Yay! There is another Brewery that is really tasty! My only complaint is most the beers are IPAs, but something that is amazing is that they all taste different. They also have a really great porter and a stout (it is on Nitro and I don't drink stouts), a lager and an Amber. So they had some choices if you don't drink IPAs. They also allow dogs and kids. I spent all weekend looking for a brewery with a caffeine free root beer and they have one. It was for my niece who can't have caffeine after a certain time. I wish I would have known about this place sooner. Lol They had a food truck called Franks? With grilled sammys. Next I will try the food. Also, the patio is big and so is the inside. It is so clean and the colors are easy on the eyes. The beer tenders are super nice too. I can not wait to come back. Maybe my new favorite spot?? read more

Guys guys guys, as if Bellingham needed another Brewery. But then you get to Stemma and you are like, YOU ARE WELCOME. The beer menu is on point, and you can tell there is grit and heart behind every pour. I am a fan of the non-alcoholic options, all the watermelon water and kombucha your heart could adore. I want to highlight the family friendly nature, and how convenient it is to be able to take your kiddos! Frank's is permanently parked there, and the food is DELICOUS... but that is for another review. It is an easy decision knowing what will be there when you show up. Last but not lease, they have brewery cats, and specifically a little kitten right now that is the cutest...and dogs are allowed. I am not really sure what more you could ask for! Owners are solid folks on top of all that, and Stemma is 100% a stellar addition to the Bellingham brew scene. read more

Love this new spot! If you're an IPA fan (I am)- you're going to want to check them out! Really fresh, clean tasting, beautiful carbonation. I haven't tried their other styles, but I have no doubt they will be just as impressive. Mr. Frank's "The Bus" is the food truck and sooo tasty!! read more

Stemma Brewing Co. - The BUBBLES in this delicious "Stemma Chateau Dr Stemadia Brut IPA" - SOOO good. - Breweries Near Me - Bellingham, Washington

Bellingham! You keep adding these amazing little spots so fast that I can barely scratch the surface when I come to town for visits! This should def be on your brewery list if you're in town. Solid food truck, great suds, and omg all the dogssss! There were so many furry friends inside being cozy with their masters, so feel free to bring your fluffy bestie along. There are several tables that seat at least 6 or more and a sizable room so all your two legged pals can join you. We enjoyed the cider on tap and their darkest beer, and the service was top notch. Friendly local joint - give em your dollars! Buy local. read more

We went in the summer at lunchtime and it is lovely to eat outside. Good selection of food and drink.

There is always a great selection of fantastic beer on tap here. Sunday is pizza day....yum. See you again soon. read more

Stemma is a great local brewery. I love that they provide non-alcoholic options-they really put the effort into making everyone feel welcome. I really enjoyed myself here. I didn't get an opportunity to try the food, but my favorite beer was the First Amber. read more

Stemma Brewing Co. - Beer flight-I asked for three kinds and had the bartender give me one he picked. - Breweries Near Me - Bellingham, Washington

Stemma became a favorite beer last year. I found them at a local bottle shop and fell in love. They have banger IPAs and fantastic other stuff. This may have been my favorite stop on our day trip. The beer was amazing. The vibe was cool. The staff was great. I found a shirt or two I wanted, just not in my size. I will be back for sure. Plus grab a waffle. They were delicious. read more

This place was so great! They only opened up a week ago, and it is honestly hard to stand out among the already oversaturated Bellingham brew scene but this place is already a gem for us. The brewmaster was great, so personable and engaging. Each brew was excellent, especially I think one called Training Wheels, and the local ciders were great as well. I sample 3 beers, and 2 ciders and was not disappointed by any. One aspect that really sets this place apart is the brew kitty! She is the best host of all time. They do not offer food, but honestly it is nice and cheaper being able to bring snacks and a picnic or Uber eats a favorite take out! Taster flights of 4 beers/ciders for $8 was a great way to test out what they have to offer. read more

We frequently come to Stemma for there cozy environment and delicious beer! The stemma team seems amazing and knowledgeable if ur choosing to go with something out of ur comfort zone... we love it here read more

We love Stemma! They have a great outdoor space with lots of different and distanced seating options. There's a great variety of beers as well as ciders and non-alcoholic beverages. There are usually two food trucks present - Mexican food and Sweet as Waffles. The latter is wonderful - both savory and sweet waffles go great with a drink and also come with a plastic dinosaur - perfect for any kiddos present. The indoor space is also very inviting. read more

Love this place. Great beer and atmosphere, and the servers are super enthusiastic about what they're doing. Have been there twice and enjoyed it both times. We discovered the joys of their slushie drinks the last time we were there, and it's a guarantee that we'll be back for more. read more

