He's patient, thorough & all about customer service. We orders banners that pushed the limit, but Dean helped us accomplish our goals. All in all, this place is great EVEN now. CJ at their customer service is very unprofessional and rude. she gets upset when you ask her to be transfer to her Manager and her answer is this it me. she responded by saying the owner is in China. saying that I was stuck with her. apprently no one works in that company other than her. she acts like she's the owner. flash news your not. Used company based on a recommendation from a friend. I have had nothing but a bad experience from this company as a whole. Their phone lines are down, no one will respond to emails or chat messages. They will send you a proof, not make any needed EASY corrections and print the product and ship. This led to me getting 4 botched banners after a dozen attempts to contact someone at this company with only two very unhelpful responses that I couldn't get a follow up with. This led me to get the items quickly, but they were unusable. I took it upon myself to drive 3 hours from my home in Alabama to Duluth, GA to hand them back in person. They stated they will issue a full refund, it's supposed to only be 50%. However, no credit to order new banners, so I took my business elsewhere with people willing to help and listen to my concerns. I paid a total 1500.00 for 1 8x8 banner and 2 adhesive. Which they print in halves so you have to pay twice if you want a 8x8 floor wraps. They charge me 535.00 for 1 order and 460 for the other order. Shipping was added plus the next day I was told I had to pay additional to get it on time. So, I asked for a copy of the recording also needed to speak to supervisor. They provided neither. They constantly lie. My order was wrong and they sent the order out. I didn't receive till Tuesday I contacted an attorney, call the BBB and contacted the attorney General in Georgia. There very unprofessional on mistake by there workers. I work for a college and we ordered a banner for advertising purposes. It was located in the hallway where it stayed stationary until 4/23 when it fell against the wall. It would not retract. I emailed StickersBanners with pictures and was told I could order another base for $70.00. I asked them to reconsider since we had only had it for a little over a month but was told that their warranty is 30 days. Our facilities staff tried to fix it but could not and said it was probably the spring inside the base. I called StickersBanners and asked them again to reconsider sending us another base since it was only 12 days past their warranty and they said no. Ordered a large banner from them years ago and had no issues at all. Ordered the same banner again a few months ago, sent in artwork with the dimensions I needed. I stated to them to please use the artwork as I sent it, with no alterations. I approved the proof they sent, which had no markings on it to indicate the size. I had no idea that the banner would ship to me at the wrong size, too small. The logo that I requested on it actually doubled in size, which was not something I could see in the proof, as again, there were no measurements on the proof. The banner was unusable because it did not match the existing banners that I already had from years ago. I was given a hard time when I asked to have it remade. Customer Service did not think they were at fault for anything because I approved the proof. I had to explain multiple times what the problem was, until they finally agreed to remake the banner. When the new banner arrived, it was still too small for what I was using it for. I won't be using this company anymore. I was trying to order a banner from a few other named sites and it was just to cumbersome or they would zing you with very high shipping... so I said let me see what else is out there. I am one of those who had a terrible experience that they made me want to cry in anger every day of the week for the simplest order. I placed my order on April 5, made the payment on April 9. First of all, my payment went through but they did not communicate that to each other or update it so I had to call them three times (for 2 days) to resolve the payment issue. They kept losing my payment. At this point, I was starting to wonder if they were a scam company. I should've canceled my order at this point and taken my money back. Then it was my files. I ordered a step and repeat and a retractable banner. They had issues with the design (was a few inches short) of the retractable banner size. I went back and forth and have 35 emails with them. I fixed the file and immediately send it back over at 3:30pm CST and my rep stopped responding to me. Then I emailed the next day asking if she received the file. No response. Then I am on the phone with them 6th phone call and my rep has stopped taking my calls. They say it is miscommunication and will not take responsibility for any of their work. I placed the order 13 days prior to my event and now it is past the deadline of me being able to receive it on time. I was asking them if they will treat this as an issue and absolve shipping costs but they are going through all the records of what happened and dancing around the issue. This has been such a nightmare for me to go through for a simple order. I don't think that this was a one time thing. It seems like none of their employees know how to work with a customer and seem displeased with having to do their job. Find somewhere else there are more cordial humans you can work with on your order. I've tried and tried with these folks but I'm giving up. I ordered 3x9 bumper stickers recently and although the sticker is 3x9 the picture on the sticker is only 2x7 leaving a ton of white space. I reached back out and Ashley stated it's what I sent in and approved. Complete nonsense. When you order 3x9 the picture should be 3x9. They also took 2 days and 2 emails from me before I even got a response where they take no responibity. To add to this I ordered at 9 am and didn't get a response until after the "same day shipping" cutoff which has happened many times. This company is beyond terrible. I really hate