I took my 370z that survived the Eaton fire with lingering smoke damage to Alex after a…read morerecommendation and I was blown away by how detail oriented and effective he was remediating the smoke. Instead of just doing a detailing he had the goal of removing the smoke smell, which led him to remove the blower in the HVAC system bringing it to a basically new clean state, and flushing the AC evaporator four times. Additionally, he let the car bake in the sun to verify that it was indeed smoke free. He also did an amazing job steaming and detailing the entire inside of the car, making it look new! Alex also was incredibly communicative and sent regular updates with pictures of how the whole process was going and when he felt like he needed repeat cleanings. I explained that this work would eventually be covered by the insurance and he was very understanding of the process and created a narrative within the invoice to be very explicit about what steps he took and why they were required for full smoke removal. When I picked up the car we both forgot that I had a small toolbag in the trunk, which he discovered after I had already driven back to Altadena. That night, Alex went out of his way to drive it to me from Pomona which I greatly appreciate. All in all, Alex did exactly what I had hoped for in a detailing and remediation. He was very communicative and clearly took pride in the detailed level of work does, all for a very reasonable price.
