My experience here was very unsettling. My wife and I walked up to the host and asked for a table for 2. Then requested a table that wasn't high top and that seemed to annoy the host. He sat us and then we ordered with the waiter. We both ordered the 2 eggs any style with white toast. The host ended up brining our food to us and my wife's toast was incorrect. So she asked for white toast and he didn't understand so he said "what's wrong with it?" And then rolled his eyes while we asked for the other toast. We both agreed it was rude. The waiter then brought the food again and the toast was wheat, so she stated again that she asked for white toast. Meanwhile, the same host was watching and then started shaking his head and rolling his eyes more. It made us both uncomfortable so we decided to not eat, and just leave because the experience overall was unpleasant and rude. The waiter tried his best, but the host was insufferable. AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could leave fewer stars, I would. The food is insultingly overpriced, and is unequivocally disgusting on top of that. It's even worse than Wahlburgers, which I previously thought to be an impossible feat to achieve. You can expect to pay around $30 for a hamburger that is difficult to eat, and once you do wrestle it into your mouth, you're greeted with bad flavors and unsettling textures. The inappropriate structure of this POS burger guarantees you will be covered in grease - but hey, who doesn't want to be covered in meat juice just before boarding an international flight? The "fries" are roughly 95% salt and 5% potato. Fitting that it tastes like a salt-lick, as this restaurant, much like the airport as a whole, treats its customers like cattle. For whatever reason, Terminal E has almost no food options, but hunger pains are more enjoyable than this atrocious restaurant. Fuck this place. read more

Nice experience for take out. Food was good. Came here one afternoon to get some food for takeout before a long flight. The place was super busy, almost everyone had the priority pass. The food does take a long time because of the number of customers and orders, even for take out. I waited 20-25min for my food and I ordered salad and soup which are very easy to make. Long check-in lines and security clearance, geez that makes me emotionally tired and when in that space what do I do, EAT!!! My choices at the airport were Legal Seafood or Stephanie's, well, Stephanie's it is.I've dined at Stephanie's on Newbury so this was an easy choice. The restaurant was busy, but they were able to get me seated at the bar. Ironically that was a perfect choice because I was nervous about my connecting flight and needed some liquid courage. Once seated, I was waited on by a very attentive waiter; wish I remembered ‍ his name because he deserves being mentioned. He obtained my order and got me liquored up, new obsession-~French 75. Disclaimer, I'm not an alcoholic, I'm your typical Asian who gets red faced drunk after one drink, but enjoys a nice adult beverage now and then. The food arrived pretty quickly. I ordered clam chowder and Arugula salad with grilled chicken. Since this was my first meal of the day, I engulfed it pretty quickly. But not quick enough to not enjoy the taste of clam chowder and the perfectly massaged Arugula with lemon vinaigrette, topped with grilled chicken. The peppery taste of the Arugula and the freshness of the salad greens just danced around on my tongue. The quick note of shaved Parmesan and grilled chicken was divine. The meal and drink was a nice distraction for a possible missed connecting flight. So if ever in Boston Logan Airport and you're hungry, anxious and needing to unwind, S-T-E-P-H-A-N-I-E-'S is your place. Plenty of seating, excellent customer service and good food. read more

Okay for a place in an airport terminal. One of the sit-down places in Terminal E, and one of fewer still places open if you're catching an early flight (I was in the airport at ~7 am). I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon. Sandwich was perfectly adequate and fairly well balanced. It was nothing remarkable, and got the job done of getting some food in me. A little more bacon would be nice, but when is more bacon not a good thing? Home fries were quite meh. I found them a little under-seasoned, and the sprinkle of onion and pepper seemed like an afterthought, one that would be nice if properly integrated. Also, while I don't know if they were undercooked per se, something was missing that makes home fries great at the greasy spoon diner. Finally, the service was polite, and the food came out fairly fast. However, since there very few people there, it could have been more attentive. The location was also clean. read more

This restaurant participates in Priority Pass. I suspect poor service was a result of the full amount was being provided by Priority Pass regardless of the service quality; the waiter didn't need to pay attention to us after I registered my card. The waiter was rude and ignored us most of the time. We asked for several things including silverware and water and didn't get a response. People behind us were told they would need to wait for 35 minutes while the kitchen was reconfigured for the transition from breakfast to lunch. Thankfully the food was very tasty. There is an Air France Lounge nearby that participates in Priority Pass but I would not recommend it either. read more

Be forewarned - the wait times are EXTREMELY long! We stopped by Stephanie's with about 1.5 hours to spare prior to our flight and we ended up running towards our gate to make it just in time. They are extremely short-staffed at the moment. The process of asking for our check, getting our bill, the server picking it up, and then returning our credit card to us took about 40 minutes! I feel bad for the staff who look very tired and overworked, which unfortunately turns into terrible and lackluster customer service. I'm normally very patient when it comes to wait times, especially since all restaurants are struggling with staffing right now, but at the airport when time is of the essence, this gave us A LOT of anxiety. I did give this a 3 star because the food is actually quite decent. I hope they get their staffing up soon! read more

Good place to sit and wait for your flight if you have priority pass. Priority pass covers up to 28 dollars! Last time I came here I got the kale salad and it was so-so. This time I ordered the crab cakes. Kinda salty but good enough. Because it is in the middle of the terminal, there are many people who eat alone. It's a decent place if you want a quick bite to eat while getting work done. Its crowded but not too noisy. Many people are just working with their earphones. One thing I dont understand is their take out container. Its inconveniently huge! You cant even hold the paper bag that they put it in upside. You have to hold it sideways. I asked for a smaller container but they said this was the smallest and only take out container they have. I dont understand. Especially as their location is in the airport where things should be convenient to carry or store in bags..its just a bit ridiculous. So currently, there are two pieces of small crab cakes just rolling around in this humongous container that I have to carry around like a baby....please get smaller containers. read more
