They took my order, and after a week and some later I go to check on my order to find that its just sitting there and they lied and said that they notified me, but they took my payment was processed no problem, nor delays. In my case I CALLED 2 DAYS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER WAS READY FOR SHIPMENT AND THEY EVEN TOOK ANOTHER ORDER, never mentioning that my banners had some resolution issue and could not be processed ( so they say). Now almost A WEEK AND SOME later I figured let me check on my order being as no one has emailed me a tracking number like they said they would. Come to find out my banners are still sitting there and would have stood there had I not inquired about my order. When I called to inquire about the delay I got some KID named VICTOR. KID didn't know what to say nor speak to customers, KID kept huffing and puffing and sucking his teeth, KID didn't like that I bothered him with my business. I later called to speak to a manager and was told Jae or James (whatever) didn't speak English and that I cant get his last name.(haaa, have u ever) So I asked HER how does he tell you what to do..??. Anyway, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE,..Unless you want to pay for lousy customer service and have your order not arrive or get there late...I'm sure its only a matter of time before this place shuts down, I see they have numerous complaints against them in the BBB also.. but JUST WANTED TO WARN MY FELLOW SHOPPERS TO STAY AWAY FROM http://Stickersbanners .OTHER REVIEWS FROM OTHER CLIENTS.. Not sure what the fuss is going on here, but I my order placed with this company wasn't terrible at all. I read through these reviews and saw that many people were complaining, I just couldn't resist the fact that this company offered banners for literally a 1/4th or 1/3rd of the cost majority companies charge. I was emailing back and forth with a gentleman named Eddie. I sent in a few designs and he put together a digital proof and sent it back. It looked great, so I went and processed my order. I was surprised at how fast they completed my banner the following day. Not to mention exceptional quality for the price you pay. VERY durable banners. It was actually quite heavy, and felt good with the weight. Definitely felt like good quality stuff to me. They print EXACTLY what you send these people. So that being said, any low resolution images will turn out fuzzy. They will definitely let you know if your image is low resolution and will ask for another higher resolution image. Since I used vector files, my banners turned out crisp. Definitely will keep in touch with this company. I do highly recommend you guys to send in HIGH QUALITY images if you want them to put together your banner. They are STRICTLY a printing company nothing more, nothing less. read more

I give stickersbanners.com 5 stars! I ordered an 8x8 step and repeat banner and received my proof within the same day.. and next day printing! I called over 10 different companies to get pricing and they had the lowest price BY FAR! I was skeptical based on the reviews below, but figured I would give them a try due to the price savings which was upwards of $400 compared to some of the other places that I called. While doing my comparisons and trying to figure out why some other sites charge $500 for the same banner, I confirmed that each of the places that I called use the same 13 ounce Vinyl that StickersBanners uses. I worked with Robin and a few of the other phone representatives and they always answered the phone, are pleasant, and answered ALL of my "rookie" questions. I am going to recommend them to some friends that plan events and need these banners frequently! P.S. I noticed some of the reviews refer to issues with the websites so I simply sent my order instructions in an email to sales@stickersbanners.com and received a quick reply! I used them two times. Very disappointed with the lack of care when it comes to questions. Both orders were printed at a reduction of about 1/4 inch. I inquired 5 times and five different ways as I wanted to understand the process and why as I submitted 150 pdp 100% size art work. At any rate I received no response via email or even an acknowledgement on the live help chat. I do banners every week but they will never get my business again based upon the fact that they do not care about customer retention. In regard to quality it is acceptable but there are places you can get better looking and pop to the banners and on a 15 oz vinyl. You get what you pay for with this company... including lack of service or support. I would have use again had they at least took the time to respond. Good luck if you use them. P.S. It should also say a lot about a company that has a Yelp presence, but still does not take time to address other customer negativity as well. Everything about the experience was great! The great price is initially why we chose them. However, I didn't do due-diligence before ordering, so when I read the reviews after placing the order, I was a little nervous. Ultimately though, it wasn't the product itself people had a problem with, it was the customer service. But I was more than pleasantly surprised with Christina. She was absolutely wonderful, and beyond helpful! She initially contacted me to let me know the graphic I provided was low resolution and it wouldn't work for the step and repeat banner. So not only was she extremely nice about it, and willing to work with me until I could find one that worked. But she also went above and beyond when she realigned the design for us (it was nearly impossible for me to do it perfectly on the web browser.) We had a fantastic experience with StickersBanners Inc. Ordered a breakthrough banner for our high school football team. The price was right, and believe me, I scoured the internet looking for the best price. Once I submitted the design, I sort of held my breath. I had an experience with another website for t-shirt where the colors didn't translate from the screen to the shirt as well - let me just say, when I got the banner I was ecstatic. The colors were perfect and the banner looked great. The football team went nuts when they saw it. The fly in the ointment was that I initially received one pole for the banner instead of two, but after a phone call from David, the customer service manager, I had TWO poles in my possession the day before homecoming. The kids can't wait to run through that banner. Wrestling season is coming up and I'm sure we'll be ordering another banner from this company. Great customer service! read more

