I ordered $500 worth of shirts for a company I work for, and the shirts took nearly 1 month for…read morethem to arrive. When the shirts arrived, all of the back logos were off center!? When I called to complain, I was met with hostility by Willie, who is the GM apparently. Willie told me they would send us replacement shirts. I told him 3V should also issue a discount for the inconvenience. Willie then proceeded to argue with me for 30 + minutes, until I finally just told him to send the replacement shirts to get off the phone. Once again, it took nearly a month for the replacement shirts to arrive. When the replacement shirts arrived, the logos were in the center of the shirt; however, they used so much ink the logos protruded from the shirt. Two of these replacement shirts also had ink stains on the sleeve and bottom of the shirt. Avoid this company like the plague. They are shady, their logos come out looking terrible, and they have terrible customer service.

So, I said OK. I bought more fabric at another place to ensure the next purchase of fabric wouldn't be lost. When I took that in, they told me they had no record of my buying fabric or having a credit. Then, I showed them their paperwork and the receipt from American Express which I had taken a photo of on my phone. They told me that they did not believe it because it was not the yellow piece of paper they had given me originally but just a picture of it. I was OK with their losing my fabric. I am not OK with them not honoring the financial agreement. I asked to be reimbursed. They refused to do even this. So, I'm taking this up with American Express. One other thing is I asked them about their recordkeeping. I was told they didn't really keep records. I explained they needed to in order to file taxes and then to keep the records in case of an audit. I was told they didn't bother with any of that. It all seemed very unorganized and suspicious to me as well as my adult son who was with me.

The first framer asked a few questions and gave me a rough quote at that time. She explained it could be higher depending on what we picked. That was what we expected. I then called Fred Reed Framing. The person didn't ask many questions and asked me to text her a picture of what we wanted framed and she would get back to us. I texted the picture and she said she would look into it and get back to me. That was five days ago and nothing yet. Have no idea how a picture of it would help. The other framer was interested in specifics not what it was a picture of. For the hype the Fred Reed page gives themselves I expected more. If they weren't interested in a few thousand dollars just say so. Don't leave me hanging. Needless to say we had will not be sending any business their way.
