I…read moreemailed a 3 page black and white document to print, then said I have to also pay a "computer fee" along with the high cost to print each page. When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.

I'm very happy of how the postcards turned out to be exactly similar to my artwork! At first, sincr my artwork has a lot of textured brushes (to mimic fake risograph prints), I'm worried the prints are gonna bleed or smudge the textures, but it doesn't! Additionally, he also talked about the laser printer used to print these postcards! He also offer really good value for the postcards for each piece when I'm trying to compare them with other printing shops, and he offered me a really good deal. I highly recommend this printing shop for anyone, especially for artists!

I went online and found multiple businesses who said they did that kind of thing. Nothing was in my price range, and turn around times were longer than I could work with. For years I had driven past J&W Printing at 2796 E Mira Loma at least twice a week, but I had no idea if they could help me. I decided to walk in and ask. Sean Wilhite, the owner, spent about 15 minutes with me; he answered all my questions; he presented and explained multiple options, including price comparisons. He didn't ask for a deposit when I placed my order. I suggested that maybe he should at least take my name he said, "No. I trust you. Give me a call in two days." In fact, I called in three days. The banner was ready. Its quality exceeded my expectation.

My husband reached out and spoke with Sean and he was able to confirm he could help and how quickly the turn around was. He was very communicative and supportive throughout the project. Giving him the file was easy and I was able to get my copies directly from their office. We tried PrintNinja before going here and of the 50 we got from there, four were unusable due to defects and about half had some sort of minor issue. That was not the case at all with J&W. We have flipped through all of the comics and they are all perfect! They were even less costly and quicker with the turnaround than the other guys too! We are beyond pleased and are already going to be reaching out to try and get issue one redone. Highly recommend.