Ok, here goes! I needed 2 large banners (26' long by 8ft height). First of all the local printer wanted 1050.00 for the 2 banners and had a 5 day lag time. I went online and found these guys, Keep in mind this was yesterday at noon. I went online, submitted my image. At 1:15 I had a proof and price. Not sure if I should throw out the price, but they were more than 1/2 price cheaper than my local printer. Now here is the good stuff. I ok'd the proof, paid for the banner around 3pm. Since I needed this so fast, I had one of my drivers, drive through Atlanta and pick these up. I spoke with them today since my driver was running late and may not make it there by close of business. They are going to stay open late just to make sure my driver is able to pick these up. People, If that's not the absolute best customer service, I'll eat my shorts! I was skeptical at first due to some reviews here and I asked Victor at Stickersbanners.com if I should have any concern. He attended to all of my questions with speed and sincerity that was more prompt than my dealings with various other printers. It's very apparent to me that Stickersbanners was aware of some prior issues and is now dedicated to awesome customer service and a great product. Victor helped me every step of the way, provided previews of the stickers to be printed by email, and shipped (for free!) to my house in secure packaging very, very promptly (I think it took maybe 3 or 4 days from the time I ordered. I will definitely continue to use StickersBanners.com and look forward to seeing them progress, and working together with Victor to make more great stickers. Ordered a banner on Monday, received it on Wednesday. Banner is good quality, printing came out excellent. I looked around locally and online for days to find an affordable banner, and I'm VERY happy that I went with Stickersbanners. They had the best price I could find, the delivery was very timely, customer service was polite and helpful, and the product was perfect. The banner even has wood-grain detailing in it that came out clearly in the printing. VERY pleased, will definitely do business with them again, and recommend them to friends. I order a custom step and repeat for my sister sweet 16. I ordered it feb 17 on a Sunday and it was here today Wednesday feb 27. I am over the moon about how it looks! I can not wait to suprise her next weekend at her party! Coming from a printing back round I have no idea how they charge such low prices! I wanted to write this review because I feel people don't write good reviews when there happy with a product they just take the product and go on with there day! I was kind of iffy about this website at first, because it had some negative reviews on yelp. But because I was in rush to get ready for my son's birthday party, I ordered some vinyl stickers and a banner to decorate my son's party since they promised 24 hour turnaround. I called in at eleven am to ask if I could get a same day shipping. The customer service was nice about it and told me that if place an order right now, they could be shipped out the same day. I got my order on time for the birthday party and was happy with the quality. I was glad I went with vinyl stickers instead of paper stickers, because I was able to peel them off without a mess. We use Stickers Banners all the time for vinyl banners. The design center on their website allows me to upload my own artwork and checkout all without needing to get on the phone. They ship super fast and the shipping is reasonable (not super cheap but reasonable). The website is a little crowded and things are a bit hard to find (takes 4 or 5 clicks to get to the design center). However once you get used to it, it's easy. I've never had a problem with their service and we've gotten probably over 50 banners from them over the past couple of years. The vinyl is thin so we do not use them for banners we need for outside, but they are perfect for inside use. read more

This place was amazing! I put my order for 25 yard signs (18" X 24") for my high school's garage sale in on Saturday at 3:00pm and picked up the order on Monday at 4:30pm! The customer service was great, and they even gave me a 50% discount because it was a purchase for my school. Since I live in ATL, I was able to pick up the product directly, and had the privilege of getting to see their warehouse. They do all the work in-house and I saw them examine each of my signs for quality; they then had me inspect them as well. However, I can't really tell anyone about the shipping since I did not use it. I will definitely order from this place again! read more

I am reading reviews and to be honest I do not know how it could be anything other than a 5 star rating. I found this company online and used them because of price. I designed a banner and had 3 of them made by Stckersbanners. They arrived promptly and in great vivid colors. One of the three was missing a grommet. I contacted customer service and was put in touch with Victor. He promptly decided that they would make another at no expense to me. This company is horrible. The website is hard to use and their customer service is terrible. I placed an order weeks ago for magnets. I sent an email to them asking if the artwork was good enough because their website will not alert you if it is not. I got an email from James saying it wasn't. I sent better artwork a day or two later. After numerous emails and phone calls James has never contacted me. The worst customer service I have received in a long time.
