I, like some of the other reviews written here, have been coming to this Sticker Express on Whitestone in Cedar Park for many years, even prior to the owner change. Today, I was not greeted in any way by anyone. There was, as it turns out, a child in the waiting room laying on some of the chairs and playing games on her cell phone. It turns out that it was one of the employees child. That was no biggie to me, and she finally got up and moved, because the place was really getting busy, but I found it very unprofessional. OK, that's not really the problem. Not only was I not greeted by personal when I came in except to say "insurance & keys", when I was called up to counter all the guy says or, actually points, to the CR CD machine and says it takes the chip. He handed me a pen and the receipt to me to sign. I signed it, he gave me a receipt, and that was it, no thanks for the business, no nothing. I, in turn said to him, "thanks for the business" and walked out. Bye the way, the place was packed by then and no one after me was acknowledged either except to say "insurance & keys". I have a total of four vehicles of which now , this year, I have had two of the four inspected at your place. I will not be back for the other two and will not ever return to your establishment because of total rudeness of your employees. It's not the first time this has happened. Last time it was the young lady who was rude. Sorry, but "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is the key to return customers, 10 minutes in and out or not. Mine was not 10 minutes, it was more. I wouldn't have given you a rating at all but couldn't write the review without checking at least 1. You don't deserve even one. read more

The kid working here had an attitude right off the bat. Told me to wait inside it'll be 10 minutes. I chose to sit outside and wait since he had a couple of cars to do and the weather was nice. About a couple of cars later he sees me sitting outside and rudely tells me to go inside and get on the list if I want to get an inspection. Then proceeded to take the next person instead of me. A minor thing to bitch about, but come on don't be a dick to your customers. read more

I rarely leave reviews, much less bad reviews, but I've gotten my inspection sticker from this place multiple times before back when I lived in Cedar Park ( I lived practically right across the street from this place for a little more than 6 yrs) and had several good experiences; however, I came back this morning since I was in the area with my husband's truck and got honked at several times for being in the "inspector's" way. Instead of him explaining to me their new policy, he simply honked multiple times at my vehicle and when I pulled out of his way, he proceeded to pull in and say nothing to me. When I asked why I was honked at he said that parking was in the back. There wasn't a single sign indicating that we couldn't pull our vehicle into the drive, and I've always pulled my vehicle into the drive the last several times that I came... so I asked to speak with his supervisor, and he (Rob) said I couldn't speak with his supervisor. He even asked me to leave when I insisted on speaking with a manager or supervisor. Customer service is everything. Particularly when you can get an inspection sticker just down the road. I will NEVER come back to this place!!!! read more

I popped in and they got my inspection done quickly but they couldn't print the letter required by the state due to an issue with their printer. An inability to print the required documentation should be disclosed up front. I complained and was met with attitude from the staff and the mgr. I own 4 cars and a motorcycle, none of which will ever be taken to this place again. Take my advice and go someplace else. read more

This shop does not want your business. I drove 25 mins in busy traffic to make it 6 minutes before closing on 10/17. There was a guy who said we are closed. I said, there are still 6 minutes. He said, I know, but we are closed. Save your valuable time and find another place. Don't deal with these arrogant unprofessional who don't care about time and business. read more

I went today, a week day afternoon, thinking there wouldn't be much of a wait. My van wasn't done until 45 minutes later. The process seemed pretty slow, but the most frustrating part was when there was only 1 car left to do in front of mine, a guy with a Maserati showed up and the guys working here were so excited to drive it they did its inspection before everyone else in line. Seriously? I know vans and SUVs aren't too exciting, but apparently having an expensive sports car will get you to the front of the line here. read more

The day I went they were super busy but kept me updated on when they would get to my car, etc.. Great customer service. I had filled out a form wrong to get my tag and had to go back and get them to do their part again. They were super nice about it and didn't give me any trouble. read more

I usually go to a different location for my vehicle inspection, but I needed to get it done and wasn't going to be near the place that I normally go to, so I looked up nearby places for a vehicle inspection and Sticker Express came up. A quick check showed good Yelp reviews, so I headed there. I received wonderful service and was in and out quickly.
