I'm not speaking for their work ethics I am speaking for their customer service skills from thier employee stand point and how they deal with customers and and people in general and their attitude and courtesy is not good at all I mean what's the point of having quality work if you don't have good customer service towards the customer. Just to name what took place and why I am so upset at this business is because this young man I came to find out is the son of the owner which works for the company was driving one of their wrap company trucks and instead of having courtesy and stopping and slowing down he was speeding down the street and almost rear-ended me and my wife from behind when we were entering the car wash next door at the Honda dealer and then when I approached him next door at the Nissan dealer where was doing some work he was just rude and brushed me off and was very unprofessional and acted like it wasn't his fault at all. I would honestly and strongly recommend that you dont waste your time with this business and instead you go somewhere else good luck n God bless read more

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment I rode away on my bike, we were treated wonderfully by every person at Grafxolution. This may be a family business, but it is run with the utmost professionalism. My 2011 Suzuki GSXR600 had three spots I wanted to cover. The first owner had painted "Island Girl" on the sides and plumeria flowers on the front fairing. I wanted to cover them, but I did not want it to look like a cover up (sort of like getting a good tattoo cover up- you'd want it to look like the cover up was actually the first intended image). I was given the pack of sample colors for the different available vinyls to hold up against the paint of my bike. (I appreciated that I was encouraged to spend as long as I wanted going through the product choices without having a salesperson hovering over my shoulder.) I couldn't believe it when I came across a black carbon fiber vinyl. My bike has several areas that are already carbon fiber so I knew adding this piece over the spots with "Island Girl" would blend right in. For the front fairing I already knew I wanted the skull image from the back of my riding jacket, but I wasn't sure exactly how to make it work so it would cover the plumeria flowers completely. The Grafxolution staff took the time to explain to me that they could easily layer one piece of vinyl over the next; that would enable me to choose a solid background color and then put the skull over the top. At first I considered using the carbon fiber there, but again, Grafxolution took the time to explain that because the carbon fiber has a texture to it, it would be somewhat difficult to put another piece on top. That made total sense so I simply picked out a coordinating blue to use underneath the skull. I was concerned that the colors in the skull would be "lost in translation" if they only took a picture with a cellphone, but they also scanned my jacket as well as kept a printed image I brought with me. I was excited to see it all come together because I felt that Grafxolution understood my vision and wanted to give me exactly that. It only took a few days to have all the pieces of vinyl ordered and ready to apply; did I mention there were A LOT of colors to choose from? I dropped my bike off around 1pm and I was back to pick it up by 5pm. It is difficult to explain just how amazing my bike looks. The carbon fiber, just as I thought it would, looks as if it were in those spots all along. And the image on the fairing... just amazing. The colors are vibrant and match my jacket perfectly. Lastly, the cost was very reasonable. I'm never the type of person to spend extra money on a "luxury" version of a product; I'm a "middle of the road" type of gal. But in this case, I feel like I got a luxury level product for a "middle of the road" price! (Not to mention, the service we received was priceless.) In addition, the staff was sincerely concerned about my satisfaction. They stand behind their product and service, so if anything isn't quite right I know I can come back, bring it to their attention, and it will be handled immediately. If it's not completely obvious, I highly recommend this business. I love supporting (family run) local businesses! I hope you will do the same! read more

My company has worked with Gabe & the folks at Grafxolution for a couple years now. This past weekend they really showed how their speedy and efficient work (not to mention their helpfulness!) helped me at my company's event. We've gotten lots of promotional items and work done by Grafxolution including vinyl wraps for our performance sportbikes and quad, banners, stickers, and most recently 11 x 17 posters for our models. On Friday at 4:02pm, I called Leslie at Grafxolution to ask about a rush (ok, SUPER rush) job for a set of posters for a model that was going to be working our event that we weren't planning on having but she caught us off guard and we hadn't made posters for her as we provide all of our promo models with posters to sign for event attendees. Leslie was very helpful, but also realistic about my request, saying they'd print and cut as many as they could before they closed at 5pm, and they could leave the posters for me so I could have a friend pick the posters up for me since I was out of town. I could also pay for them over the phone! After I got them my artwork, I got a call back from Leslie saying that one of the owners (Gabe) would stay late and I'd be able to print my full order after all! I did feel guilty making someone stay late on a Friday night, but they assured me it was quite alright, and I got my posters in time for my Sunday event! I was referred to Grafxolutions by another client to work with them on a rush project and Gabe was very helpful. Naturally, I returned for other projects, as the trust, customer service and integrity of company was established. Unfortunately, the last 2 projects that I hired Grafxolutions for did not meet the quality and integrity of my previous experiences. Not sure if it's a coincidence, but the orders that went wrong, were ordered thru Vern and what was discussed and ordered thru his consultation, did not fit the application of the project, even though goals were made clear. To add insult to injury, it was ridiculously overpriced, and cost me $1000s of dollars. The first time, I was forgiving and returned to give them another shot, as the first experience was so exceptional. But to have the same experience a second time, is unforgivable. Word to the wise, if you're thinking of using them, be very careful and ask to see samples of paperweights or any other materials being ordered.
