The best in the business! Turnaround times and prices are still unmatched after all these years. Have been working with B2 for almost a decade and don't see myself going anywhere else. Their facility in Pomona is great with ample parking. They now do a QR code for pick up and it's so efficient. You scan the QR code at the door and team member brings out your order. This was something they implemented during the pandemic and it looks like its here to stay. read more

Terrible customer service and communication. Missed my project deadline and did not even address it.

Order a table cover and my front logo was not printed. B2signs has no quality control. B2signs sent me a proof that had my logo on the front of the table cover and looked perfect. I received a table cover with no front logo. B2signs has very poor customer service. They will reprint at full price with a %15 off, for their mistake. I recommend finding a place with quality control and A+ customer service. read more

B2 sign on grand has changed... their quality isn't as good as the original warehouse only. I wrote feedback on their performance how things keep getting reprinted for me - but it's wasting my time. They don't even respond to my feedback. Very poor management for the shop #2 on grand... make sure to try other sources - it's ridiculous they mess up multiple times with multiple reprints. Customer service is okay, not great. read more

Best in the country. Fast shipping, quality printing, and affordable. It's truly sensational. Can't ask for more. Simply wonderful all around. Highly recommend for printing. read more

This has to be the least organized company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value any sort of speed or customer service. They have no receptionist and on the rare chance you get someone to help you, they have no clue what they're doing. You get no updates on where your order is or how long it will take. Stay as far away from this company as possible. read more

I was start use them last year for dyesub and move over from WS Didplay. We have 2 126" New Latex 3200 but some project we need their help. I know no way they can get consistency and surprise today 11/22/18 our order Popup booth and flag same brand with Navy color the flag print greenish. They was explaining NO way to match different material. The thing I hate that they send customer services is Caucasian to smart talking to customers to get way their mistakes. Our shop machines between 3 OCE Flatbed and 2 HP Latex if print same client. Our Color alway very close not that much different. To me they tell you F$&() off. That's wonder our client knew them too but cannot affordable to losing client because inconsistency. We resend our flag to Soardist and we already order 10 table cloths fitted 4 sides, so they ship same time. Beside we just send more to soardist 8 flags cost lest then B2Sign $50 but Soardist is company about consistency. They can take a bit longer but good quality. read more

Items said ready for pickup, and they weren't ready yet. I've waited just about 45 mins, and it still isn't done yet. If you send an email saying it is ready to be picked up then it should be. I have been using B2sign for years. They offer white label drop shipping, that's the main reason I use them. They support my needs for my clients. read more

Horrible customer service if you want to do a claim. We ordered 15 banners and printed wrong, font is not even readable and the only info they have online before placing an order is to be sure file has no bleeds or crops which we did. The preview when placing the order was fine. When they printed these, the font issue was very obvious yet they printed 15 banners and only offered a 20% refund on this job. A few minutes after I called, someone returned the call telling me that we will be getting a full refund. Is been weeks and still have not received that refund. Update We did get a full refund with the condition that we don't order again, so our account was closed read more

Their customer service is not the best. It's like talking to robot. Would be nice if they could go off the script and help when in need. They didn't have hardware available for their signage online and disabled it from the site. Our customer received alternate hardware which would not work, so we offered to ship them back in exchange for the correct hardware. They would not accommodate and said we had to place a new order. I'm not sure a $4 part is worth jeopardizing a long term relationship with a customer, but perhaps they do not care. read more

B2 Sign is a real lifesaver. They carry a variety of products for a very reasonable price, making our business production easier and more efficent. We are able to offer many more services because of this. Regarding any 1 star reviews, since this is a trade printer, they expect all files to be set up perfectly. Should your color or text be incorrect- I can assure you it was your file. Customer service is impeccable. We are always treated like friends and are taken care of whenever there is an issue. We are so happy with the service at B2, and our business has thrived because of their products. read more

Their customer service is marginal. Most of the time their products are fine, not great but fine (I hate the quality of their UV printing), but when one needs to file a claim to have something redone because of their internal issues, without a photo of the product that my client already has in hand, they will not allow a reprint on their dime. No worries, but after being a good client for seven years with hardly any issues, they want you to still jump through hoops or they won't work with you as a customer. No picture, no reprint. That's fine, but in my mind that is horrible customer service. read more

