I like the breakfast muffin the most. My next favorite is the cinnamon roll. Well it depends what I am in the mood for, I guess. Their breads are a great find too. I followed up three separate times after the event to share my concerns and received no response at all--which really shows how little they value customer service. * I didn't receive the full list of cake flavor options until four days before pickup, and when I asked to switch flavors, I was told it was already too late because the cakes had been baked without confirming my choice. * I had a confirmed pickup time of 10:30 a.m., but when I arrived, I was told the designer went home sick and the cakes weren't finished. I ended up waiting until 11:45 a.m. for them to be decorated, which explains the rushed design. * The cake pops weren't ready, so I had to cancel them and run to another store last-minute to find replacements. * I specifically requested pastel colors, but the cakes were decorated in bright colors that didn't match anything we discussed. * The design and quality were extremely disappointing--the decorations looked rushed, the frosting was hard, and the smash cake wasn't even edible for its intended use. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the poor communication, lack of accountability, low-quality product, and complete disregard for customer concerns, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. They clearly do not prioritize quality or customer service.

First of all "Who is Hom?" I asked for "Happy Birthday Mom."…read more The cake was supposed to be lemon with raspberry filling. The cake had no lemon flavor. I would have thought that the cake would have had lemon zest as well to give it more lemony flavor. The cake was very heavy. Very very heavy. So heavy it was hard to cut. I did not take the rest of the cake home from the restaurant. That is how disappointing it was. The decorating was very dated. I did not expect cutting edge but what I go was 60's or 70's. It looked like a 13 yaer old decorated the cake. Bottom line is I should not have to order a wedding cake or a beer can cake or a yoda cake in order to get a stellar cake. Anyone ordering a cake is doing so for there loved one. The amount of the care given to the cake should not be determined by the amount being paid or the occasion it is for. Bottom line consider getting a birthday cake somewhere else.

When we walked in, the bakery was completely empty, yet staff helped customers who came in after us while we stood at the register waiting for several minutes before finally speaking up. Once we mentioned we were there for AmazeCo, the employee helping us initially tried to hand us someone else's order even after we gave our name. After finally locating our box, we discovered it only contained croissants with bacon and ham. We explained that one person in our group cannot eat pork and asked if there was any possibility of exchanging an item, especially since every other stop on the AmazeCo experience was accommodating of dietary restrictions. The response we received was simply, "That sucks," with no attempt to help or offer an alternative. The lack of customer service and professionalism really left a bad impression, especially considering the positive experiences we had everywhere else that day.

This small shop does not have any seating. It is a grab n go place that way you're able to devour their sweets in peace haha. The donuts aren't labeled which made it hard for me to decide what I wanted. I did ask the staff member what some of them were which took a few extra minutes. I also did not see a sign for how much their donuts are. I stopped in on a Saturday around 830am and it was BUSY. A couple came in to pick up their custom made wedding cake while others were there for a Saturday sweet treat. Staff members were friendly and on top of their game. I got 2 donuts, Boston cream and maple pecan. Both were delicious and fresh. The Boston cream donut is a show stopper. It was thicccck and filled with a generous amount of custard. The dough was fluffy and the chocolate on top was not overly sweet.
