He rudely snapped back saying "just normal cake frosting," as if there was no other options. But I then asked if it was buttercream or cream cheese, when he replied with buttercream he had such a degrading attitude acting like cream cheese was such a ridiculous option. After paying $3 for a small coffee, I took a sip and noticed it had almost no coffee taste. I went back and mentioned it, he rudely said he didn't understand what I meant, insisting he'd been making the same coffee for 20 years, as if coffee could never be diluted then STRONGLY implying the issue was me. He brought out the second cup and the little cream I asked for looked almost translucent. I then calmly just asked for a refund.
