It's small with very limited seating inside. Saying this, there's plenty of free side street parking. What's outstanding is the customer service. They are warm, friendly, and have a family feel. The chicken is unbelievably yummy. It's crispy but not greasy. The gravy and fries are also consistently yummy. What's great is that they give it to you as freshly cooked as possible. They use the right amount of spices that it's not salty. This time around, I bought a family size, for a get together :) Note: It is always best to phone in ahead and give them time to cook the food, because they like to give it to you as freshly cooked and crispy.

And what's even better ? that they have a little demo-shop in the heart of Steveston, where you can by individual sample cakes for SO cheap !! (last time I went it was around 2.5$ a cake... truly amazing !!)
