This will be one of the hardest reviews that I would have to make because I need to be honest about my situation. Last Friday I contacted my managing company on the unit that I'm renting and told him I smelled something in my house they came out and they pretty much made fun of the fact that there was no smell all the smell was my baked goods and that really there was no smell. Come Sunday night I started to find maggots... yes maggots. They were on my counter but for some reason I did not attribute it to the smell and assume full responsibility that I must've left something out to be getting maggots. I went to work on Monday and upon my return I saw maggots everywhere and realized there must've been something that died in my vent as they were coming through my microwave I contacted my management company and they told me they contacted a pest control company. I contacted first quality pest control very early in the morning to have a woman on the phone I was hysterical as I have never dealt with maggots, I'm a chef so anything dirty brings me to a whole different level. I'm not gonna lie and say she was compassionate for my situation but ultimately she scheduled John to come out and take care of the situation. He gave me a 30 minute notice of arrival which I loved, I also requested. He immediately confirm the smell and ultimately ended up finding a dead squirrel in the vent. He took his time and cleaning up the maggots he disinfected, and he comforted me by explaining why I had a situation with the next outcome would be from it. Well I am not happy that the situation happened to me I am so grateful that they came out, they took care of the situation and they gave me peace as there is nothing worse than having something in your house that you don't want. We heard scratching noises in the roof of our sunroom so we called First Quality Pest Control and I met with Freddy. He got up on the roof and inspected where I told him I heard scratching and he said he found the critters. That it was a racoon. He came back the next morning and set two traps. One on the roof and one on the ground by the trash cans. He came back the next morning and he caught two big racoons. He went back up on the roof and saw that there were two more so he set two more traps and the next morning he caught three babies. Then he closed up both sides of the sunroom so no more critters can get in. Freddy was great and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs pest control. read more

We've been using First Quality Pest Control since we purchased our home in 1998. They have gone from great to awful. The original service tech we had was congenial, always ringing the doorbell when he arrived to ask if there had been any issues with pest infestation since his last visit. The new guy - forget it - he does a quick spray around the house in less than 5 minutes, always on the phone, never looking up under the eaves, behind the trash, or around the perimeter of the property. What we didn't know was how smart and sneaky the raccoon we were dealing with was. After we tried a few different methods, we were able to get the little bugger out of the dormer attic. We have used this company for years on several properties. They come regularly, if I discover a problem between appointments (i.e. ants, spider webs etc) they come immediately to take care of it and without an additional cost. Freddy Avila was our field representative and after a thorough investigation he concluded the little critters were getting in and causing havoc. I am a property supervisor for small shopping centers. One day I received a frantic call from a tenant saying "there are rats in his ceiling". We have monthly contracts with First Quality Pest Control to keep our buildings free of bugs so I gave them a call to see if they could help me with this problem. After explaining my situation with the customer service representative on the phone, she asked that I hold a minute. When she came back she said Bobby could be at the property this afternoon. I couldn't believe it; by the end of the day Bobby had placed traps around and given me a proposal to cover up any of the spaces/holes where the rats could be entering the building. I signed the proposal and the next day Bobby was out there "rat proofing" my center.