We've been using B2 signs for over 3 years now. Though we mainly use them for vinyl hanging banners and table throws, we have used them for tradeshow display products as well as fabric prints and they've definitely helped out when we're in a pinch. I'm thankful they have next day turnaround on most products and provide ample time prior to their production cutoffs at 4 pm (we get many last minute rush orders, so this is a huge plus). The quality of their table throws and the vivid colors produced on their fabrics are beautiful. What I see most people complaining about on here is the fact there were artwork issues such as typos, quality of imagery being blurry, holds on artwork, etc.; these are all things that are out of the scope in which B2 has control over since they use an automated system. Those things fall on us designers. It's OUR job to ensure that images, spelling, grammar, layout, dimensions, color modes, resolution, etc. are finalized, correct, and saved out correctly PRIOR to outsourcing the work to B2 or any other vendor/printer for that matter. I've had about a handful of mistakes among the HUNDREDS of orders that were made with B2 and of those, many of the issues that did fall under their responsibility they took care of immediately and in a timely manner. I can trust them to provide me with quality items, good service, and quick turnarounds. Overall my experience with B2 has been great and I will continue to use them for years to come. Thanks for having my back B2! Continue your hard work and know that all departments: sales, printing, finishing, shipping, are all appreciated! read more

Had an issue with their system while trying to order online. I called in to inquire as to why I was having this error message. The customer service rep was rude and when I asked questions about what she was telling me, she told me that it was my fault and proceeded to tell me what I did wrong. I didn't even do the thing she told me I did wrong. When I tried to explain this to her, she got more hostile, and was completly unhelpful. First time I've had a rude person though when calling in. Everyone else is usually very nice and helpful. read more

They don't need you. You need then, that is the business model they work with. I went to pick-up friends order, no one was there. All employees will make eye contact but will not ask "do you need help"? I did not know what to do, so called customer service #, I was on hold for 8 min. So that did not help. Finally somenone showed up after 15 min to do me a favor! I gave order #. That was not enough, you need to give company name. All of these time, body language is "idoit you don't know who our sysem works!" Finally I recognized name of the person, and left with printed material. What could have been less than 5 min job took 30 minutes. If you really like them good for you, but I am for sure not going there again. read more

Never doing business with this company again. I thought I had found a company I could do business with in the future but I was sadly mistaken I ordered twice from this company only a day apart. I made the mistake of putting the wrong zip code on my order so they initially sent my package to San Ramon, CA instead of San Leandro, CA. Not a big deal so I called B2 Signs to let them know I made a mistake and how I should fix it. I asked the B2SIGNS customer rep to hold my package in San Ramon so that I could go pick it up. The rep agreed and told me she would call me back with an update. Turns out that the packages somehow ended up in Hayward, CA and one of my packages was missing. I was told by B2SIGNS that one of my packages went missing but that they should find it soon. No big deal here either. I told the B2SIGNS rep to hold my package at Hayward. I arrived to pickup my packages but was told they were not available at that location. Turns out they were still at San Ramon, CA. Couple problems now, at the time, it was close to impossible to make it to the other city before the UPS store closed. I explained my situation to the B2SIGNS customer rep who then told me that if I was unable to pick up my packages, that B2SIGNS would give me a full refund on my order. Although grateful, I needed my banners so I did not care much about getting a refund on my order. However, I made it to the UPS store to receive my packages and received two boxes only. UPS ended up shipping back the third banner and charged B2SIGNS for the shipping. I attempted to contact B2SIGNS customer service over the next couple of weeks but was slow and hard to contact them. I was told by one employee that one of the representatives was "no longer with the company". I eventually made it to the head manager who said I can have my third banner back if I pay for the shipping to get it to my warehouse. My gripe is that I could have picked up the banner the next day had I been given more accurate information by B2SIGNS. The customer representative named Daniel was very rude and the manager I got connected to after did not give me a chance to explain my situation or even ask a question! I was actually flabbergasted that the manger would not stop talking over me and telling me I was wrong. edit: I thought I would give them another try but after being denied access online, I called in to find my account was deactivated. The representative (Daniel) told me that management decided to close my account and acknowledged this negative yelp review as one of the reasons. I was also told that I was untrue in my review of the company. I was curious about which parts they thought were untrue but was told there was nothing they could do. I did note that I made the initial mistake but after that, I was given wrong information and rude customer service. I find it funny that other reviews note their "excellent customer service" and helpful returns and refunds, yet I was told that their margins are so small that they had to charge me for shipping to get my banner back from them. read more