both experience. It sounds good, the pricing sounds good, and the delivery sounds good... but they are the worst. I send my vector file and the lady said it was pixelated...vectors can't ever be pixelated. Then she stretched my image and send me "proof". I'm like OK. it may be a one time thing. Then I place another order. I made a change to the order. And me and the rep was communicating via emails. I clearly said in the email what I wanted. Then, she give me a partial refund.... like wtf. Why would you give me a refund???? I told you what I wanted and couldn't you ask me if I wanted a refund. In retrospect, this is the most UnAmerican company ever. I placed a banner order about 15 days back. The very next day someone emailed me that the pic was too pixelated. I told them I'd resubmit a better resolution pic. Beware the "100% satisfaction guarantee" After spending over $1000 with this company our most recent order they screwed the colors up badly. We always test print our digital originals on several color printers to be sure contrast and color are close to what we expect, and of course there's always tiny variations between ink/printer. What they shipped was DRASTICALLY off on the colors, and when asked how they were going to fix the situation they said we'd have to pay to ship the misprinted stickers back, THEN they would begin reprinting the exact same proof file and would not change it. I'm guessing their person who converts images to proofs screwed up and they don't want to make things right. I was very disappointed with the quality of the vinyl and finishing of the 3 banners I ordered. On your website quality is one of your selling points that's why I bought 3 banners. The 8x8 already has tares after one day installed. The hem is glued back instead of stitch hemmed. Not enough grommets on the 4x4 (only 4) while the 8x8 has 12. I don't see it lasting long specially in New Jersey weather. The print quality is good, turn around and delivery time are great but doesn't compensate for a product that already ripped in one day! Overcharged me for the service that was on the contract online and even verified over the phone before purchasing. Ordered 39 banners online and the seller's website approved the purchase. After I called in to check if the order can be on time, the agent, Thomas, said there is no way of delivering the order on time. But I called the day before and a lady told me the order will be shipped on Tuesday 5/3. I even asked the same question two times and she told me that should be fine as long I order 4/28. I had a coupon and even approved by the sales manager David Choi that I can get 10% off of any order. However, Thomas initially agreed that there is no problem of deducting the 10% and then later he said it's not possible. A lie. Thomas also told me that I must pay an additional $150 for the express shipping. I need the order before 5/4, so I was forced to pay $150 with even no discount. At that time, I did not have enough time to order from anywhere else. So I was over charged $300 with the promised but refused discount and the additional shipping charge. read more

I own a printing facility in Austin, TX and we've used stickers / banners for several orders. WHERE do I begin with this company? First, their website is absolutely atrocious. Their "manager" and I say that loosely who's name is James is incompetent at best. Never in my life have I ever seen an ordering system such as theirs. It's almost unusable. I had an order that I placed 5 days ago just sitting around, doing nothing and no one did anything about it. They screwed up shipping on 2 different occasions due to their shotty ordering system and poor customer service. Any time you call in for information the person on the other end is absolutely clueless. I had ordered another banner and paid for overnight shipping, called to confirm it would ship overnight and the next day found out it had shipped ground, completely missing our client deadline. To get them files you have to use we-transfer or some junky online ordering system that makes you put in shipping and billing info twice, allowing for mistakes to happen. One area is for authorize.net and the other is for the actual order - Like any customer would know the difference. The manager actually hung up on me twice and called me an asshole because I was upset that an order I had placed that was due 2 days from now was sitting in limbo. He promised me that he would keep track of my orders and then failed to do so on the very next order I placed. Piece of CRAP company. Cheap banners. Cheap service. You get what you paid for with these guys. If you're ordering a banner and you don't care about turnaround times, convenience, or quality, go with this company. DREADFUL COMPANY!!! Normally I read reviews but was on a time crunch for some last minute yard signs. Really wish I'd ventured here beforehand. The yard signs were ordered on a Tuesday before the printing and same-day shipping cutoff and yet didn't go out until 2 days later. The website states two day shipping from from their CA site to AZ, and even though they arrived in Phoenix on Saturday (two days after promised) they were not sent out for delivery until Monday morning. Basically I wasted a bunch of cash on time-sensitive items for no reason. On top of that, they were packaged horribly, literally shoved in an unfolded box and taped around the edges. The packing tape was stuck to one of the signs which became damaged when trying to get it loose. Even worse, the color on every image was way off (uploaded in CMYK, as required) though the text was sharp, and there were uneven cut marks on the outside. There is no excuse, as my image was uploaded at full resolution and extended to the borders. When I called to ask about a print bleed, they said there wasn't one. Now I know why. When I submitted the problem via email, it took a few days to respond and they said it would be forwarded to their California location. Nearly three weeks passed and I emailed them again, as they never responded. Surprise, they didn't get back to me that time either. AWFUL customer service, probably the worst I've ever experienced.