We stopped in here while on a trip to Bellingham. The beer was great. They don't have a kitchen, but they had a taco truck outside that had decent Mexican food. Being from Cali, my expectation for Mexican food is probably too high, but I ate it all and enjoyed it (I was very hungry). The service was great, but a little slow with only one person pouring beer, so a decent line seemed to always be there. The beer is what they shine at. Great selection and delicious. I will be returning on my next trip to Bellingham. read more

Cool vibe, unique for a town full of breweries. Parking lot view and freeway ambiance, but counteracted with a cool interior, nice people, and a tasty taps. read more

Yum! We enjoyed this new local brewery. Pros? The logo... duh! It's cats and apparently when it's not too busy inside with humans and dogs, there are some brewery kitties! Tasty beers- really enjoyed the juicy IPA Staff was knowledgeable and friendly Nice open environment where you can see the equipment and get lots of natural light inside Cons? Not really any cons... just hard to choose one spot to go in Bham with so many good local spots! Will definitely try next time we're up though read more

From Texas, and this was my 1st stop.... know I understand why Stemma Brewing is top of the list!! Worth it!

First time at this brewery. Good beers and friendly staff. Cold day ad. Was crowded. Highly recommend

Friendly staff, tasty beer and a pleasant decor. A wonderful edition to the Bellingham beer scene.

Stemma never fails to impress and somehow seems to keep getting better. I really enjoyed their beer when they first opened, but they have been stepping it up even more lately, and being able to get cans has been a real treat! I've honestly liked every beer I've tried here, but the Conditus Lager is unique - just the right amount of slight kick. Great place to meet with friends/family in a bright, spacious, really nicely designed space. read more

Another brewery in Bellingham can make you think Ho Hum but Stemma brings it with the beers. Simple understated building tells you that it's all about the beer and nothing but the beer. Lots of flavor! read more

I love this brewery! It has a very fun but down to earth atmosphere. While I didn't personally haven't had their beer, I do love their featured ciders. The food truck is also great and has a lot of delicious choices. This is a great spot for a casual happy hour and I plan to be back soon. read more

Fantastic beer. Good prices. Good hats. I bought one and a face mask. Just great beer

"Thank you for your support" is what I heard when I swung by to pickup my to-go beer order last week while we're still on lock down. Thank you for your support? More like thank you for an awesome attitude, and amazing beer! I should have written a review months ago when I tried Stemma for the first time, their Amber beer was incredible. The service was top notch, ambiance is great, and their swag (all marketing, cans, beanies, tshirts, etc) are super on-point. You would never know they were one of the new kids in town as breweries go. And that attitude, of thanking us for our support, is great. Thanks is not at all necessary, we really hope that all of these amazing Bellingham spots can make it through this storm. But saying thanks goes a long way to illustrating that your business "gets it." I would have come back again and again for the beer and atmosphere anyway, but now I'm looking for excuses to hurry through my beer stash just so I can come on back. THANK YOU for your awesome attitudes and awesome beer. (ps the Guava beer especially was awesome!) read more

Friendly staff, amazing beer, what more can you really want? We have been going here well over a year now and we will keep going back over and over. Love the creative brews that they have. I'm so glad that we tried out the tap trail and found this place. Great variety to drink there or take to go. read more

Great beer, great family environment - always can't wait to try their new stuff. These guys have vision and the chops to execute! Stemma will be a regular stop for us when we're aching for a good craft brew! read more

My new favorite brewery in Bellingham. Great beer + great people = good times. Check it out.

Really nice space with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Good beer selection with something for everyone! I had the Stemma IPA which was well balanced and a nice beer to sip on after work. However my one complaint is that it took us close to 10 minutes to even find the beer list since it wasn't posted anywhere in the store. Having more menus or possibly posting it on the wall would be my suggestion but I can't wait to continue coming for some good beer read more

Great family friendly taproom, large selection, nice staff and the best amber in town. It's great to have a newer yet traditional style brewery in Bellingham. read more

Stemma! What great beer and awesome food from Franks food truck. Stemma adds to Bellingham's beer family by providing a variety of tasty beers with a good mix of ABV's--I love a good IPA with an under 6 ABV and they have 2 on tap today. We brought our greyhound JJ and he was welcome here and given a treat too! read more

Tasty food, good beer excellent service, loved the atmosphere both inside and outside. Family friendly. Will certainly be back.

Nice clean establishment. The beer is decent and the staff is friendly. Nice having beer on this side of town

If you love beer and great people this place is for you! Most of the local start up breweries struggle to get their recipes right at a larger scale, but not Stemma! Make sure you sample them all! Jason and family are beer wizards and they are killin it right out the gate! Treat yourself and check them out soon. read more
