He recommended an outstanding contractor which I ended up hiring and both of them working together was such an advantage. The fact that his business is one I could visit several times throughout the renovation, speak to only one person familiar with my needs was important to me. We would communicate over the phone sometimes at all hours. He was very dedicated and clearly loves his job. His prices were good and fair as well. Highly highly recommend! I should add that this project was a complete kitchen remodel.

It started with our salesman and designer, Steve, who expertly and courteously guided us through the initial planning stages. His pleasant and patient demeanor helped us make big decisions easily. When work began we developed new relationships with another courteous and pleasant fellow, Jose, who became our main contact in the office. He kept the communications alive and always responded promptly to my questions. Then Majid, the boss, and his crew of skilled workers came in and began demo and rebuilding. Special kudos to Vicente, a very talented and skilled craftsman who put together all the cabinets, installed the new flooring, completed the plumbing, and did just about anything else that needed to be done. Alex was a prime helper who also did a great job with touch up work and plastering. Vicente was at our house every day for six weeks, sometimes working alone and other times working with as many as five or six crew members. All in all, we had a great experience with Xpress, and are very happy we engaged their services. We highly recommend them! Thank you Majid and company for your responsiveness and professionalism!!

Her attention to detail is what you want when remodeling a kitchen. She took very precise measurements of every inch of the kitchen and created a 3D blue print of the whole kitchen. She also advised us on the color scheme of the cabinets and the hardware. We had initially been to places like Sincere Home Decor and Liberty Cabinets in SSF (on advise of our Contractor) and surprisingly they were charging us $20K+ for their crappy standard cabinets. They also remotely designed our kitchen with inaccurate measurements. Tracy designed high quality custom cabinets at the same price. She came to talk to the contractor and go over the design and later again during delivery of the cabinets. She was there to inspect the cabinets, which were packaged very nicely. The cabinets were very precisely numbered which saved the contractor a lot of time. The cabinets are made of a very high quantity wood and also have a great finish. She also had a map of the cabinet location, fillers and panels. Tracy is extremely diligent, professional and efficient! Highly recommend her.

I was a little limited by my need for 8 smaller and 6 larger handles but I was drawn to one handle almost immediately and they had just enough small handles and more than enough large handles. So happy! I made my purchase within 15 minutes! With multiple employees saying, "Have a nice day!" Unfortunately these were unlike most ithwr handles as they only came with 1 inch screws instead of those AND 1.5 inch - so I ran back to them and they quickly found me 30 breakaway screws that go up to 2.5inches - no hassle, no problems, just found me screws, bagged them, and apologized - not their fault! Not a fault! All good! My vanity looks great with the handles, now just waiting for the countertop! If you have time and remember to order, their selection is much larger than what you can get on the spot, some of it quite fun, and the easiest way to change out a look in your bathroom! LOVE!

Cheri is a great kitchen designer, and did a really nice job laying out the kitchen for us. However, the cabinet maker she recommended, Dura Supreme, has been an absolute nightmare. Cheri told us once the order date is set, we could expect the cabinets to be delivered as promised. Dura Supreme was a week late in delivering the bulk of our order, which upset the installation schedule we had planned. Even worse, pieces were missing from the order which took months to receive. For some reason, the corner cabinet doors were missing and it took months for them to come in. Also, without our approval, the manufacturer changed something marked as a single cabinet door on the plans to two smaller double doors, which is not nearly as nice as the single door and required purchasing an additional door handle. We could have had them remake this as a single door, but the manufacturer is so slow an nonresponsive to getting things done that we thought that would never happen, so we just kept what we had. Also, we needed one extra piece for the top corner cabinet that for some reason has been impossible for Dura Supreme to get right. We are now on the 4th version of them sending the piece. The prior attempts were either made with the wrong edging or were the wrong size. I don't understand why this is so difficult--isn't this what they do for a living? While I would recommend Gilmans and Cheri to others looking for kitchen cabinets, I would tell you DO NOT UNDER ANY CONDITION BUY DURA SUPREME CABINETS. The cabinets were delivered and installed in March. It's now August--5 months later--and we still don't have this resolved. Caveat emptor!

Only downsides were they weren't able to do a miter edge on the counter (or maybe they could but didn't offer it and that's what I would have preferred) and they almost installed a sink that was too small. They emailed me last minute to say they'd do a smaller sink than I had specified and I didn't see the email until it was too late. They were about to do the small sink but fortunately I was onsite and caught the issue in time. They made it work with a proper size sink. Even with these glitches I still was satisfied and would absolutely work with them again. The price was similar to what I'd paid several years ago for a similar sized job so I would consider their overall offering to be very competitively priced.
