Really good Philly cheese steak ! Fast service. First time here. Will definitely come back !

I was looking for some good lake perch to eat & heard they have the best in town. Well, I tried it, and I agree, this place DOES have the best perch in Lansing! I highly recommend this place. It was perfectly battered, and cooked! The fillets stayed nice and firm, not floppy like some places. The price was reasonable for fish. Get yours today!

Amazing service and foood, was skeptical being from the east coast but the philly was one of the best ones I've had in a while. Loved the Greek food too! Get the saganaki!

Philly with fries & Coke only $7.99!

Stopped by after driving past this location for almost 3 years. Inside is a clean, newly remodeled bar and dining area. You walk in and place your order at the counter. Your food is brought to you at your table. I tried the classic Steakhouse Philly and took a Kronos gyro to go...both were outstanding! The Philly was flavored heavy with onions and plenty of melted cheese. The taste was fantastic, the bun was just right, the fries were a nice compliment. The fountain Coke was a great way to wash it down. The gyro was also fantastic. You can see the gyro spit as you place your order...a good sign that it's fresh! I love Lenny's cheesesteak as well. The difference between the two is that Lenny's is more about the meat, Steakhouse Philly is more about the cheese & onions. Both have unique buns and cheese. Both taste great. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quality carnivorous fare and beer. I will be back to try more of the Greek fare on the menu. Kudos to the owner for this remodeled gem!

I want to give a special shout out to my server Sarah and the bar tender (I forgot her name) who were so welcoming and friendly during my visit. The ambiance was low-key, but super friendly vibes. The chef even came out to welcome me to the restaurant and say thank you for coming. I was pleasantly stunned :) I had the Kansas City steak and half order of mushrooms - excellent! The staff was extremely kind and helped me with making suggestions. The duck ravioli was delicious (the sauce was like warm) I would have preferred it hotter but undeniably good. I'm really sad because I think I make the best steak at home of course but this steak was the bomb. It was cooked perfectly. I asked for medium and they delivered. The pork belly in the Brussel sprouts was so tender and flavorful. The restaurant is a little small so I recommend making reservations. My drink was okay (but I'm heavy handed) so alcohol might have been in it. Lol I will definitely be back.

There was one small piece of lobster in this bite, so not the most generous portion for the price. Main: 6 Oz Filet Mignon 3/5 - The meat was cooked well (to medium rare) and had a great crust on the exterior. This carried the dish (as it should). The accompanying sides, mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies, would be best left out. The broccolini and green beans were salty and overcooked, extremely soft and cooked well past it's ideal texture. The mashed potatoes were ok, but are just there as a filler. Side: Michigan Kale Salad 2/5 - The ingredient list sounded superb, but the execution was not there. The kale pieces were LARGE and were hard to eat in bites. It desperately needed another chop (or few) and a deep tissue massage. The salad was also HEAVY on the red onion - if that's your thing, then this is a great salad for you. The red onion was added with a heavy hand and needed to be soaked in water prior to serving to get rid of the pungent bite. Pass. The free bread rolls were ok as well, but I would rather have a Texas Road House roll.

There is plenty of parking as it is located in a large plaza surrounded by shopping and hotels. The food was beautifully plated and the scallops Rockefeller were the best items of the night! We literally could have made an evening of the scallops, the bread, and the amazing martinis! The sea bass and morels do deserve an honorable mention as they were extremely tasty and well prepared. The rest of our food was ok and overrated, thereby overpriced. The service would bring us back but at the prices perhaps we will stick to cocktails and appetizers.

We even get an order to take home! This time, we split a cheeseburger rather than getting a steak--should have gotten the steak! Hubby really enjoyed his 1/2 of the burger, but I'm finicky when it comes to burgers so based just on how messy it was, I wasn't impressed. I thought there was too much seasoning on it which hid the flavor of the meat, but that's my opinion. We got chicken tenders to go for our grand daughter. She loved them!

Pretentious bartender who really really wants to be known for being a mixologist. Don't you dare ask to modify any of his ingenious cocktail creations. I've been to many many bars in my lifetime. Nice bars, hole in the walls, distilleries, hotel bars, outdoor bars, cute little trailer-wedding bars, speakeasies. You get my point. My standards are high but i'm down wherever too. this is the first time anyone has refused to modify a drink for me. and i'm not talking about changing everything. i'm talking about swapping out mezcal for gin (there are barely any gin cocktails anymore). i've been here three or four times since the new bartender-- and i don't even sit at the bar anymore. the only redeeming quality of the place is the chef(s?) who I feel really takes care of people and makes the food with love and care and excellence. the burgers and steak are literal perfection.