I do get disappointed when I have bigger signs because they never are able to wrap up the order with paper or seran wrap as we do to our customers. I offered to pay more for them to wrap my signs before I transported the order and they said, no, we cannot do that. Sure enough signs got damaged in transport. Turn around time is good, but they are petty when it comes to completing the package phase. read more

Wonderful prices, the fastest turnaround, and great customer service. From my experience with b2sign from my past company and current small business, they have been very punctual and accomodating. Yes, their Wholesale price is excellent. Yes, when it goes ok they are adequate in comparison to other wholesale sign vendors.. BUT have a problem and they are terrible. I would put the up with Comcast and Best Buy as worse companies to deal with when there are problems. THere Claims department takes up to 5 days to respond. The only deal in email no old fashion talking. I am a graphic professional and have created files for 30 years for supply houses around the world. We know what we are doing.. There quality is iffey and if it gets bounced it is your problem. In mt experiance rates a 1 on customer service and resolution issues at best. HAVE A PROBLEM AND YOU WILL SEE what I am talking about . Pay 5% more and go with a company that stands behind their work and product and will have a dialog with you promptly rather than hide behind email resolutions. read more

I've been using B2Sign for about 5 years now. They have the BEST pricing for sign brokers and also sign companies looking to save money on production. No need to spend extra money on printer maintenance, ink etc. for a lot of jobs that B2sign can print the following day. They offer drop shipping and most items ship out the same they that they print. I've not had any problems with any of my orders with the exception of one time a printer was down and they needed to push my order back one day. They contacted me by phone until they were able to reach me so that we could work together to find a solution and still meet my deadline. Luckily, this order was for a client in the LA area and I was able to send a courier to deliver as it needed to arrive the same day they finally were able to print it. I appreciate the customer service team for their efforts to make sure I was informed with enough time to find a solution. For those of you that like to pick-up, it does get pretty busy there during the 3pm-5pm pick-up time --- especially on Fridays. So be patient. For me, most of my orders are drop shipped so it doesn't really affect me, but sometimes I need same-day printing and find myself in their front desk area with at least 20 other people waiting for their orders. Still not deducting a star for this because they do their best to get everyone their items as fast as possible AND also take the time to go through everything / quality control before people leave with their items. I once picked up over 150 signs on a Friday and though it was VERY busy / crowded with other sign makers waiting to pick up their signs, they took the time to sort thru each one of my signs before I walked out to make sure nothing from my multiple orders was missing. Highly recommended!!! Great pricing! Great quality! Customer service is always great! read more

Just wanted to leave a review about Tamara, the customer service rep that helped me today. I love this place! For the most part everything I have ordered has come great and in the time frame they give. Today I was extremely pleased with them thank you to Hunter. I sent my mom to pick up a few stands for me. Well I was pleased to hear that Hunter helped her load and fit everything in her car. She was driving an SUV and I was iffy if it was even going to fit. Well Hunter made it possible for her to only have to make one trip. I know usually you load on your own so it was nice hear Hunter was able to assist my mom at the time. read more

Time frames, prices, and customer service is amazing ! I had an issue with an upload minutes before cutoff. The file didn't upload clearly due to low net connection. As I went in to pick up other items I had there I asked if I could re upload as I NEEDED these item for that weekend. A manager and design rep came out to hear my story and helped me. They allowed me to upload as a one time courtesy as cut off times passed. You honesty don't see a lot of companies going above and beyond like this. I have an account with B2Sign and almost every time I order something there is an issue. I have explained to them several times when shipping printed items NOT to roll them as tight as possible as you have to leave them sit for days to flatten out to apply them, corners bent on a slide in sign, and I admit I sent not good file for them to print but instead of saying ..hey this file won't print, they print and roll it up tight tight and send it. I just went ahead and reordered them elsewhere. Cost me $15 to reorder, original cost $40 sigh read more

With printing collateral it's usually quick or good--B2Sign manages to get both right. They are incredibly quick and the quality of their products is AMAZING. We've been using B2Sign for several years and their price just can't be beat. One time we had a table throw that didn't come out at exactly the right color, they worked with us to get it correct and we had new ones before we knew it. Great job B2Sign!
