information was showing up) so they resent it like what must be media mail because it took almost a week to get to me. Then, it was printed in the wrong colors. The grey stripes (I'm not sure how that gets messed up - it has one ink color - were PINK. I called to see if they could please reprint it for me as now I was really in a timing bind. They said to email photos of the banner, which I did. Three business days later, still nothing and they would not return my emails. I called again today and am told that only a "supervisor" can authorize a reprint, and he is not available, not in the office, and they are not sure when he will be back. Wow. There is only one person in this entire company that can authorize them fixing a mistake and no one knows where he is. That is AWESOME. Thanks for the great customer service and completely screwing me over so that I have no signage for my upcoming show despite my ordering 2 weeks in advance. AWFUL!!!!! read more

Horrible company. I've been trying to place an order for over a month now and chatted with them three times. Absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I recommended everyone to take your business elsewhere. Same day services are completely false and misleading. Lies Lies Lies.... These are the type scumbags that ruin online shopping. Edit: I'm disappointed I did not read the reviews before dealing with them. Looks like everyone is having the same issues as I did. This site should be shut down and I will do what I can to contact every agency to do so. I have no time for this but these scammers deserve it. read more

I placed an order on Sunday and received an invoice for order on Monday. I paid for the order Monday evening so I didn't expect the order to be processed until Tuesday. I called Tuesday to confirm that they received payment and was told my order would be shipped that evening. Great? No so great, I contact stickers banner on Wednesday to get tracking number and was told that my order had not shipped and wouldn't ship until that night. I question why my order didn't ship on Tuesday as they advertise same day shipping. They were unsure. Contacted them on Thursday to get tracking number - finally shipped banner and will be delivered tomorrow (DAY OF THE EVENT). Their product is good but don't order if you have any kind of deadline Horrible customer service, Rude employees!!!!!!! I requested an immediate refund which to this day have NOT received! I had to file a complaint with PayPal and Discover card...... In competent, Inept, liars!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ... took my art file, resized it, never informed me and then sent me a useless product and blamed me. This is my first order with this company (I just placed the order today). My customer service rep, Thomas, was on the ball and attentive to my questions. I've yet to receive my 8x8 step-and-repeat banner and stand, so I can't comment on that yet, which is the only reason for the 4 stars (I can't see giving 5 stars until I have the product in hand). Hopefully I'll be able to come back and update my review with 5 stars. Pleasurable experience so far! read more

I just discovered this place and at first I was no sure how the quality of the vinyl banners would be because the prices are so low. I'm so glad I gave it a shot. For $25 I got an 8'x3' banner with grommets and decent stitching. I live in Atlanta so I can pick up my banners and save on shipping. I love how easy it is to transfer my custom designs. Oh, and since they do this printing onsite they are fast! I will most definitely be ordering more banners. read more

Like the other customer...zero stars would be too many for Stickers and Banners. This scam operation promised delivery of an 8x10' banner before our event. I was suspicious when I they wouldn't provide confirmation of shipment and when I called they made an excuse but assured me it would be shipped in time. Three days before the event they would not return my call and then the day before acknowledged that it hadn't been finished. They had more than 10 days for a simple banner.
