Paid twice as much and was called the following Friday that is was done and would leave outside for me to pick up after hours. Showed up and was not there. They're also not open on the weekends so this order was a waste as I needed it that Saturday. Learned a lesson not to rely on them. The item also did not get engraved, just printed on the plate. I do not recommended as they're customer service is lacking and seems like they are very unorganized as they had a hard time even finding the plate when I showed up Monday to pick up the useless order.

I let them know that is not what I asked for, not what I paid for, and not what I approved. The owner, Lisa was cold and unapologetic. I asked her why I wasn't contacted because I would have said no to the smaller size. She didn't have an answer. Now my expensive jersey is ruined. She was rude and offered my money back for the embroidery only but told me the ruined jersey was my problem. I've been a customer here for years but will be looking for a new embroidery company now.
