We hired Tracy to design our kitchen cabinets. She came highly recommended and deserves very bit of it. She was always very professional and prompt. Her attention to detail is what you want when remodeling a kitchen. She took very precise measurements of every inch of the kitchen and created a 3D blue print of the whole kitchen. She also advised us on the color scheme of the cabinets and the hardware. We had initially been to places like Sincere Home Decor and Liberty Cabinets in SSF (on advise of our Contractor) and surprisingly they were charging us $20K+ for their crappy standard cabinets. They also remotely designed our kitchen with inaccurate measurements. Tracy designed high quality custom cabinets at the same price. She came to talk to the contractor and go over the design and later again during delivery of the cabinets. She was there to inspect the cabinets, which were packaged very nicely. The cabinets were very precisely numbered which saved the contractor a lot of time. The cabinets are made of a very high quantity wood and also have a great finish. She also had a map of the cabinet location, fillers and panels. Tracy is extremely diligent, professional and efficient! Highly recommend her. read more

We did not expect the final result to be so amazing. Candy and Tracy led us through the design process from start to finish. It was a complete white glove experience. We had a rough idea of what we wanted to do in terms of adding an island and enlarging out the kitchen space. They were able to step in with their expertise and distill our ideas into a design that truly modernized our kitchen space.  With their guidance we flipped the island 90 degrees, knocked down the cabinets separating the dining room and kitchen to create an open concept space that was much more modern and updated.  Tracy followed through on every single action item, ensured everything was ordered and that all of our upgraded items (lamps, backslash, counters, wall paint) worked together in one cohesive design.  She really took the guess work out, got measurements, came every week to check on the project progress, making regular check ins with our contractor. The color palette was her recommendation as well. We appreciated that she followed up on the color choice the day after to see it live and make sure we felt comfortable with the choice.  She was a hands on project manager and detail orientated to boot. Our contractor. Jeff, was also a preferred partner with Kitchen Inspiration. Jeff and his crew were so pleasant and professional.  They kept a prompt daily schedule (10-7:30pm). We appreciated the consistency. As well, at the end of a day of construction, they cleaned up the debris and kept the construction zone as tidy as possible.  We didn't think a home upgrade project could go so smoothly - but the Kitchen Inspiration team definitely delivered above and beyond our expectations. Thank you! read more

We looked at many different places for our kitchen remodel, and we are delighted with the services provided here. We worked with Candy to design our layout. She was patient and went through with us on many options that we can do. Along with Tracy, their expertise really shows on where we can do minor modifications to our kitchen configuration to make everything "fit" better. We changed our minds many times, like most homeowners do on tackling design issues, but she was able to make the changes quickly and accurately. The Sollera cabinets are well made quality at reasonable prices. We chose cloud white for kitchen and hazelnut stain in nook area. For our pantry, we picked hazelnut finish on cherry. The finish is superb. We also had the countertop done thru Kitchen Inspiration. The crew did an amazing job. Candy and Tracy were on-site to ensure that it was installed according to spec. I will definitely go back to them for our next project. They are easy to work with and quick to respond with all the questions I had. What impressed me most was when things went not exactly according to plan, they took the responsibility to make things right. And of course, the design was perfect and full of thoughtful touches especially given the multitude of constraints that our relatively small kitchen presented. Do you have PTSD from your last remodel experience or have friends who are still recovering from their remodel? The last time we remodeled prior to engaging Tracy and team was 15 years ago. The experience was so horrible (the usual: late delivery, nickel/dime-d every bit, stopped work), we were unable to bring ourselves to take on another remodel till our dining room lights went out and we really needed work done in the house. Thanks to Houzz, we found Kitchen Inspiration and hired the team to remodel our kitchen, two bathrooms, and dining room. How do I love thee? Let me count the ways... 1) Communications: Tracy (designer), Tze (project manager), and Jeff (on-site foreman) are responsive and prompt in communications, from day 1 through months after the project has completed. I was super impressed in how these three partner; anytime we shared a question or issue with one, the other two know pretty much instantaneously and one of them would address. 2) Teamwork: ....which brings me to my next point about how well they work together. We all have heard horror stories how designer and contractor with opposing opinions/advices, creating headaches for the homeowner. No such thing with this team. They respect and defer to each other for each's specialty, an amazing team with one voice. During a remodel where many decisions need to be made everyday, having aligned guidance from the team is crucial for one's sanity! 3) Integrity/professional: This team does what's right for the customer, even if it means more work for them. A few stories... ---- After our guest bath was painted, Tracy stopped by to see the results. She found the color a bit off from her vision, selected another color with us, and got the space repainted the same day! ---- We purchased Miele appliances for the remodel and Miele requires their appliances to be installed by Miele directly. To be sure outlets and plumbing will work for the appliances installation, Jeff had not only taken extra care to double/triple-check the connecting points, he and his team were on site for the day of installation. Turned out Miele needed plenty of help: from Jeff's team providing them a drill that's strong enough for our tiles, to providing materials/making a custom pipe for the hood, and finally manipulating wiring to fit between the induction stove and convection oven. Miele installers remarked we had an awesome contract team; we could not agree more! ---- After the project completed (and last invoice paid!), we found a chip at the top of the custom shower door. Tracy responded right away, Jeff got in touch and had a replacement order placed. A week later, the chipped glass was replaced. These guys take their warranty seriously! 4) On-time/budget delivery: The team estimated work would begin mid Jan, and complete within 12-14 weeks. They started on 1/18/2017, largely completed by end of March (10 weeks), with one last piece (custom shower door) installed early April. And this was with three change orders! Amongst the three change orders, one was due to unanticipated structural work uncovered until opening up the drop ceiling; the other two were entirely new scope we adde on. Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience with Tracy, Tze, Jeff, and team. They are a joy to work with and a team who truly takes pride in their work. We love Tracy's design; even tho we couldn't fully visualize the design at the beginning, we trusted Tracy and remodel came out amazing, with Jeff's execution. We moved into a new house and we needed to replace enclosed small kitchen walls with an open concept. I went to see Tracy to see how we could replace 3 walls with a large kitchen island. It was tricky because we were not remodeling the existing kitchen, just adding an island. The new island and countertop had to mesh seamlessly with the kitchen from 1940's. Tracy will draw out your plans with accurate measurements and check that everything goes smoothly in the entire process. She has taste as well so you can count on getting sound advice. You can tell how much experience she has and doesn't just say stuff like- "it's up to you, Depends on what you like". Always substantiates her recommendations. Tracy is really good. Be careful of their price increases from their original quote. Tracy quoted us a price to do our master bath room and we were all set to start in a few weeks. She then raised her quote $10,000'. She stated because it was on the second floor. Our bathroom was always on the second floor when she came over to do our estimate. Not sure what changed . Also we paid $300.00 design layout fee that she would not give to us. Total bait and switch just be careful of their unprofessional tactics. Found a new contractor to start next week! read more

