Chicken Cedar Point - over pasta. Delicious!
    Elena K.

Indoor, outdoor and bar seating with an ocean view. Elevator access for ease. We had a really great experience with Connor as our server. He was excellent with great suggestions. Everything was really good. Several had the shrimp Poboy and really liked it. I loved the fried shrimp. I had a dish that came with chicken your choice of pan seared, blackened or fried accompanied with shrimp served over pasta with the hollandaise sauce. It was quite spectacular and their gumbo starter was fantastic. We also had the fried pickles which we loved and the fried green tomatoes. Definitely a great spot to try out on the water. Apparently it's been around for a long time and the servers have been there a long time. Highly recommended.

I have visited this resturant twice. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious! If you haven't tried it your missing out !!

Fresh veggies, oysters, fish and shrimp.

Had dinner at Stevens's as always when we come to Mississippi coast. Great food, attentive staff and wonderful weather.

I went there 3 or 4 times this winter and several times over the last 2 winters. The service is good. The food is good and mostly reasonable. This winter I went for 1 meal of Catfish platter, 1 catfish plate and 1 catfish po-boy. All were good. The platter was a lot of food. But I also sometimes go just for the AWESOME DESSERT, 1 or 2 of them: pecan praline warm bread pudding a la mode. BEST $7 I've ever spent. I always ask for waitress Holly if available. Very congenial and good service. Good views of the water at the window tables. Tables outside too.

Beautiful day on the beach and Cruising The Coast 2025. The food was delicious. We had the soup of the day which was corn, shrimp chowder. And we had tuna dip as an appetizer. My husband had the red beans and rice with fried catfish. It was all so good. The service was great and considering it was busy and lunch time, superb!

This is a neat place and the food and the service is all perfect too. The host and the server we had were both wonderful and fun to have. We did order too much food because so many options looked so tempting on the menu and we ended up very full all day. Everything we ate was very good and yummy.

Yelp! I am back at Steve's with my family this time. We are a party of 5 and it is Dee's birthday. Yay! Our waitress is Jessica. You were simply the best. Thanks girl! Now on to this food. We are so hungry we start out with the Yum Yum bread and salads for everyone. Ty got the seafood platter, Mommy got the fish and shrimp, Joube got red beans and rice with the catfish, Dee got grilled shrimp with buttered pasta on the side. I got the catfish plate with rice and gravy and grilled vegetables. Food was okay today. It wasn't as good as I remembered but my family really enjoyed the ambience being outside near the water. Everything was so good until dusk hit. Then flying termites came from EVERYWHERE. This put a damper on everything. STEVE'S!!! Yall need a screen. Everybody was snatching all that they could to get inside building and not be eaten alive. It was crazy how fast things changed and those little pesky monsters zoomed in to eat us a live. I was trying to stand my ground. The rest of my family was inside relocated at the bar. Terrible experience, but you can't wrestle with mother nature. YALL already know, when this food is good, and you're good still good, I'll be back.

Do they offer something other than seafood? We were not able to make out the menus other then the lunch menu.

Yes! They have more stuff. The captains rib eye is a great dish

    Do they ever serve alligator?

I've been here many times, different seasons, different years... but never seen alligator on the menu.

From the moment we were seated, she carried herself with such grace, warmth, and attentiveness that the entire dining experience felt elevated beyond simply enjoying a meal. Rebecca possesses that rare gift of hospitality that cannot be taught -- the ability to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. She moved through the room with poise and confidence, anticipating needs before they were spoken and offering recommendations with such knowledge and enthusiasm that every choice felt perfect. The food itself was outstanding, rich with flavor and beautifully prepared, but it was Rebecca's kindness, professionalism, and radiant spirit that truly transformed the evening into something memorable. In a world where excellent service can sometimes feel rare, she reminded us what true hospitality looks like. She was attentive and even packed my Togo box going above and beyond in my Perspective. It's been pretty bad the last two years in a row so this year we decided to try the owner's other restaurant! The Rack House looked very nice upon entry (other than some very dusty barrels which happened to be located right next to our table) and they were playing pleasant ambient music at the perfect volume. We were promptly seated and it didn't take long for our server to get drinks started for us! Most of us ordered waters, but my Mom ordered an extra dirty martini that unfortunately came out as being way more alcohol-heavy than she normally likes, but she didn't bring it up to our waiter. We got the sticky ribs as an appetizer, which the whole table agreed were VERY good. Our waiter was very polite and attentive and brought some free rolls and a variety of butters for us to try as well! My mom ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta while my dad ordered a steak. The pasta was good, but wasn't anything super special for the $23 price tag on it, and sadly my dad's steak came out very gristly and overdone. We told our waiter about the issue and he was quick to take it back to the kitchen to have a new steak made. While we were waiting, multiple managers (or at least what I can only assume were managers) apologized to us about the issue and assured us the new steak would be out soon. Our waiter--accompanied by one of the managers--brought the new steak out, and they waited to make sure it was cooked correctly this time as my dad cut into it. The second steak was an improvement, but it still wasn't very good. My dad didn't want to make a fuss about it and said it was alright. When our check came we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had comped the steak for us. Overall, it was a fairly good experience. The food wasn't terrible, and when there was a mistake the staff was more than happy to correct it. It seems like the people who run the place really do prioritize the guest experience and want people to be happy with the food they're paying for! I'm hoping it's just an unfortunate coincidence that their food just didn't measure up to the price tag this time, but it's difficult to say with only having visited once.

It is so well done for a smaller dining room, from the tiling on the bar, the beautiful collection of cutting boards on the wall, the lovely artsy painted radish & the jars of house made pickled vegetables lining the front windows. Our server, Lisa was extremely welcoming, as she was quite joyously making table arrangements of lovely flowers when we arrived. We perused the menu & I chose the lavender haze mocktail for a drink & the crab beignets for an appetizer. Both were equally beautiful and delicious. My mocktail was well balanced and would have made a delicious cocktail had I been in the mood. For lunch I decided on the beet and burrata salad and my sweetie had the catfish sandwich. My beet & burrata salad really hit the spot after the rich yet delicate crab beignets. The catfish sandwich was extremely tasty with the perfectly balanced house made pickles and "Caesar" dressing as the sauce. Their fries were perfectly fried as well. I made a stop in the restroom and adored the radish wallpaper & pictures, and I commented that the bathroom smelled like fresh baked brioche -- which Lisa said it was the bakery next door, Dolce' (which is owned by the chef's wife). She talked up the king cakes so much I had to go get one before our lunch even arrived (since there were very few "extra" king cakes left I am so glad I did!) All in all it was everything I hoped for and I wanted to try SO many things on the menu. I can't wait to go back. A new Mississippi favorite for sure.

My wife and I were in town celebrating my birthday weekend and were looking for a place that offered both culinary excellence and a great atmosphere--and Parrish's delivered on every level. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our waiter, Casey, who was attentive, personable, and extremely knowledgeable, offering great recommendations throughout the evening. We started with the beef tips, which melted in your mouth, and the French onion soup that tasted like home. Our Caesar salads were light and perfectly balanced. For our entrées, the Marry Me Chicken pasta was bursting with flavor, and the steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare. We added a lobster tail and the crawfish mac on the side--both excellent choices. Dessert was the chocolate lava cake, which finished the meal perfectly. Every appetizer, entrée, and dessert was consistently delicious, and you could truly taste the care put into each dish.
