As a complete novice, I was totally lost. I tried multiple times on my own but no luck. I asked for help multiple times and got general advice. I was the ONLY one that couldn't make anything, yet the instructor didn't seem to either notice or to care. I eventually looked up my own video on how to do this and still wasn't able to. The instructor said she would be happy to help one on one, yet I was the was one who clearly needed help, she was and just made her own pottery. I feel demoralized and humiliated. I left this experience in tears.

Without skipping a beat she pulled out the cinnamon and loaded it up all while disappointedly explaining to me that the syrup they use is actually the lesser of two spiced chai syrups offered by the manufacturer and that she was sad to see the other had gone a while ago (RIP even spicier chai latte). Now we're chatting about the tea and vanilla creamer I use at home, but be sure you use both a packet of Stash double chai as well as one Stash red dragon - it's the mix of both that really seal the deal for an at home chai and then use some of the vanilla oat milk creamer to get that at home chai latte-esq experience. We went our separate ways after giving up our own insights into the world of chai and her handing me the drink I was there for, but I still think about that chai latte from time to time.