I used Kitchen Inspiration on some window shades for my living room. Originally I was looking for wood shutters. I met Tracy and told her what we needed. She showed us 2 products: wood shutter and another type call Silhouette. She compared the 2 products with all the details and explained what advantage of Silhouette has, like energy saving, UV protection, etc. We were thrilled on these new technology and how knowledgeable she is! The price of Silhouette and shutter are close but there are more options on material of Silhouette. We ordered the Silhouette shades, and they came in 2 weeks, which was the lead time we were told. The shades fit perfectly. Also there's a sale with Hunter Douglas, we got $50 rebate per shade we ordered. Tracy follows up really well. She stopped by after the installation to make sure everything was correct. You can't find many companies with top notched service, Kitchen Inspiration is one of them. read more

Tracy Jiang is a wonderfully talented and detail oriented kitchen designer. Right off the bat, she was friendly, welcoming and professional. We knew we were in good hands. We had put off this remodel for nearly 3 years. It was a daunting task and we didn't know where to start. On a recommendation from a friend, we contacted Tracy. Had I known it could go so smoothly, we would have jumped in earlier. There were an abundant amount of decisions to make - from layout to cabinet style, appliances, tile, hardware, lighting, etc. Tracy was really fantastic with guiding us on what to focus on and in what order. I was shopping for Bathroom/kitchen Faucets w/ limited budgets. Tracy had broaden my vision on what i should look for when it comes to finding fixture. She had recommended me good quality product w/ reasonable price. She is so friendly, helpful and patience w/ all my questions and request. she gave me prompt response despite of her busy work. One important thing i learned from her is We should always avoid buying Hansgrohe, Grohe faucets from some really cheap online websites because if we ever need maintenance/service on those fixtures, HansGrohe, Grohe will not fully help us as we didn't buy from a partner distributor like Tracy's. We just remodeled our master bathroom. And we feel so lucky that we found Tracy at Kitchen Inspiration to help us! Honestly we had shopped for over 5 companies before we decided to go with Kitchen Inspiration. Simple enough, some companies don't care about our bathroom remodel because it's too small. Not Tracy! She made it clear she value every customer not just big jobs. We called in to make an appointment with her. She is very talented and knows exactly how design and functionality works together! She showed us many different style doors, finishes, asked questions so she can suggest other elements like counter and plumbing fixtures. Then she created a 3D design in the computer so we can see how the bathroom looks like even before we started! How amazing is that! We knew we were in good hands.
