Um... $375 for an inspection? And it doesn't even go towards service should I choose this company for service? No indicator at all of the possible ultimate charges? Even "anywhere from $200 to $3000, depending on the scale of your problem" or something like that could have helped. It just didn't make sense to gamble almost $400 that maybe they are the right company. Ultimately, I ended up going with someone who came out for free and did everything for $200. Sorry, Stealth Environmental. It's just a rat. I'm giving 2 stars because I didn't actually use their service, allowing for the possibility that it isn't terrible. They do, in my opinion, have an issue with their pricing policy, though. read more

Some kind of small animal/rodent had made himself a home somewhere under the house. I didn't notice it myself but it was making my dog nuts. I called Stealth and explained my situation. They sent someone out just a few hours later. Since this is during the Covid-19 scare, the guy they sent is in gloves and mask. He went under the house and got my problem taken care of. After hearing noise underneath my home, I called several rodent companies and left messages hoping someone would return my call and that I'd be able to get an appointment in the near future. To my pleasant surprise, Leah with Stealth returned my call within 10 minutes and was able to schedule a same-day appointment!!! She explained the process in a thorough yet concise and understandable manner...so much so, that I knew I was in good hands before the technician showed up! A few hours later, Trevis arrived within the timeframe promised, assessed the complete structure of my home and quickly identified the area where the rodents were likely entering my attic. Within an hour, he had set traps in my attic, crawl spaces and roof of my home and we had also discussed all of the work that would likely need to be completed to fully secure my home. I asked to receive the formal estimate of the work within 2 days and sure enough, Leah provided just as promised. Given their professionalism, knowledge and patience, I promptly ceased discussions with another company that submitted a bid on the work and decided to go with Stealth! We scheduled the work to begin a few days later and everything was done as promised within the timeframe agreed to. The quality of the custom-built crawlspace enclosures met and exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated Trevis' willingness to complete a few ad hoc tasks in addition to those related to securing my home! Trevis and Leah were very patient with me and I feel lucky to have had Stealth perform the work on my home. Since I am extremely pleased with Stealth, I will likely switch my existing pest control service to them. I will consider Stealth for any future needs I may have and would highly recommend them to others. Very Professional Company. Trevis came out for a noise in our attic. Turns out he found that it was a rat infestation. We have a very large house in Beverly Hills so it took Trevis and Tyler 2 hours to do a compete inspection. They identified all the areas that rats could get inside, set traps in our attic and under our home and gave us a written report. We went ahead and had him do all our repairs and clean out the attic - Trevis is a licensed General Contractor so he was very qualified for this type of work. We haven't had any noise in the attic and the traps are free of rodents and our attic is spotless. Thank you to all of you at Stealth for your professionalism. I know you do Bee's as well and we will call you to rescue the bee hive in our tree soon. read more

About 3 weeks ago, a skunk sprayed my dog in our backyard. Ugh. Called STEALTH within days and they set a "humane trap" and caught a very LARGE skunk within 2.5 days. Price fair. Tonight, my dog got sprayed, again. DEFINITELY calling STEALTH, again. Neighbors report a skunk family moved into their backyard, but the landlord refuses to do anything. Hopefully, STEALTH will do another excellent job. My dog, doesn't need 6 baths (2 with a groomer) in 2 weeks. Great, professional service from Leah and Trevis. read more

If I could give them six stars I would! Stealth is THE most professional company I have ever dealt with. Ever. I'll start with Price - other reviews say they that they are not the cheapest, I say the price is comparable to everyone else. Plus, you get what you pay for, and they did a lot of work, they were at the house for six hours. Punctuality - they were so prompt I thought they were sitting outside waiting for the minute hand to move. Quality of the work - Outstanding!!!!!! Professionalism - also outstanding. We had a family of rats living in our attic, and since in it's an old house there were plenty of places where they could come in. The other companies I called went into the attic, wanted to lay down traps covered in peanut butter, never walked the perimeter but still wanted to put bait traps around the perimeter, and to do the work we'd have to sign a six month contract that would cover monthly visits necessary to check the traps. When I called Stealth I expected more of the same. But Trevis walked us around the house and showed us exactly WHAT needed to be done and in great detail, WHY it needed to be done (in great detail), HOW it was going to be done(in great detail) and what THE RESULT would be. This wasn't some guy coming over for five minutes to give us an estimate. He was at the house for almost 45 minutes. He was on the roof, under the house, checking out the perimeter, and inside the attic. He said we'd probably need about three follow-up visits to check everything, no contract. The visits were extra and paid at the time of service ($49, very reasonable). This is a family owned business - Leah is the backbone in the office, Trevis' is the dad, and son Tyler is his lovely assistant ; ). They do have other staff, we met Eric who was just as efficient. I can't say enough about Stealth except that you don't need to look at any other company. read more

STEALTH, Is the true meaning to this company I had a RAT problem, like I said HAD not only is Stealth Environmental flying under the radar in a quite yet covenant manner to catch these annoying destroying little rodents that caused my family and I a great deal of misery and stress, they are also a family based Woman owned business that strives to please with the highest level of integrity and knowledge, I would like to take a moment to describe this company Stealth Pest Control. I had several pest control companies try to dispose of this problem before I was so fortunate to have been referred Stealth Pest Control from a friend which also was fantastic because I truly believe in word of mouth that in it's own says a lot about a company!! So I call and speak to a friendly knowledgeable woman in the office by the name of Leah, I explain what was going on in and around my house, she explained on an educated guess how and why they(rodents)have been getting in and the process of what needs to be done and what the FOLLOW UP would be once the problem was dissolved as well as costs yet just an approx. estimate of the cost as they have not been out to do the initial inspection I was only talking to her(Leah) on the phone at time and as I was already Leary do to past negligence from the previous pest control companies and her field guys would have to do an initial inspection first. First off do you see that I capitalized FOLLOW UP? That is because Stealth has been on top of it, they have come out to do several visual inspections to make sure that there was NO reoccurrence. Anyhow the woman knows what she is talking about :) So the two guys that show up early I might add were actually a father son team(Trevis & Tyler) which in this day of age was a breath of fresh air the guys were clean, friendly, and also knowledgeable I felt comfortable asking questions and having them in my home. I have pets, children and an elderly parent living with me they were able to assist me with worries in pertains to all aspects of their job to rid these pests in a manner which would not disturb any that lived in my household. These guys were very thorough in a job well done it has now been 8 months and I have yet to see any reoccurrence of these pests. My family and I are not only blessed to have been referred this company yet relieved and stress free!!!!!!
