Mrs. Elaine & Mrs. Allie were very very helpful, patient and kind with all of our unique request for embroidery. Each time I brought in a set of warm up and back packs to be embroidered they took they time and made sure each order form was filled out correctly. I have never met two more caring people that really understood the needs of our organization. We will definitely bring back more uniforms to be embroidered. I dropped off two jackets for embroidery this morning - the Friday before Christmas - and was told with a dubious look they would be ready Monday by 1pm. So I was pretty surprised when my phone rang a few hours later, saying the jackets were ready! It was a simple job, but to beat expectations by so much was very refreshing. Got a scrub top monogrammed for work. This will be the last time I do that. When I order my scrubtops from online, I can get them monogrammed for $8. To get the same monogram from here would have cost $20. Well, I went ahead with my monogram and when I went to pick it up there was a gap in one of the letters. They fixed it. But for the price, I think I will stick to the $8 monograms. No gaps or redos and so, so, so much cheaper. A good place to come still, but I will be more cautious regarding work I will let them do due to pricing. read more

This place will make your visions come true! First let me start by saying I asked Elaine to help me make something that 1. They rarely do 2. Very expensive 3. Complicated. I am so very grateful for them because I was making a shadow box for someone and have been running around all over GA trying to find someone to help me create a product that no one else would try to even help with. I came in to consult with Elaine and she was so helpful. She gave me a back brief of what I wanted, told me what all I needed to get, and to come back and see if we could make it happen. Unfortunately the cheaper route (vinyl print) was not possible and she was so accommodating to help. We ended up going with an embroidery and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. It was EXACTLY how I imagine it to be with the exact colors and perfect stitching. I learned a lot about how embroideries work, (thankful for you Elaine) and she was so patient with my lack of expertise in it. Seriously go there if you want anything made. Plus they have cute bags, shirts, jewelry, many stuff for babies/kids to be personalized. Ive never been disappointed with their work, and so glad to have someone here local! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I haven't placed my order yet. I stopped by yesterday for the first time after hearing nothing but great things about this company for many years. I'm shopping for gifts for 7 senior high school girls, so the pressure is on! Jessica was extremely helpful offering ideas and suggestions, and I think we have it narrowed down. Turnaround time for monogram/embroidery is very quick, about a week. As I was leaving, Jessica offered me a flower, and there were a few buckets at the door leftover from another occasion. Long story short, they offered to give me 18 individually wrapped roses, complete with greenery, baby's breath, and a beautiful bow. We distributed one to every player on the team last night, and the girls were delighted! It was a nice little pick me up after a lost game, and we told the girls it was "just because"...and "beautiful flowers for beautiful girls". I'm looking forward to doing business with them very soon and expect to upgrade my order to 5 stars! : ) read more

As the owner of a small business for the past 11 years, I needed to get some additional shirts embroidered with my company name and logo so did a search for stores nearby. ABSOLUTELY SPECIALTIES was the closest embroidery store so I asked my wife to pay them a visit to discuss the additional embroidery needs for my business. My wife gave me the details of what was explained to her when she visited the store and the following week, my wife and I went to ABSOLUTELY SPECIALTIES to place an order. When my wife and I got there, I had several examples of embroidered shirts that my company currently uses. We spoke to an employee of ABSOLUTELY SPECIALTIES and showed them the examples that we brought with us. What the employee started to explain was completely different than what was told to my wife a week earlier. At that point, my wife and I were approached by the owner of the store, Elaine. Elaine was the most disrespectful store owner that I've ever done business with. Elaine's demeanor and attitude while speaking to me and my wife as customers of her business, was extremely unprofessional. My wife and I don't do embroidering nor do we know how the process works so our understanding was based on what we were told the previous week by Elaine's employee at this same store. I'm not sure of the motivational driver for the disrespectfully dismissive attitude Elaine displayed but I would hate to think that it was due to ethnicity. My experience with ABSOLUTELY SPECIALTIES was awful and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business without understanding how the owner treats certain customers as was the case for me and my wife. read more
