After it was approved, the product we received was clearly Gray NOT black or anywhere close to a black color. We contacted the company and the customer service was not only unprofessional but extremely rude and unwilling to help resolve the situation.. I sent them several emails showing a photo of their product next to one of my black company T-shirts, with a white logo so they could clearly see the extreme difference in the color background and after several attempts, they have been unwilling to help. There is no customer service phone number, they hide behind emails. I have been in the retail business for close to 30 years and ordered many products made of a black material. STAY far away from this company! A total waste of over $500.00 !!

I was dropping off a Covid home Test that my employer had me take. She saw what type of package I was dropping off and instructed me to put it in the drop box in the corner. She was helpful and professional. I can only speak of my experience and it was a positive one.

I found the area where the office chairs were. Just like most everyone, compared the prices online and found that they had prices cheaper on the Office Depot website. Went on a search mission to find an employee, and I asked if they would price match. This was on the Office Depots website and was told they would not price match. Also, when you enter the chair in the search bar, the searches appear. The one showing up on the Office Depot website will show a cheaper price, but when you click the link of the cheaper price, the total price changes by approximately $50. I had to go back to the drawing board on do I do business at this location or find somewhere else. Due to time restraints, I still ended up buying a chair, not only did I buy it, I became an Office Depot employee for the moment by having to use their dolly to bring it to the counter and even on the box it shows 2 people should be lifting it, I couldn't find an employee to assist. I would not go back to this business. Also for us veterans, there are no types of discounts. **UPDATE** NO RESOLUTION I was told that a MANAGER would reach out, and they did. I received an apology. The price they say I went to in the store was $100 cheaper than the online price from Office Depot website. After the apology, training would be implemented to the said employees, but still didn't honor the price. Also, this MANAGER had the nerve to use my personal information and look me up on social media! I don't know what his intentions are but just letting you know what you're dealing with. I didn't want to drop it off in a bin and hoped it got destroyed. When I called, the rep answered my phone call and said they destroy on site and I can watch. He was the only one in Atlanta I could find. The person who helped me was AWESOME. He took all the time I needed, answered my questions, and ground up all my secure documents. I know this b/c my father and I ship to Korea on a regular basis and the owners really take care of us and are very accommodating. The facility is a spacious and seems pretty plain, but the process is relatively simple. Bring what you want to ship, they can pack it up for you, write down the address as best you can, pay the very affordable shipping and handling fee, and voila, you're done. I give them a solid 2 thumbs up and 5 yelp stars. Great prices, great people, great service. Note: The owner, an elder woman, speaks only Korean, but I believe they have employees that speak English so don't worry if your Korean is all jacked up like mine. You'll be fine.

If you need to ship to Korea, this is the place to go - the process and prices are much better than…read morethe U.S. Post Office. For example when shipping vitamins (cheaper here than Korea) -- it costs about $33 (vs $50 U.S. Post Office). Also the nice lady who works there does all the paperwork for you. Some things to remember though - make sure you have the recipient's complete address, phone number and "joo-min-bun-ho" (ID number). in addition for items like vitamins, you need to provide the exact weight (copy the wt from the bottle). The shipment should take about 5 days to get there. Thanks to my friends for telling me about this place! FYI they are located in the same strip mall as "What the Pho" restaurant. Open Mon-Fri 10-7pm, and Sat 10-5pm.

I had a 90-Gallon bin FULL of paper and the driver "Dante" (pardon if I mispoke/misspelled your name...) handled it with ease. He pulled up, rolled the bin out, ran it up to the truck and faster than Pop-Tarts, everything was shredded. I paid on the spot and received my certificate of destruction and receipt via Email.
