Despite his office being located in Corona, he stated he was unable to find the property, even after I provided clear directions. My elderly parents were present at the property to assist, and I had arranged to meet him during my lunch break from work. Upon arrival, I found no issues accessing the property there were no "large rocks" blocking the entrance as he claimed. Unfortunately, he had already left before the scheduled time without proper communication. Instead, he states that we send photos of the structure. This experience was a significant waste of time and demonstrated a lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for our schedule. I would not recommend this service based on our experience.

He ended up adding it after I had another conversation with him. It's not over.. Once we finally get the plans and turn them into the City for review they get sent back to us. FREDY MESSED UP NORTH AND SOUTH! It then took him over 2 weeks to correct it! THIS COST US OVER 10K DOLLARS because the project was held up and we had to keep paying the mortgage FREDY MESSED UP OUR PLANS 2 MORE TIMES AND COST US OVER 20K DOLLARS IN MORTGAGE PAYMENTS AND MONTHS OF IDLE TIME Please don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews.
