I contacted over a dozen places and there were a whole lot of places that told me my task was impossible. A few places said it was doable, but ended up trying to charge me over $200+ what they quoted me at first. Motivated Print was the only place that was honest when they gave me their prices. First off, from the start Martin was very fast with his quotes. I reached out and was provided an quote within a few hours. When you are on a short deadline this is very important. The other thing was that I needed these shirts to be delivered locally. Most places I spoke to would have went through a shipping service, but Martin was quick to offer a courier service. Since the deadline was so short, I really appreciated his suggestion. The process was very simple, I gave him my final designs, he gave me an invoice with temp mockups of the design, I paid, and then once they received payment a final mockup of my shirt was presented. Once it was approved, they were off to the printer! My shirts were delivered first thing in the morning a day before they needed to arrive. There was a bit of confusion in delivery at first (it was to a large corp so it ended up in the hands of security) but I gave them a call and they helped me until the shirts were found. I really appreciate the help! Lastly, the shirt quality was amazing. They ended up being show on TV and multiple social media posts and they looked SO nice. She let me know what my options were and I chose to have three standard keys cut at $2.98 each. Three total rang up to $9.74 after tax. Sahil told me this is the "fun" Ace Hardware and I could see why. The staff trended younger and more "hip." I'm a fan of Ace Hardware in general because each store feels like a small, local, and unique business. This one especially so. It's popular among locals with a strong sense of neighborhood and community. And, like other city Ace Hardware stores, it was densely-packed with all sorts of useful hardware and garden items. If you've never visited this location before, be sure to check out the beautiful plant room. They have a good selection of plants and a big wall of seeds. They even sell King of Pops here. Limited free parking is available on-site. I visited during a peak time and was able to snag a spot. If no spots are available, just park on Drewry St NE (also free). The lot is reserved for Intown Ace customers only.

I ordered an engraved piece of acrylic that had the Rockford Fosgate letters for a custom subwoofer box that would be side-lit with LEDs and let me tell you what. I annoyed the heck out of them with multiple submissions in different picture formats (PNG JPEG etc) and Ben and Mark and all those guys were above and beyond patient with me in making sure the finished product was to my satisfaction and man was it ever! VERY VERY pleased with their customer service and of course their craftmanship. And the SPEED of their email replies, to say nothing of the quick turnaround for job completion! UPDATE: May 19 2023: I haven't received a refund of $280 for…read morethe digitizing process of the photo that I did NOT receive!! They've only refunded my fee for image embroidering. I also feel that it's sad that when the company is in the wrong instead of correcting thier wrong doing and growing as a black owned business. They right off their customers and instantly say they longer want to do business with you. They talk down on and belittle the customers they do wrong and deliberately flip the story to make thier paying customers seem like their at fault. Instead of providing the proper service and being an example in the community. It's They've had my items for almost 3 months I've paid over $500 and they have yet to send my items and they refused to give my money back for the embroidery and digitizing of the graphic photo on the back of the line jacket. With the lack of service and communication alone, I wouldn't recommend this company to any Greek Organization. The incident: March 11th 2023 I placed an order over $500 with a digitized image and it's now May & I've yet to receive what I paid for. The crossing jacket along with the embroidering on both arms front and back and picture and $280 digitizing fee " as stated in their Police" is None refundable because they garentee customer satisfactory. I asked that they fix the color on the lips which wasn't like the original photo and they changed it to a dark red and made them look like Ape lips. I then asked that they make the lips look like the original and they changed them yet again. After calling for days / weeks on end someone finally called me back but only after I said I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau. Speaking to her on the phone she said that they could not do ask I requested and also could not fix the chest of the picture and asked if I could do it myself and send it to them. Which makes no since, I paid $280 for them to do so. Then she hung up and said we lost connection and it was back to no replies and none answering if the phone. They continued this for a long time until I made my first post on Google. Then they started to act oblivious about what was going on. I continued to email them about the situation as well. Because of the post I've made ok here they finally emailed me but said I was treating them by asking for my money back for services on a product that I did not receive. And said they would give me my money back " even through they don't have to!" If I take my reviews down. I refused because I feel people should know how they handle and bully their customers after they pay their money. I'm stilllllll currently trying to get my money back from the situation. It's disheartening how a company with over 20 years of service no longer carries themselves with respect nor have respect for those who keep them in business. **Sure I'll edit it and this is how they get you 100% accuracy return policy.. which is the accurate at all because I did not like the graphic designers monkey lips or coloring that they kept trying to force on me and so finally I just asked for the #1 on the back of my jacket and they agree but they won't refund me my money for the digitizing because I'm not getting an image after all of this in almost 3 months of waiting. "Custom Order Cancellations Please note: You can request as many changes as you want until you are happy with the way your custom item looks. Therefore, there is usually no reason for cancellation. Changes are free of charge, as long as they are within the original amount that you paid, and as long as you have not yet approved." And I wasn't happy at all and clearly told him I wasn't happy and asked several times before I send the "APPROVE" for the #1 to get a refund for the services not rendered. I asked the lady on the phone for a refund and she said yes if I'm not happy. But still I'm having this problem No I'm not putting my order number on here for the world to see which is connected to my phone number and my address and everything I'm not crazy. My husband got a Vera Bradley bag monogrammed for me at this place. They essentially ruined the entire bag and won't even refund the charge for the monogramming. When we called the lady said she couldn't do anything and then hung up on us. I highly recommend you avoid this business. Update: After posting reviews, we were contacted by Chantal, who was very friendly and willing to work to fix the problem. She refunded the money for the monogramming, and they were able to take the stitching out of one side and re-do it on the other side. You can still see where the stitching was on the wrong side from the inside of the bag, but it's not too noticeable from the outside, which is all that mattered to me. Chantal also followed up several times to make sure that things were resolved.
