We had initially received bids from multiple roofers and Brian's bid came in similar with everyone else. Our roof was 25+ years old and skylights were all rusted. Brian's team came in and knocked a new roof and skylights in 3 days. I will definitely be referring Brian to neighbors/fam and friends.

I had a few quotes from different companies and they were just wanting to rip up the roofing on the light well and redo the whole roof. Brian came along and just said he could fix it with a corrugated panel on top and fixing the scupper like it was supposed to be fixed. The previous roofers did a lousy job and when my roof got clogged and flooded, it was just the side near the window that was leaking and caused all the water damage in the bathroom and in the garage. Brian said he could just fix it without having to redo the roof and my impression of him was that he was down to earth honest. He fixed the problem and without a lot of cost involved. His straightforwardness basically saved me a lot of money. These are the types of people I like to work with. Honest contractors are hard to find. If you have any roofing issues, I highly recommend you hire this company to take a look. Brian will give you an honest assessment and not try to get more money off of you than is necessary. That's worth its weight in gold.

We had them remove the popcorn ceilings and replace it with a textured ceiling. They were careful not to ruin the new carpets. The new texture looks beautiful and matches the walls. We love it, and think it was well worth it. On the other hand, we wished that they conducted the business part of the transaction with more transparency. For example: 1) Give us a paper/PDF invoice with a description of the project, the materials, the labor, and the total price. 2) We pay it. 3) Then they issue us a receipt. But, for the most part, they conducted the whole transaction through text message. Convenient, but it doesn't feel official or legal. Secondly, we would have liked to know what times they'd show up each day. In the five days that they were there, they arrived in the early morning, in the morning, in the afternoon, and in the evening. There was no predictability. They simply showed up when they could. But, again, ultimately, they did a great job at a fair price in a timely manner. If they just fixed the paperwork and the timing, they would be an excellent handyman to hire.

We also felt the cost John quoted us was very fair because we have gotten quotes from several others. So happy we found Edri Construction to do a few major exterior repairs on our house. I'd met with…read moretwo other companies prior to contacting Edri--one declined the job, and another ghosted me. I left either a voicemail or a message on Edri's website (can't remember) and they called me back the same day and our Project Manager, Isaac, came out soon thereafter to check things out and start the estimate process. Isaac gave me the estimate exactly when he said they would, and at this point I had a feeling we would be in good hands because the communication and follow-up were all on point. Our house needed new fascia and soffits and a new balcony cap, and after seeing a few houses with natural wood soffits, I wanted to change the plan from matching the existing painted soffits. This was no problem for Edri and they helped select a beautiful cedar wood and brought the vision to life. The work went pretty much as planned with some minor delays for expected things--weather, etc. No nightmares where the work gets behind and you have no idea when it will be done. Communication was so great and everyone who worked on our house was professional and friendly. They even arranged to take their lunch breaks when our kid had her nap. Isaac would come out at the end of major milestones to inspect the work with me and make sure I was happy. Minor issues I found were addressed with no hassle. We were so happy working with Isaac and the crew that we asked them if they could add on several additional projects, which they happily did. The quality of the work is very good, and we have gotten compliments from many neighbors. I could not be happier with how it turned out myself. Thank you, Isaac and crew!

From the outset, the process was highly organized making decisions simple and hands-off as possible for us. They immediately sought out all required permits while keeping us informed on the important details only and handling all the permitting minutia themselves. David and his team completed every aspect of the job with pride and precision. The team were true masters in their trades and completed all parts of the job from plumbing electrical drywall appliance installation tiling - everything from start to finish. They were also friendly and took extreme care to protect all common areas. The kitchen came out great with any instance where we had a follow up adjustment, they always took the time to fix it until we were happy. Communication was outstanding. On top of everything else, each interaction with this company was an absolute pleasure. Everyone who worked on our kitchen obviously took tremendous pride in their work from demolition to completion. We Would highly recommend Edri Constucion for a top-notch kitchen remodel.
