I could tell most of the clientele here were coming for returns, and there were only two employees there. They definitely were trying their best to try to get the customers in and out and they did not seem like the happiest campers, but these folks are just UPS folks. Not expecting much out of them. I tried to make it easy for them by having my Amazon QR code ready and having it all packaged and shipped. It took a little while due to the line, but my encounter was quick and fast -- huge shoutout as I know UPS partners with a lot of clients; they're definitely doing their best.

It's one of those situations where I could just answer nicely, but it's stupid. 'Customer orders' or 'merchandise' isn't enough. Does the owner of the store actually think someone that's shipping something harmful is going to confess at the desk? I want management to read that out loud then tell me how it sounds. It comes across as rude and nosey as hell. If you're that concerned with shipping safety, use your money as a franchisee to buy x-ray equipment. Require boxes to be sealed by staff. Or, put one of those generic statements out on the credit card reader that I have to agree to like usps does. It's annoying because ups stores are franchised that the owners can charge different prices and make up different rules. Just rubs me the wrong way. I had amazing ups stores in Florida and PA when I was there for work- not as much the same in Georgia.

I have attempted to contact someone at the store and they either don't answer, or answer and hang up. My package now says it will arrive 10 days after it was mailed via 3-day. That arrival date has changed three times now. MISROUTED MY MAIL due to a "sorting error". I paid over $50 for 3-day shipping. 5 days later, and my mail is 3,000 miles away with no estimated delivery date. Now they are giving me the run-around on a refund. UPS customer service says it's not their responsibility, and that the store is responsible. Attempting to file a claim with the store and they can't give me any confirmation number or claim number to follow up. They said "we'll have someone reach out to you and see if there's something we can do." SEE?! I paid for a service I didn't receive!! Will never use UPS again.
