I find that Stephens often falls short for being on the more expensive side of Athens dining. However, I could eat their broiled salmon EVERY day of the week. Highly recommend for fish dish lovers.

This food was so good. You would never expect this type of food after experiencing the bar scene here. Honestly the best pasta in Athens.

I wish I could give half stars. Ate here to carb load for our Warrior Dash. The place is little and eclectic. It has a neat vibe. We started with house salads and they were good. We got a basket of bread. The bread tasted like sour dough bread. It was just alright. I got the green linguini and was able to add some grilled chicken ($3 extra). My pasta was good not great but good. I would say solid. Pasta was cooked and the chicken was tender. The asparagus could have been a little more cooked as it was a little hard and tge pasta could have been a little more salted. The bestie got the veggie burger and fries. She thought is was good. She made note that the fries were salty, very salty (she does not mind that though as she loves salt). :) all in all the food was solid and so was the service.

Great service, had a burger and a veggie burger both were amazing. Great spot for a grub and nice atmosphere I do recommend.

I picked Pies & Pints from that list this month. I'll share the good things first. I loved that they took a reservation for me as there were 11 of us coming. Granted, once I got there, I realized it probably wasn't necessary as they had a long row of tables against a wall that easily accommodated groups. Regardless, it's nice to tell the group that we have a spot waiting for us. We were seated right away and service was good. They were fine with us having separate checks. I think that's become easier with the POS technology now, but it's still nice to not get the side eye when you ask for separate checks. The menu is limited - which we all should have been aware of prior to arrival. I sent the link out to the restaurant menu with my monthly invitation so women know what they are signing up for. My case - I only go for the fellowship and just get a diet soda. I intermittent fast and don't eat until after 2 PM daily. Regardless, some of the women must not have paid attention to the menu - even when ordering. At least one was shocked when she got a pizza. It had spinach and other vegetable fixings so when she ordered she was clueless. The food looked excellent. Not traditional pizzas but many white flatbread style pizzas. Even so, most women picked at their food. Maybe a few got boxes to take home the food. No one complained. No one said a word about the food. If they are like me, they are there for the company - not so much the food. I gave three stars based on a bunch of old ladies non preferring pizza. Objectively, the food looked good but do not go here if you're not a pizza person or you're looking for a traditional red sauced pizza.

Wish thru had a happy hour later at night. But for a Thursday it was popping really well. You do have to pay to park, but parking was not hard to find. Lots of great items on the menu (typical sports bar) food, but you'll love it. It's local, it's done right and you'll be stoked you came to Adelphi's. I quickly said, "medium rare". I like my fair share of redness in my beef. After a considerable wait, it arrived along with the fries. One bite in the burger and it was VERY obvious, it wasn't medium rare. In fact, I don't believe it could have more well done without being charred. It was sooo dry and the flavor was nonexistent. The fries were pretty good. When the server came to ask about everything, I told her that it was far from medium rare. She then said, "oh, I forgot about that". All in all it was probably the worst investment I've ever gotten with $16.

It was shortly after a huge snow storm so parking was not easy to find but somehow we lucked out and found a spot on High St right out front. Once we made our way through the doors the host greeted us and they actually had a table available right away. Score! We sat down and our waitress was also at our table right away. She told us about their lunch special (pizza and a salad), gave us recommendations, and went to grab our drinks. Now, I cannot come here and not get their kale caesar salad. It's seriously amazing! So I went with the lunch special and the roasted garlic pizza. Everything was SO GOOD and came out pretty quickly. The pizza was a nice size and I was able to take a few slices home to enjoy later. While there isn't a location super close to me, I definitely won't be sleeping on them again.

Whether it's a mid-week dinner or a weekend hangout, they managed to nail the "elevated neighborhood gem" vibe perfectly. The Food The star of the show is undoubtedly the wood-fired pizza. You can taste the authenticity in the crust--perfectly charred with that signature smoky finish you can only get from a real wood oven. The toppings are fresh, and the balance of flavors shows they aren't just making pizza; they're perfecting it. On the lighter (but equally delicious) side, the fish tacos are a standout. It's rare to find a wood-fired joint that treats seafood with this much respect. The fish is always flaky and fresh, complemented by bright, crisp toppings that make for a perfect contrast to the rich, smoky pizzas. The Service What truly sets Elliot's apart, though, is the bar staff. The service here is consistently top-notch. The team is incredibly knowledgeable--whether you're looking for a specific craft beer pairing or a recommendation from their cocktail list, they know the menu inside and out. It's the kind of place where the staff makes you feel like a regular from your very first visit. Final Verdict: Excellent food, a great tap list, and a team that actually knows their stuff. Elliot's is easily a 5-star experience.
