The team was very prompt in responding to a quote request, and Jerrod, who came out to give the quote, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He provided a competitive quote with a realistic warranty and had a handout to back that up, with a clearly outlined and communicated plan from the get-go for how they might address any issues that come up along the way. From the time we signed on, communication was clear and prompt - the ladies at the office are honestly some of the nicest I've encountered in Houston, and every person who came out, from the person who did the pre-install visits to the team that came out to do the actual job, were courteous and explained very clearly what to expect. I have an existing contract with a large company but they wanted to charge me over 4k for treatments, special insulation, etc. so I reached out to Bug State on a recommendation. Bug State saved me from spending $4300 and getting an unnecessary treatment. Ken could have sold me on a lot of work and I wouldn't have known any better but he was honest, gave me real information and never pressured me. I highly recommend them for any pest services. While I still have that contract with the big company, I will be calling Bug State for all future work. Integrity is something that is hard to find these days but it seems to be a cornerstone of how they do business. However, despite this extended scheduling window, a different technician shows up every single time regardless. For a recent bimonthly appointment, a new technician arrived at 5:30 pm instead of the scheduled time. Clearly eager to leave for the day, he wanted to first check whether there was even a pest issue before deciding if treatment was necessary, rather than simply performing the service I was paying for. He also informed me that a complete service is typically performed every six months, which directly contradicts what the salesperson told me at the time of sign-up, when I was assured that complete service would be provided every two months.   Despite this pattern of incomplete service, Natran has had no trouble charging my credit card every single month without fail.   When I informed Natran that I would be out of town for an extended period, they refused to move my appointment up by even a couple of weeks, even though the result would be my home going over three months without any treatment at all, far beyond the standard service window I am paying for.   Reading through other reviews, it is clear that missed appointments, poor communication, and unresponsive customer service are not isolated incidents but an ongoing pattern with this company. I regret choosing Natran and would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

Original: I had honey bees INSIDE my house (and also a crawling baby) so I obviously had a small heart attack. I quickly searched Yelp for pest control and chose this company based on their high reviews. I spoke with Cyndreka Harvard (the assistant manager) who assured me that she would come out ASAP. She even gave advise for how to temporarily handle the issues until she arrived. Once she found & resolved our bee issue, she gave us info on other issues we weren't even aware of that could have caused severe damage to our home. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the issues we were facing and how to eliminate them. This was my first experience with Truly Nolan but my third experience with pest control. I will absolutely use and recommend Truly Nolan and Cyndreka in the future. P.s. they're the com with mouse cars!
